Didja know that you can get a servant for your Skingrad house? Pretty much all you gotta do is buy the servant's quarters and then talk to Eyja and give her 150 gold. She then sets off for your house, also if you get the kitchen, you will get the ability to ask her for shepard's pie (cure disease) and Rosethorn Mead

Is it (or was it) possible to get a servant for your Chorrol home? You can purchase servant's quarters, and when I first bought my house Dar-Jee ( a young Argonian) walked inside and asked if I was new to Chorrol, and that she worked at her mother's shop.

Right now i dont own a house or anything.....i will switch between my guild dwellings from time to time. Right now I'm staying in my room at the Theives guild hall. All i really need is one room to keep all my extra stuff in that i dont use all the time. Im probably gonna move over to the dark brotherhood sanctuary here soon.

Frostcrag Spire. It has everything you could possibly need, alchemy garden, alchemy table, FREE enchanting alters, nice library, portals to the mages guild, a good view, a vault, Atronach minions bound to eternal servitude, and last but not least, an astonishing lack of magical running water. However I remedied this by downloading the Frostcrag spire extension mod which adds an empty trophy room and a study with a well.
