Chikuu In most cases. Kahn is vital to S2's story, but he doesn't recieve too much attention. Sebastian is also very important in S3, but no one fangirls over him. Well that's cuz he's ugz and everyone knows it. It's fact! XDD And I think Edge is rather hawt. xd Tehee heart

I'm not sure how "under-appreciated" these people are, but in the first Suikoden, I like that dancer person(was it Nina? Mina? Something like that?)
In Suikoden II, I've always liked Shiro and Clive(though I guess he's not considered "under-appreciated").
And in III, I liked Ayame and Watari.

Has any one mentioned Windows yet? He gets so little loving, but he was so cute! I mean come on... his name is Window Windomakers! He makes windows, with his window rune! He dresses like a nerd and his in game art was so cracky, how could you not love him?
Taro, while not an SoD was adorable and underapreaciated. Though that could just be my extreme love for his species talking.
Hoi! He was so cute! So stupid, but so cute anyway.
Pohl, also not an SoD but his sacrifice was so easily forgotten. Sniffle. I remember you Pohl.
Templeton. In two of the games and still no one draws fanart of him? But he was so cute!
Abizboah, Rulodia, and Chuchara. Where is the love for the octopuses? They are so rarely used.
I'm know I'm forgetting a buch but It's sleepy and i'm late.

Thifly Pohl, also not an SoD but his sacrifice was so easily forgotten. Sniffle. I remember you Pohl. The first time I played Suikoden II, I think I missed his sacrifice. Then the second time I played it, when that scene came, I was like "WAIT! WAS THAT POHL??!?!?!" xD I'm playing it a third time right now. I love Wakaba. She's super strong and definitely under appreciated. Hah -er- I never knew Tuta was a boy... stressed

@AuthenticDivine-He is back in III all grown up (so not cute any more D: ) and he is very very -male-Bwah? I was really looking forward to having Pohl in my army and fighting with him. I love playing with little boys!

Percival, Jacques, Sid, Juan(3) I think Watari, Clive and Wakaba are quite popular. I know Clive is. And personally, I thought Percival, Jacques and Juan were some of the coolest characters in III.
