Well i have to agree with Das on the Living Tribunal issue. What he's saying basically is that while Thanos controls the "machine", the Living Tribunal control the "Power Company" that provides the power for the machine to keep running. So if he rules that the "Houses" that are the gems to be unfit to be supplied with power, it happens. End of story.
Oh, and i don't think you have much of an authority to ask the Guild Leader to leave. So i don't think your threats to him actually matter wink

L - sama is above the Living Tribunal because she is the creator of a multiverse, not its overseer. There we go, i even underlined it for ya. And it's your thread, and your Thanos's equal here. But he's Living Tribunal's boss on this Guild. lol

Except a gauntlet wielder is not a "Be - all, end - all" character, this would be obvious if you read "Adam Warlock and the Infinity Watch #1"

The cosmic entity that eventually became the Infinity Gems had originally composed "any and all realities" as well. Thus meaning a/the/all multiverse(s). Meaning that it was more powerful than the LT. I'd imagine that the gems power together could take him out just fine, but I fully admit that a mortal wielding them wouldn't have much chance of trumping him. How well does this L - sama fight? Just because you can create a multiverse doesn't nessecarily mean you can beat someone of comparable power levels. Eternity (the embodiment of reality) who is THE most powerful being in the universe lost to Thanos who had only had the gems for a short period of time. Thanos can put up a badass fight, even against those that are "more powerful". What kind of examples make you assume that it could just slap Thanos and the IG down?

She doesn't fight, because since she is omnipotent, there is nothing that is actually capable of putting up a fight against her.
