I would haved to say sephiroth, one because he is the one doing all the bad stuff. And also he hates everything.

Wesley666 Jenova was the baddest character because sephiroth was being controlled by his mother to do all the bad things he did, so since she was doing that she is the baddest bad guy. You know your answer makes me wonder, could they both be the same?

Sephiroth...No question.
Sephiroth was the one who ultimately throughout the game controlled Jenova, so whatever bad things it seemed Jenova was responsible for was actually Sephiroth's work.

Sephiroth is totally the best bad guy. I mean any guy with hair like that and the big sword is definately the best bad guy.

While I found the whole 'uncovered ancient whatever' thing to be more interesting for Jenova than Sephiroth's angst about his heritage, Sephiroth was more flawed and had more personality and motive, and you got to interact with him instead of just having random fights, as with Jenova.
Sephiroth>Jenova, in coolness anyway.

I would say sephiroth because he is so bloodthirsty i know he was a 'puppet' but he was doing all the killing and did you ever notice how he left the shinra tower it was full of blood!!!

Sephiroth was waaaay cooler but I don't think he was really bad... just lonely and misunderstood... sad Jenova was the evil biatch.

Jhay-R Sephiroth may have been the one doing the crimes, but it was Jenova that was pulling the strings on the so called "puppet." If the person was able to control Seph, she musta been more powerful than him. That's just my way of thinking. My thoughts exactly. You read my mind. lol. Plus, wasn't Jenova Sephiroth's mother?
