As he ran toward the next tree he jumped. He did a handstand five feet away from the tree, and bent his arms so that his feet slammed into the tree's thick bark. Sliding his feet down and pushing himself up he righted himself so that he could land another two punched on the tree.
His two punches split the tree in half. Several splinters split themselves around Ugu as his punches arrowed in on the same spot that his feet had hit.

His fist withdrew itself after placing itself at the opposite end of the tree. Without a moment's notice the shingami burst into movement. With his fists raised he would charge into another tree. Each punch he threw caused the tree to shift and sway, and eventually to fall backwards with an ear shattering creak.
"Inner peace."

Ugu jumped forward, over the fallen tree, and at another poor oak. His right fist smashed into it, too, sending a massive crackling sound out toward the forest's many sanctums. His movements did not go unseen as yet, as several shadows began to hear the gruff movements of the shinigami.

The shinigami continued to move forward into the thickening forestscape. His fists contacted another tree as he went forward in his training. He pushed his muscles, stretching them to their furthest, whilst he fought against the oncoming urge to seek out the nearest person and whop their a**.

Shaodws moved in from the side of the channel Ugu was making. Each of the blackened beings, whom had small holes in their guts and skull-like masks, swerved through-out the overhanging shadows of the forest. Ugu's fists stopped, then, as he refocused his inner self.
He quieted his body. Small droplits of sweat dried themselves, sticking to the black cloth that was his shinigami garb. He closed his eyes, focusing on his inner energy.

Ugu's eyes went to the shadows, where he saw the outline of a hunched over 'ape'. His right hand glowed, then, as he called upon his reiatsu to form in his hand. After a split second of focus he threw a small spirit-hammer at the shadowy denizen's foggy shape.
Then, without a moment's delay, he threw two more mallets at his shadow covered opponent.

The shadowy outline jumped into the small cannal of splinters. It rushed forth, bending down as its fury and bent backside faced the above sun.
Ugu brought up Egeus from his sheath. He held it infront of himself to be ready for his opponent's inconimg assault.

The first attack was a direct hit. However the two other hammers that followed behind it abysmally(sp?) failed as they were simply 'thracked away' by the hollow's furry claws.
Ugu's sword then chopped down, then up, and to the right, in three quick slashes at the incoming hollow's face. He remained firm in his position, and unwavered as the small demi-hollow bashed forward.

The three cuts moved in their desired directions, hopefully cutting into the Hollow. Its shaggy body flittered as it rammed toward the Soul Cutter, and had attempted to bury the blade into its lion-like mane.
Ugu remained focused. This small hollow, with its even smaller hole, was no contest for the seven foot tall shinigami.

Two of the cuts slashed into the Hollow's face, causing it to become completely obliterated. A small child's eyes looked on happily at Ugu as its whole face began to turn into ash. After a moment of watching Ugu no longer saw a Hollow- he only saw the empty space of a few splatters of blood.
Ugu sighed and sheathed his Zanpakotou.

He walked away from the small battle scene and went back to his small clearing. His slow feet moved along the created pathway, making way toward his small training area. He took a deep breath as he entered the torn up clearing.
Ugu's movement remained calm, as per usual. He felt a small bit happier, too, after whopping the small Hollow's puny buttox. However, he realized, that specific hollow was on the lowest rung of the Hollow caste. So the man went to the oak tree, that still had his books piled up in a stack, and began doing push ups.
He bent his arms, straightened them, and bent them again, as he began his work out..

Ugu continued to do his push-ups. His muscles tensed as he pushed away from the yellow grass beneath him. Then his muscles tensed as he brought his body slowly toward the ground. The shinigami's eyes pierced the ground beneath him as he continued his strength exercise.

"... 31," he uttered as he continued his push ups. His muscles continued to tense as they went through their movements. He went up and down according to his even rhythem, stretching his body. The man continued toward his nirvanna.
"Through focus there is strength. Through strength there is focus."
