Fingers gripped tightly against the hilt of the sword as he'd begun to swing, the motion already too far through to stop as he realized the ibex was backing off. That truth had hit harder as he realized this and attempted to pull back to avoid causing further injury. Too late. The blade was heavy and Keanu was inexperienced with it. The thing continued it's decent and left a new mark along the other boy's should before being held facing the ground.
Anoki had dropped his sword, whatever battle instinct or survival instinct Keanu had allowed him to hold his even though he knew things were done. Still, even the delayed moment as he attempted to register things clicked eventually and he was starting forward to see exactly how much damage he'd done. Certainly not as a trophy, but from concern. Once someone gave in it just wasn't honerable to hurt them. And he had. He really was bad at this.
"Are you all right?" It was a bit frantic as he finally set the blade down to reach out and check on the boy's shoulder. Obviously it would be best to head to the infirmary. Despite the fact that both of them weren't too hurt, hopefully, they did have more than a few cuts. Something he realized as the bit of adrenaline in his system started to subside. And they were quite happy to make themselves known now.

Anoki winced, not wanting to look at his shoulder. He kept his hand over it, and felt wetness underneath. Surprisingly, that didn't scare him. In fact, he wasn't really scared. More saddened by his inability to do a good job, and angry with himself over how easily the other boy must have beaten him. Surely the teacher would be disappointed. And Mama Ray would be more than that.
Was he alright? Not especially. Physically, he had minor cuts all over, muscle cramps, and a few slashes that would probably need to be looked at. Mentally he was worse, beating himself up over the loss. However he forced himself to look up and nod. "I'm f-fine."
Then, with hopeful eyes, he looked around. "Are w-we d-done?"

Well... he didn't look fine. But he had said he was. He was likely no wore off than Keanu, but the leopard was used to scratches and the like, perhaps not usually so deep, but he wasn't much for the indoors. So if anything he tended to take other's wounds to a far worse degree than his own. Still, what hurt hurt, and things could get infected it open. He knew that much from personal experience.
"I... think..?' He said it slowly, glancing briefly to the teacher to see if the two were excused. It seemed they were, which meant this was a good time to go make sure the trouble he'd caused was dealt with properly. Taking a breath as he felt another charp sting upon moving to reach down a hand toward the ibex. "Let's go see the nurse." They both needed it anyway, he knew he'd catch hell if he came home bleeding. Probably likewise fo the other boy.
As soon as He'd managed to drag Anoki to his feet, willing or not, he started off toward back for the main building to head to the infirmary. Well, that had certainly been a learning experience.
