About the scarface leon thing. If you think about it, they only give the guys that so they look like guys. (As opposed to girls.) I mean think about it: Seifer, Squall, Zell(not a good example), all look like girls if you just lenghten the hair. Hell I thought Irvine was a girl when I first saw him. (you know the first scene where he shoots the butterfly?) Then I was like back up HE??!! 0.o just to make this not spam, I don't think Kairi ever had Sora's heart. I thought she just "made his heart come back." Sappy as hell if you ask me.
