prinzessin haha yeah the pictures don't capture it too well... it's hard to take pictures of the inside of your nose sweatdrop but it is a little lumpy looking... I might get some vitamin e oil to massage with... it just depends how expensive that is ^^; thanks! I've heard tea tree oil works wonders.

Black Phoenix Rising my tat only bled moderately after getting it, but it remained pretty red and tender around the area, especially the first few days. The worst part was the ithcing after it was about half healed and trying to scab over. >.< My body takes ink ok, but I wish it did a little better. sweatdrop I do however see a lot of tats that are raised on the skin after they heal, especially the linework, and mine didn't do that. I'm not sure if it's just due to the way the body heals for each person, or if it has something to do with how the artists tattoos the skin. I heard a tat wasn't supposed to be raised up after healing, but I'd probably go and ask around a bit more to what causes it before saying much. xp Mine still hasn't scabbed. It's no longer tender, and looks healed. eek Kind of freaking me out, but it means I can wear normal shirts again. xd Kind of. And it means that I can go back for more work real soon. My artist is coming by where I work today or tomorrow to check out some bike stuff, and said he'd take a look at it to see how it was healing to determine when I can go back. I think it just raises up on some people. It didn't on me, but my friend who used to practically live at the tattoo parlor said that it's common to see people with what looks like welts from the tattoo. It's just how some bodies react to it.

Ended up getting my lip pierced last night on a whim. Well, I've been planning getting it done, but not last night. xp Then I just went ahead and did it. So far, it's barely swelling, and the swelling I do get is easily taken care of by ibuprofen. I just need to switch to a 3/8th ring when it's healed. Altho, I kind of like the bigger ring. xd

I like the barcode tattoo it is rather popular but even I think about getting on. Either on my wrist or the back of my neck. But I doubt I will. But I like them alot.
