Make-up/Costume Design Rivera: My envisioning makes both Mrs. Potts and Chip wear fairy dresses/leotards??? O.o with wire-lined gauze wraps/sarks that form into flowerbud shaped or floral patterened tea-tray items. That way, you can become a completely different object and still retain your human beauty!

 Tomoro: I've had a few ideas. Personally, I would like to go with Cogsworth. Lumiere works too, however. I, too, am obcessed with lace and elegant things..
I have no idea, honestly. Rivera... I have to look over the different play parts, since I find this to be a gender-confused play... I'll see what I can do.

Make-up/Costume DesignRivera: That sounds very good ^^ You might have some better ideas for The teapot and cup set. I think you'd design a lovely cogsworth. I suppose Lumier and Cogsworth are pretty similar. I'd say do whatever you want and we'll both post what we have and fill in the spaces...

Tomoro: Good idea. I'll get working on it right away. I suppose that we should interview the other actors and actresses as well... for example, we wouldn't want a tomboy to flaunt around in a victorian dress; if I was that way, I know I wouldn't.
We can work on makeup later...

 Makie :: See! Gordon agrees with the big dance number! Be Our Guest and the slow dance between Beast and Belle is obvious. But there should be a huge kind of dance involving every character/extra when the angry villagers invade the castle. <3333 And Scy. All the genders have been switched. Bimbettes = Guys Gaston/Lefou = Women Belle (Beau) = Guy The Beast = Girl Lumiere = Girl Cogsworth = Girl Chip = Girl Mrs. Potts = Still a girl ( Wouldn't be the same if it was a guy ) XD So it was Marcia to begin with, except the name was still Maurice.

 Ragurk: @Celestial: Trap door sounds awsome! Try to set up a trap door thingy and do some quick cloth change thingy. No levitating-ness. shes going to become a hideous (Or sexy in this case) Beast so we just want clouds whoosh and rose petals will be awsome! see how you can get those set up @Rivera: Good! Good! I love the JOy outfit! i hope she will have fangs with that XD. Lightning gernades Excelllent suggestion! we shall diffently have flashy lights too for the transformation. @Luiz: Luiz should be some average joe kinda guy. Everyone loves those average joe kinda guys! Maybe Luiz should be have picked on? And Gaston can be his like old school buddy but always nagging on and using him? Kinda akward but i like that idea! @Tomoro: A romantic sounds awsome! And diffently Luiz should be a book worm. Huhuhu XDDD. I like your thinking. Somone give her a biscuit! Wheres my vice directors! get that woman a biscuit! @Rivera: A elegant and cute lil daughter Chipp would be simply irresistable! The crowd will diffently feel for our Keila XD @Ai: I am not sure about the music element yet. Music is expensive.. do we have any musicians here? @Ri-Ri: I like it! I like it! That will save a lot of building cost for the props and the scenery! We just need a lot of noises to get the crowd pumpin after using that simple cut out and such! @Makie: dancing and singiing... still iffy on that... see if you can convince me a lil more on that. A high school singing thing is quite hard withought much musicians in.. @Vamp: Aite.. aite.. if an assistant director thinks the singing should be put in.. i guess we can put in one of the diseny songs or such. @Scytheress:: now now. Who said you had to be an old, or a man, or a balding old man? You can be a young crazy mother of Belle. Just make sure you have the inventor element within you. Besides this is what acting is about aint it? Being something you aint XD. But i think you will have a good time imitiating a crazy inventor. Speaking of that, we might need some scenery for the inventor room and the castle gates thingy. @Keila and Rivera: Lets put Chip, in a cute lil dress! that would be adorable! Maybe they shouldnt even be props they should be actual human? and the curse is only on the beast? I like that! The curse is only on the beast. ITS DECIDED :: slams table:: ... ::with paws:: @everyone: Ok so unless its too late to change it. I would like all the actor outfits other then the beast to remain human. I know loyal servants to the beast even though they aren't cursed sounds great dosen't it? i think so too. :: chuckle:: Now we need a narrator to do the first scene actually. Nebody willing to do that?

Make-up/Costume DesignRivera: I was planning for them to look more human ^^ good idea sir. I think it's time for me to break into Tomoro-sempai's brain and draw out all her frills and laces... Chip will have one of two choices in my opinion. 1) Dark grey maid dress with a frilly lace headband. Large sash with flowing bow and lace frills on short, puffysleeves, square shaped collar with lace corset patterns, same lace petticoats and on dress hem. Patent leather shoes with lacy socks. All lace will be trimmed in pale pink ribbon. -------------------Also in Pale pink dress with white lace and ribbons ---------------------------Pale blue dress with white lace and violet ribbons. ---------------------------Pale green dress with white lace and pale yellow ribbons. 2) A white top with a sailor collar trimmed with blue ribbons for the lines. Long sleeves that are wide at the cuffs with arching patterns, hemmed in blue. A matching white skirt with a thin blue line through the botton portion. A pair of blue sandals with white flowers on the buckle. ------------------Blues can be replaced with silver, black, purple or light green. Feel free to make any suggestions, changes and deletions. I am also working on a PJ plan for Chip... for fun, or if there's a bedtime scene. Mrs. Potts will look like an older, more elegant version of her daughter with matching clothing. However, the skirts will be longer and nothing will be puffy. There will be no head bands or hats. She will have a silver clip in her hair with crystals. She will wear a silver vine necklace that matches with crystals. She will be the maid, mainly. ^^

Makie :: Heyyyy! Even if we don't have musicians we can still sing! You can also find the piano/accompyment for the songs with out the words so... You know. We're set. Any one can sing if they tried! Although, you'd have to train a bit, but come on! It would make a much better rep for Ria High if we pull off acting, singing AND dancing! Ai can help with the songs and I can help with the choreography! And... ONE!? ARE YOU MAD!? Pffft! >.> I've seen better! Be Our Guest should definately be in it and obviously the original Beauty and The Beast. There is also The Mob Song, when Gaston and the villagers invade the castle and there's also Belle's opening when she sings and there's Something There that Mrs.Potts sings. Seriously. If you do one, it would be too hard to choose! And if we do sining we should definatly dance! As for the narrator.. Pick me! Pick me! >w<

 Ai: Ragurk, without singing and music, a play would be very uninteresting and boring, music is practically what gets an audience. I say, using at least three of the songs in the disney movie: 1: Be Our Guest: This song actually introduces most of the cursed servants. Thats why this song plays an important part. 2: Beauty and the Beast: This song is what Mrs Potts sings when the Beast and Beauty dances, its most definately THE most important part when they start to fall in love and stuff. 3: Maybe The Mob Song: It shows the rage the villagers have when they barge into the castle. I've seen alot of plays, which include Wicked, Cats, Beauty and the Beast, Peter Pan, and Little Shop of Horrors have music and such, which makes the play a hit than a flop. Psst, if we don't have enough musicians, i'm sure the stage has sterios hanging on the ceiling to back up the singers. Plus, like what Makie said, everyone has a voice thats wonderful. Rivera, I was wondering, even though your in charge with the costume design as well as Tomoro, can I make a sketch of my characters design? I have an idea and I would love to sketch it out and show it to you two and see if you like it! I probably won't have the sketch done till later Sunday because i'm rather busy this weekend since its memorial day on Monday.

 @Riyu-chan: Rias indebted to you for enternity..thanks again for the awesome drawings of the characters.They're totally out of this world XD Kaias outfit is totally perfect,it fits how they used to dress like back then. (( ahha and Im using the Beast Joy in my siggy XD)) Now I have a quick question. How should the beast act,like in the movie?? At first all rough and tough,but slowly her heart is softened?? Or kind and sweet and teasing,but really has a bad side and lashes out,maybe possesive,quite,and distant. I want to do it the best way for the play. Any suggestions I would love.

Make-up/Costume Design Team Rivera: Joy, I think at the beginning, you might want something of a defensive hostility... just think 'snarl' and 'hiss'. Show fangs, and so on. The you have room to soften later on.... and start acting like a cat ^^;;; I want to see that thing where you go all fluffy for blowdrying your hair/fur. ^^;;;

Usher / Program Giver Team Hey, just stopping by to let you guys know I'm gonna start advertising around campus for the play soon! I still have to get a hold of Alex and see what her plans are, but for now I guess I'm just gonna run around campus and talk to random people and tell them to come see the show... sweatdrop Also, I overheard you guys talking about the songs while I was in the hallway outside the conference room. I think it's a great idea, and if you're worried about the cast not being able to sing... aren't there, like, people on campus with sound powers or something? You could get one of them to join the crew and act like a big studio mixer or something to fix people that are singing off-key! I betcha somebody would agree to do it. Anyway, I'm gonna get started on spreading the word about the play! Good luck, everyone!
