XD;; It feels like every year since I was... Pegasus I believe... I've wanted to cosplay as Jounouchi for Halloween. When I went to a thrift store to look for costume materials for Jounouchi though, I ended up finding a pink tuxedo that fit me perfectly, so I just had to go with it. X3 Then the next year I was in an obsessive Ed, Edd, 'n' Eddy phase, so I had to go as Double D. that year. XD;; Then the next year I was meeting some friends from a Pokemon fan group at Otacon, so I said I'd cosplay as Brock while other people in the group cosplayed as other characters. I ended up being him for Halloween too because I was lazy. Then last year, I was totally telling myself that I was gonna be Jounouchi that time, but then I got into a huge DBZ obsession with my friend Karma, because we had started a DBZ roleplay together. So I ended up deciding to do something really fun by going as Great Saiyaman. XD Karma was gonna go as Great Saiyawoman, but we couldn't find the right color materials, so she ended up going as an evil Great Saiyaman. XD;; I swear that I will totally cosplay as Jounouchi this Halloween though! D:< By the way, who are you cosplaying as? X3 I wanna see pics when you're done. <3 And oh, well that's a good reason to be feeling lonely... no offense, but from what all you've said so far, it doesn't seem like you have very good friends... just want to say to please watch out that they don't use you, for your own and their sakes. ^^;; Hope you feel better though. Spring Break is almost over...

Oh... I'm cosplaying as Malik... yea, don't laugh... I have to get a tan. But, I'm soo working on it right now. Since I'm a lifeguard, I'm out in the sun 24/7, so my tan is slowly working it's way to a nice bronze color.
Gah, too bad you couldn't be in my cosplay group. I'd love to have a Jounouchi... I'm going with my friend who is gonna be Otogi. We don't really have a group. We just have us two.. Ploo. But, you really should dress up as Jounouchi! In fact I command you to!!! XD Well, I guess I have no right to say that, till my damn Rod is done... Then I'll command you to! I feel like such a dork cause I just ordered a duel disk online. My mom looked at me funny... o_o;; It's been my secret desire to get one anyway - now I have an excuse. XP
I'm pissed cause I didn't have time to see the eye doctor.. so I can't get purple contacts! Nuhhhh...!!! This makes me so sad. That would have been the coolest part... *sob*
Huh? Oh yea... sadly at the moment, one of my closest friends is at UC Davis, which is like two hours away, and the other one is my Yami from New Jersey... and I haven't been able to talk to her much at all lately. So it is a bit lonely. But y'know Gaia cheers me up a bit anyway. Cause people like you are super special awesome! *pokes* ^^ I try to be more positive on Gaia then I am in real life. Sometimes I go into Malik type tantrums... and mood swings... and well, I'm not very pleasant to be with. Which is probably the reason I don't have a ton of friends.. too much drama because I can't keep my mouth shut... it's a horrible curse. Enh... and that is why they invented roleplays. So we can shut out all the damn troubles of society. And I'd better stop before this turns into a horrible rant and then you start to avoid me as well. GAH. That would be awfully ironic.
And I've never been happier to reach the end of break. Thanks! =3

Oh, that's awsome. X3 Malik cosplays are almost always some of the best! <3 Gosh... I don't wanna be Malik's mind slave again... gonk *pokes* And everyone tends to be a bit different online, yet in the end we are still the same people, still deciding the words to say to eachother. From all the discussions I've had with you, you seem like an awsome person. ^^ Tantrums are nothing to me anyway; I grew up with a sister with some brain damage that caused her to be a bit emotionally-messed up, so that kind of stuff doesn't bother me too much, unless I feel like it's my fault or something. XD;; Anger comes. Anger goes. At least online you can react without showing everyone around you. But even if you are dramatic, that doesn't change who you are when you aren't upset, which is the person I've become friends with. ^^ Akila, you're awsome, so please don't think anything less of yourself. Oh, and I don't mind rants. ninja Holy crap I'm super special awsome?! :O

Yes, Malik cosplays are some of the best... but I'm not quite sure I'll be able to pull it off very well. ^^;;
I'm awesome?! Homg the world is coming to an end! XD;; Just kidding, but yes you are super special awesome! Thanks for everything... it seems things have begun to turn around a bit.. but perhaps that is cause my parents are coming home soon. I don't know. I was so busy focusing on the mean people I forgot how many nice people there are in the world. I was being dumb. Thank you for your support, it really does mean a lot to me. ^_^

I'm sure your Malik cosplay will be great! whee And I'm glad things are looking up for you. ^^ Sometimes everyone has hard times, but there is always light at the end of the tunnel, ne? But yeah, it seems like it really has been a hard week... a kid at my school just died (I wasn't friends with him, but he was in my German class and has a twin brother who is also in that class... his brother hasn't shown up to school since...) so a lot of my friends have been having a hard time. Some because they were close with him, some because it brought back hard memories, etc. ^^;; My parents do a lot of counciling for their church, so I end up picking up on that and I councilled a lot of my friends... ended up getting worked up myself. XD;; But things are good now; I'm going to prom tonight and people are feeling better. So this week of hardships has thus ended for both of us, and the light is back in our worlds. May the light stay with you for a good long while. ^^ <3 Oh gosh, I'm really being lame, aren't I? XD;;; But glad I could help in any way whatsoever, and glad your parents are coming home soon.

Yay my parents are home! (Kinda... they are already naggy. Oye.)
No worries, being lame and corny is what friends are for!!
And I can't believe what happened at your school... that is just horrible! My petty problems don't even compare... which makes me feel bad about complaining in the first place. I hope everybody is okay... it must be really hard. At least you guys were able to feel a little better, even if you didn't have so much fun at prom, I'm sure other people who really needed it did.
EDIT:: Kinda irrelevant, but I got my duel disk in the mail today. O__o;; IT'S SO HEAVY. I want to stab it... it hurts my arm and it's really big and bulky and bothersome.. and I totally underestimated how much energy all the characters must've needed in order to just lift the things up to duel with 'um.
=.=;;
I'm gonna be mad if this distracts from my cosplay. Maybe I'll let my friend who is doing Otogi wear it. I have to carry around the rod already.. the damn duel disk thing is HELLA friggin heavy. *curses at it* Stupid waste of 20 bucks...
At least it looks cool! And it lights up, and if you push a button it snaps together, like 'whooosh' the way it does in the anime... 'cept it hurts your arm... *dies*
And it's hard to balance your cards in there while making a cool pose without your arm falling off from the lack of balance.... *sob*

Yeah, his brother came back today and he just kind of stared blankly ahead all of German... I felt so bad for him... and then there's that whole university incident from earlier, plus my mom has had an especially crappy day today. o.o Must be bad luck period... last Friday was the thirteenth... hm... And I've never gotten one of those duel disks, but I played with my friend's. XD;; They really do suck. She dueled against me with hers, and if she raised her arm up at all, I could see all her face-down magic and trap cards. XD

Yea.. that whole thing that happened at Virgina tech was awful...
Our school is casting it's flag at half staff till Sunday. Then we had a moment of silence today... It's just so depressing. And did you hear that one of the professors who was was killed was a holocaust survivor.
That pisses me off... he survived the damn holocaust, only to get killed by some idiotic teenager with a gun.
Onto a less depressing topic... u.u;
Enh... yea, but besides the dd's lack of function, it's kinda neat. I might be tempted to hurl it at Yuugiou bashers during the convention. Then I won't have to carry it anymore. *grin*

Wow, that is really sad... strangly enough, my school hasn't mentioned it at all. We've discussed with with some of our teachers, but otherwise I haven't noticed anything said by my school... then again, my second hour (when we get the announcements) is like a zoo, so I can never actually hear announcements... XD;;; And I think the best things about those Duel Disks is the smexyness they had to cosplaying. <3

I wouldn't assume there would be as much remembrance over here... I'm sure back East it has become a huge deal. Our school is like that though, a while ago I discovered our school is the biggest school in the bay area - then I found out we are also the most diverse school in all of CA. Which is kinda neat. Our school really values that sort of stuff (although, the individuals - not so much) I guess, we raised money for the Tsunami victims in Asia, the Katrina victims, and some other things that I haven't even heard of... basically stuff that happens around the world. It's a nice feeling though; to be able to help people.
Oh, and as for the Holocaust thing... I really feel awful. I actually met a Holocaust survivor who came to our school to present. I nearly cried watching her presentation, and then afterwards I went up to talk to her. She was so kind hearted, and I just couldn't believe the amount of suffering she had to go through...
People can be so retarded. Even worse, there are still people out there; neo nazi's, who still instill hatred towards Jews to this day.
... I'm getting myself horribly down now!
You call your classes 'hours' or something? Not periods? How weird! XD; Actually, it sounds all professional and classy.... 'Period' sounds so lame. It reminds me of punctuation, and the suffering girls have to go through once a month. XD;;
A lot of people at my school don't listen to our announcements either. Which sorta sucks, because every once in awhile it's actually something really important. =.=

Hmm... maybe that's why my school didn't make much of a deal out of it because we're almost as far west as you. (AZ) I really don't like my school that much though... though only things we got going for us is that we have the highest AP test pass rate in the state and also tend to be one of the "smarter" schools in Arizona. However, a survey also said that Arizona was the second-stupidest state in the US so... XD;;; But my school's retarded because our colors are red, white, and blue. WTF? XD;; They try to get us to wear red, white, and blue every Friday, so our school is like America's school or something. XB And then to add to the weirdness, our mascot is the coyote.... so we see coyotes and American colors everwhere... *shivers* And my school is too obsessed with spirit. People get mad at you if you don't wear red, white, and blue on Fridays or don't dress up for Spirit Week, or don't go to a football game, or predict that another school will win or anything like that! XP *shoots self* Gosh, that's just so sad... we had a Holocaust survivor present at our elementary school once... a lot of people were crying... I just can't believe how people can have so much pure hatred within them... And yes, we call them "hours," which is weird because our class periods are an hour and a half each. XD;; I mean, sometimes we call them "periods" but we usually just say "hour."

Red, white and blue?! Oh my.... sweatdrop
Our colors are red, black and white. Which is purdy cool, except that we aren't actually allowed to wear hardly any red anymore. It's a gang color in my area, and so when we have class color day we can only wear black and white... o__O; Heh. We don't have any spirit anyway... so you should be lucky! I mean, hardly anybody dresses up on spirit week and our ralleys suck. Even though we have a big school, we have little spirit. Buuttt, coyotes are sooo cute. We are the Colts. HOMG Fear the baby horses!!!! D=<
That is dumb that they get mad at you though. I'm not a fan of being that patriotic... especially with the government's retardness lately. The whole flag colors thing reminds me of Bandit Keith. What a lovely stereotype for us Americans huh? *frown*
Gah, and what a dumb survey! What's the first stupidest state? o__O; I'm sure the East Coast people are the smartest... their government people actually put lotsa money into their educations. Our 'governator' takes money out of school funding! *sob* I'll never be smarttt!!!
"Hours" is still cool to me!!! *dorky smile*

Yes... red white and blue... ~_~;; And what's worse is we're like the "l33t" school of our school district; we tend to have the most school spirit, the best grades, the most won football games, etc. so it makes everyone even more arrogant with their red white and blue. XP And red is a gang color in your area?! How depressing! ^^;; I love wearing red... (I don't care for white or blue though, thank God...) Heh, we're not allowed to wear trenchcoats at our school because of Columbine, but I do everyday anyway and have only gotten told to take it off once ever by a teacher I've never seen again. *shrugs* Most of my teachers just don't give a damn. And LAWLCOLTS. XD;; Now I don't feel so stupid having "Coyotes." (but people at my school get mad if we pronounce it "Kai-yo-tees" instead of "Kai-yoats." It's scary! O_o Ah, but Colts are still better than my elementary school maskot: the Dolphines... XD;; What makes it worse is that our school was called Oasis, you know, like the vegetated areas they have in the middle of DESERTS?! Because we live in friggin' Arizona! Most of us have never even seen a dolphine! XP When we were gonna pick the mascot, it was so close to being Scorpions, which I like a whole lot better, but then at the last minute some retarded teacher suggested dolphines, and of course all the little kids voted for it so it won! gonk *wants to be a Scorpion* Even my friggin' dentist used to make fun of me for being a Dolphine... stare (at least the color wasn't as bad as red white and blue... it was teal) And yes, my school is Bandit Keith's ideal American school! In America! :O I think the "stupidest" state was Alabama... XD;; But you know how they did the survey? They called random students in the state without any research and asked them random questions. So the whole thing might've just been bad luck for Arizona. *shrugs* But yeah, I wanna be as smart as the east coast... D:

Yea, actually our school is also the best at a lot of things. Apparently the other school's call us cheaters, and say that isn't fair b/c since our school is big we have more kids to pick from. But yea, if our school doesn't win states in Band and color guard then they get screamed at - b/c they usually win every year. Same with our Forensics team. Non of our sport teams are very bad though, even the ones that aren't great, still do very well. Since we aren't allowed to wear one of the school colors, there isn't any boasting or anything. The other gang color in my area is blue. So we can't wear much blue either. Guess I'm lucky we don't have your school color's, we'd be down to white by now. XD;
Ah, but why would you want to wear a trenchcoat in AZ!? Isn't it hot? O__O; We don't have much of a dress code. 4000 kids is too hard to enforce! We aren't allowed to wear hats b/c of gangs, and like certain colors on belts/shoelaces, but they hardly ever hammer you down unless you are some big guy walking with a limp and sagging his pants. Which I, am definitly not.
Haha, Oasis is a funny name for a school. My old Elementary was Snow School though - our mascot was a polar bear. Like your dolphin, it DIDN'T MAKE SENSE. First of all, it doesn't snow where I live. Second of Polar bears don't even exist around here. *sigh* I don't know where people get these things, but when I read the "dolphin," thing I literally was cracking up. XD
Scorpian's are so much cooler.
Annddd damn those smart east coast people!
The one thing they lack is diversity, if that makes you feel any better. I love it back East, but seriously, I feel so surronded by other white people and it makes me feel dirty. I love my diverse little Bay Area. *snuggles it* OMG, I was eating Jalapeno sauce, and my Nana (from MA) was like, "Ooo, what are you eating? *picks it up to read it* Jawl-a-peen-oh sauce?" I was like, "o___O NO, Nana, Hall-a-penyo sauce. XD;;"
Oh and I wanted to know what kind of slang you guys use over there. My friend was mentioning how all her East Coast buddies laugh at us for saying, "like" a lot. AND, it's sorta true. Which is annoying. -.- We also say, "Hecka" and "Tight" and "Aite". I don't know at what point in the US the slang begins to change, but it's VERY different East. I've never been anywhere else so... *shrug* I don't really know.

Wow, your school seems so strict about gang stuff. XD;; We're allowed to wear any colors. The only things we're not allowed to wear that involve gangs are bandannas and chains. And I've lived in Arizona all my life, so why it is still very hot in the summer, the 40 degree winters feel really cold to me, so the trench coat is like perfect. ^^ I don't wear it when it gets warmer though. Like right now I'm in the stage where I'll bring it to school some days and not some others depending on the weather. During the winter I always bring it and during the summer I never do. And my school tends to not be too strict on enforcing the dress code (as you probably already know from my coat example) though it really depends on specific teachers. Like with the trench coat, most teachers don't give a damn, but if you wear a hat inside (we're allowed to wear them outside) almost ever teacher tells you to take it off. And we've got a little over 2000 kids... Snow School actually seems like a funnier name to me than Oasis Elementary... XD;; And WTFPOLARBEAR? Ah... well I still think dolphine is more retarded. XD;; And you think east coast lacks diversity? Seriously? Every time I've been there there've been Italians, Japanese, Chinese, whites, blacks, etc. everywhere! Here we mostly only have whites, blacks, and Mexicans... *shrugs* Weird... but it's so funny when easterners come to the west. XD I realized not too long ago that we almost always have tortilla chips and salsa at parties instead of potatoe chips and dip, and a lot of easterners think that's weird or something... And we generally get "trends" in our slang... we do also use "like" a lot, but I only hear "hecka" once in a while, very rarely "tight," and I've never even heard of "aite." XD;; We tend to use stupid things like "hey," "morn'" (as in "good morning"), "fails," and "c'mere." I think most of us have a bit of a western accent, though nothing extreme like in cowboy movies. We tend to shorten or mumble the last part of common phrases a lot and not pronounce "I" sounds so much. (For example, saying "mine" might sound more like "mahn" if we talk fast)
