Adzumi Forced Merit Well, I live in Clacton, a seaside town in Essex, UK. Conformity in this town is everything, you dress a certain way, you listen to a certain type of music, you do what is considered the norm.Being a FA would be considered wrong, REALLY wrong. After the usual (are you desperate, a pervert, etc) then it would just start to get voilent. We have had TV shows about feeders which did nothing for FA's like myself. I really can't explain it properly but let me put it into perspective, I once got beaten up for wearing jeans. crying gonk ~hugs~ you should move to cali, nobody cares here. I should, warm sun, cool shops, quick access to all my favorite bands.

From what you said, it doesn't sound like they could figure out you're a feedee. Although I have an idea of what a feedee is, I don't entirely know, and what the OP said sounds like something I might say.

The Tragic Libertine. Forced Merit I once got beaten up for wearing jeans. That's actually pretty common here in the South. It'snot that uncommon to here about some kid getting the snot beat out of him (or in a few cases, killed) for wearing adidas instead of puma. >< Where in the south are you?
I live in Birmingham, AL... Well, more specifically Hoover (which is the safe-suburban, middle-class to rich section of B-ham). I've heard of other schools laughing at us because we're so safe and spoiled... but I've never heard of people getting beat up for their dress sweatdrop I'm probably just sheltered.

I like Montgomery because it's familiar, and my fam lives here, but that's about it. You HAVE to have car in order to survive here, and that's what I hate. gonk *abhors driving in cars* Not to mention to abundance of severely redneck people who cannot drive properly.

I have to have a car to live in Hoover, in the city I know they have the busses and stuff... I dunno.
I guess I don't have to have a car to live in certain parts of Hoover, but where I am I do.
Birmingham city is kinda cool, but I'd be afraid to live in it, I'm a Hoover-ite born and bred, even if I am on the poor side and do have friends in B-ham sweatdrop
