Haha! My Ash has become such a wonderful little boy. Many of the girls still go crazy over how cute he is and he's made so many friends after a few short months. Life with Ash has really made my grief much less potent upon me. I still feel horrible about Illyana being trapped within the crystal shard that still sits in my wagon. Valelldia said that everything will be alright somehow but no matter, I know things will be ok.

But, on a better note, I have met a wonderful shopkeeper who was selling creatures known as Banya birds. It was more incredible that this Banya had the power to bring fortune, whether mystic or material, to me. This has proved to be an amazing day! I purchased this Banya of Fortune immediately and named him Axel. Hopefully...fortune will smile upon me.

They were still on the open sea. Axel, still a young Banya, nonetheless felt odd-out when the others around him were giving out fortunes. He bristled, and dropped to the floor his first contribution- 45 couplets. He'll grow even yet.

Land Ho! Finally our next desnation has been reached. Nereid Isle? I've never heard of such a place but nonetheless I am very excited. I am wondering what I will be able to do here besides shop. Hopefully, I might be able to find a way to cure Illyana and my Tellbook! I pray things will be completed soon! Ash and Axel seem to be excited as well since we've finally gotten off the boat. Let's see what we'll find!
