I'd LOVE to cosplay as my avatar, though I'd need a wig...
As for actual cosplays, I've been known to dabble in it from time to time, but I don't make it a habit of photo sharing. =P

Here's something to keep you occupied.
Find an anime/game character I could dress as without changing my hair color.
I can think of some from series' I enjoy:
Cao Pi (i'd need extensions as my hair is not nearly long enough unless I wore on of his hat costume sets)
Kyo (King of Fighters)
Masataka Takayanagi (Tenjho Tenge)
