Hey, I like your new hair. o_o Bring on the black and red. But should you dare add a red nose on that face of your's? o.o Meh, it's fine with me.
The black and red seems rather nicely balanced, and having that sense of style. But the Angelic Headband seems out of place.. o_o Atleast on that avatar. I've got that too and I've kinda noticed it's flaw of.. how it can't be too good by itself on your head. o.o I have yet to find a good item on your head with the Angelic Headband yet so I'm on a search for that right now..
Anyway, besides that, you're lookin' good. 9 / 10.

Hey! You're no longer white and shiny! I'm partial to the darker look, so I like it better. The blue/black is nice, but I'm not sure about the pitchfork. What's with the crescent behind you? It looks cool, but what is it?

Looking better, I tend to like the cloak down but its fitting for you and your Crescent Legend. I love the black headband, Im gonna have to get one of those for my outfit when I go Dark Angel after getting the Halo. The G-pin seems out of place, I'd lose it if I were you. V pin lines up nicely though so keep it. Much less cluttered, as for the pitchfork....I don tthink it matters, try without though to see how it looks anyways.

Okay, I'm looking and I can't find a flaw in your avatar. It's extreamly balanced and the colors are some good ones. -coughcough- Well, if there was any flaw... It'd be the shoes.. but those too fit so well.. Really.. Amazing Avatar.. This is rare for me to give two 10's in a row.. but what the hell..

Ohh yeah, Locke.. If they'd allow you to use other headband like things on your head.. it'd be better.. but they don't.. cry

How much gold do you have? Ever consider getting some cheap accessories at the jewelery store? o.o There might be something nice there...
Or find something for your head, like someone suggested at the hat store? o.o ... Though I'm not too fond of the items there. LoL.

Not to be rude, Locke, but if you read his Sig then he's trying to buy a Black Top Hat. Well, to rating your Avatar... I like that it has good color balance, the Solar Cloak doesn't have too many items that can, but with the Angelic Headband, it sortof evens it out. The fire looks rather cool also in my opinion, you balanced those items pretty well. It does looks somewhat odd with only one Fire Gauntlet.. I also don't much care for those shoes, they don't look very good in my opinion, and you might need socks (I can see yo foot). You also got a good amount of Gold, it fits fairly well. Your shirt though, I'm having problems with, it's not the same shade of white, or blue as the others kind of are on your Avatar.. It has nothing else except for that MP3 Player.. which I too don't like on your Avatar. Atleast not that one, Maybe you could go get another type of shirt. The one I have on is the same color as those, it's located in Gambino and less than 500 gold if I remember correctly.. It's somewhere around there. Now to that Zony, I don't like it.. It looks tacky on your Avatar.. and it should go. It does however look fairly good.. but could be better.. =D

LoL. Oops. I seemed to have missed the sig. @_@ LoL.
And.. there's some glitch where it won't let me change my Phoenix position now, so i can't do it.. and the white shirt you have.. Is it the Nice White Shirt? o_o My mule has that one on right now. XD Infact, it's the only shirt it has probably. I'll probably get it anyway. Oh, and about the shoes and how you can see my foot. o_o I do have socks on. The gold you see there is actually the winged anklet. But.. I'll find different shoes or something.
I'll just say it again, because sometimes people tend to miss this, but.. skip me. @_@ Rate cmainer1001.

There certainly have been changing going on with a lot of people's avatars. o_o' Probably one of the biggest changes here is the Pimpin' Hat. XD I think it's a nice touch in completing the red-ness of his red and black avatar.

Finially a Phoenix item! Looking good. I like the double head wings with teh headband and the crest. lol. Its difficult with red and white though.....hmmm not sure what you should do with that. 8/10
