Teddy walked into the Main Hall, his nose in a book. He walked slowly watching out of the corner's of his eyes to see where things were. He had just come from reading in the library and his stomach growled wanting food, yet he didn't want to put the book away. It was more important to learn about this new unknown foe.

He took a step out into the road when a taxi whizzed by, almost knocking him over. Hartley raised is fist in the air and thought about extending his middle finger. Hartley paused, realizing obscene hand gestures in the middle of Downtown Keystone City was pointless. With a heavy sigh, he shrugged it off and crossed the road.
Usually a pleasant person, he realized that it was just a bad day. A small diner off the street caught his attention and he headed in for something to take his mind off of things.

Brief Biography: Grew up on the streets, honing his thieving skills, wishing he could be like his favorite heroes. Then, when he turned 13, his mutant powers developed. He was quickly swept into a gang because of his powers. His views of good and evil changed when he saw fellow gang members kill a man for his $15,00 and a pair of shoes. Became a vigilante.
Extra information: Found a friend in fellow mutant who goes by the name Fox, a girl with superhuman reflexes.
