Green Day was so ******** AWESOME!!!!! Okay, here's my boredom enriched, fully detailed story of my trip to Green Day.

Right, me and my friend woke up at 6 a.m to get the 7.30 a.m train to Dublin. We made it and there were loads of people going to school and I think we may have annoyerd them by singing Green Day REALLY loudly and then there was Spooky as well...
Oh well, we then proceeded to the Point, but we forgot to cross the bridge and we ended up opposite the point, but on the other side of the Liffey...
Then we had to queue to get our pit passes. It was 10.30 when we got there. We queued until 1.00 and we finally got them, then we all thought we could leave to get some food and stuff, but if we do, ourp it passes will be ripped up!!! We were allowed go to the shop in under 10 ten minutes and they nominated me and my other friend to go, sp we just bought tons of hula Hoops originals (I love hula hoops...) so we could eat.
It was really annoying because we couldn't sit down for health and safety reasons so we were forced to stand. I stood for... (Maths is not my strong point...) eight hours without sitting down, and between that time I:
i) played I-spy with tons of random people
ii) was shocked and in love when I saw the guy who looks JUST LIKE BILLIE JOE!! (Kevie Joe!)
iii) Sold my spare ticket I was meant to give to my friend until I found out she coudn't go for E45.00.
iv) Lost my ******** ticket....
I really did. I was so upset! It was an hour before the show was to begin and I LOST MY TICKET!!! I was almost in tears and my friend called over her friend (lets call him... Keifer) and he kept saying "You will get in, Have no fear, for I AM KEIFER!!" and the people I was playing I spy with heard, and they all started a search party which made me want to xry even more because they were being so nice, but the lump in my throat wouldn't go away so I was there trying not to cry as I walked up to the door.
We had this plan where i would show them my pit pass and keep on walking, unless they said I needed the pass, in which case I would pretend to search for it, and then say I lost it. keifer kept saying I would get in, because I needed the ticket to get the pit pass.
So I showed her the pass and she said, "No, you need your ticket," so I said "Okay, hold on" and I began to search for it. Then keifer said "Yellie, do you have it? What's wrong? Where's your ticket?" It was then that I realised I wouldn't get into Green Day and I broke down into hysterical crying. The head of security came and looked at me. He looked like he felt sorry for me and he said "have you got a pit pass?" and he was really nice and I showed him, and HE LET ME IN!! I was still crying because it was bottled up inside me and wheneveryone was so nice, giving me hugs and saying "yay! You're in!" It just... Ack, I was so happy!
Anywho, we were waiting for Sugercult to start, and we wanted to call one of our friends on Bouncing off the walls. He wasn't there because he was in a mental institution for depression... But New Found Glorywer playing instead! It was so crap! I don't like NFG... But, ona positive note, the bassist threw me his pick and said "For you!!" But I dropped it and some little knacker child ran off with it!

"Blvd" was an encore, so was "We Are The Champions". For "Shout", Billie Joe held a note for two minutes and then wanted us to do it! So we tried and I couldn't do it, but he was tapping his watched and he giggled! Twas very funny! And then they were singing a song (I can't remember which) and he paused half way through and all you could hear was 10,000 pople singing the words. He laughed and grinned at Mike and he sang it again. THEN, he started saying "Say Aye-O!" and he kept going until he started saying "Say *insert orgasm song here*" And I screamed "He's gonna do it" and everyone around me was screaming at me saying "What??" and I just ignored them, fixated on what Billie Joe would do. He said "I wanna take off all of my clothes!" And he started undoing his trousers with this brilliant little grin on his face (you can see I know all of their expressions because of my glasses.. Yep...) but he didn't jack off.... I was disappointed because of that! I really thought he would!
When he getting people to play (Conner from the Spungos got to play bass!!!) he chose the guitarist form the balciony and he said "Just jump down!" but quickly said "I'M JOKING!" looking at the security guards. But she couldn't play, she was covered in American idiot clothes that she bought at the merchandise shop in the point, and he HAD TO SHOW HER WHERE TO PUT HER HANDS ON THE GUITAR. So some guy called Paddy came up and he got to keep his guitar and got a kiss!
Ack, I've writen so much! Well, Tre was looking REALLY hot, and my friend got his stick!! I was so jealous! But Tre was so great! He was being really mad and crazy and jsut.. Wow! Billie Joe kept introducing everyone and he introduced himself as George W. Bush and we all booed.
And then everyone called me psycic because I was predicting all of the songs they would play, but its easy to know by hearing them practising the same notes (but in a different order.)and by what they do. Like for example, Billie Joe put a crown on and I screamed "he's playing King For A Day!!" and everyone started laughing saing "He WILL NOT! I bet you he won't!" And he did. Mwa ha.
It was totally worth almost getting puked on, losing my ticket just after selling one, fainting three times, bursting into hysterical tears and and losing my voice. Oh, and not being able to walk. It was the greatest day of my life and I'll never forget it!
Billie Joe also said "Don't let anyone tell you what to do. you're your own ******** person and you don't need to listen to anyone trying to tell you that you're not". Those words had a big impact on me. I love green Day even more now!!!

Haha. I hate to break it to you hon, but he did that on every show of the tour. I'm sorry...

Well... I've seen Green Day more then once, and Billie Joe was wearing something different each time... oddly enough... the first time I saw him he was... going his... thing... *points to animation* The second time, he was wearing white and black, and didn't do... his thing... and the third time, he was wearing a beanie o_o;;; wearing white, red, and black... and didn't do his thing... I mean, maybe it was just the specific concerts I went to... who knows...

I saw Green day in concert last night, best gig EVER! They were incredible. heart
