He nodded in agreement with Skulls, giving a small wink of encouragement to Fiona. "Aye, lets get the ******** outta here, I wanna get as much of the job done as fast as possible...I've got other more important things to attend to."

He then turned attention to Fiona. "Are you ready to go, or would you like to stay here a bit longer, I'd rather leave as well as Skulls here, but I'm more than willing to stay if you want to."

Tanus was strongly considering shorting out the speakers of the hall so he could get some peace and quiet, and mess with the minds of those around him. At any rate, he got up and made his way across the hall to get another drink and go mingle with the rest of the vampiric population, and he even danced! After the fun and festivities, he got his coat, put it on, and left back toward the Chantry.

She was done with her drinking for the night. She placed that empty wine glass down which Randal swooped and brought to the bar, but seeing that look in her eyes, he nodded and knew not to bring another one up. She stood then, eyes looking up at Draven, with that smile appearing on her face.

"I can handle anything given to me. I am, afterall, the Prince of this city and earned that position by slowing down the Anarchs of this city. I want peace among the clans here once and for all, so anything said by those other snobby, art-stuck-up-their-a** Toreadors isn't of much importance."

She moved over to him, placing her hand gently on his cheek as she looked into eyes, those large hazel orbs drawn out by those dark lashes stared into his eyes with that mezmerizing look, before blinking and looking away. That hand slowly moved off his cheek and onto the railing, as she peered down below.

~Draven exhaled very very slowly... a concentrated effort considering he had no need to breathe...he sipped from his drink once more... taking the last mouthful of bloodwyne. He let his free hand trial down his side to rest on his hip, as it moved, he let one of his fingers trace her side~ I know love... I know... Remember I have stood here by your side... for awhile.. Forgiveness is only one of your beautiful talents... grace, style, and intelegence were not wasted when give to you...

~He moved to set his drink down, before returning to the spot he leant against on the rail..this time, he slid his hand along the smooth surface until his finer tips just barely touched her hand...~ Even though you may not agree with all of our clan... remember to heed their word as well... after all we don't want the city falling into the hands of some of our more brutish kin..

Fiona smiles up at Caerul, her loyalty towards him shining through amazingly well, as it always did. "You know I'd follow you anywhere, Caerul" She smiles at him, and takes his hand in hers, squeezing it lightly for a second before letting it down gently to his side.

She moves gently to the table where she had lain her jacket down, and pulled it over her milky shoulders, returning to Caerul's side, and giving a warm smile to Skulls, who would be accompanying them. "I'm ready to go." she looks to Caerul, ready to follow his lead

'Sixty-two years...' Jackal was not entirely sure what had led him to come to this club. Then again, he was never entirely sure why he went to many of the places that he did. But his instinct had never led him wrong before, so he followed it into the club. And that's when he spotted a man he had not seen since the last few years of World War 2. He looked around for a moment, noting the large Kindred population in the room, and then began moving towards the man, 'Sixty-two years, Caerul...'

Jackal moved slowly, coming up behind Caerul and the other two Kindred that he was with. His hand slipped in his pocket, fingering the knife he kept in there. He paused as he reached the group; no one had noticed him. He stood there for a short time before he spoke, "It was sixty-two years ago when we parted ways in Belgium, was it not? I must say that I never really expected you to live this long. It is certainly interesting to meet you again, Caerul."

He stopped in his tracks, turning around quietly. This period was a dark time in his past, the Second Great War. He remembered the times the two of them had, not the brightest or holiest either, but not all bad.

"Well look at what the Devil spat back up, if it isn't Jackal, ya ol' beast."

He smiled at him, glancing to Fiona, then Skulls.

"Well I like to keep my talents equal. I know that we do not want this city falling to the "brutes", but what they have to say might just help us in unity. We have to give them a chance in this city as well."

She nodded, her hand under his that rested on the railing, as she peered from the crowd onto him while she spoke, then back onto the sea of bodies. The time was slowly slipping into the early morning, and light was just a few hours away.

"Is there anything else that can be done tonight?"

Renee asked, curious as those eyes trailed back up and stared into his.

I have nae a thing I hope to accomplish... other than... ~he gave a tiny smiles... a knowing smile~ You had mentioned heading home sooner or later... and leaving this night to cool itself off. If it is not pressing I would suggest that be our next step... Love... ~He spoke the last words as he always did when speaking to Renee although it was drawn out a bit longer than normal... and seemed to roll of his tongue with a bit more satisfaction than it did normally.. he picked up her hand and kissed her finger tips gently... ~ After all the night wanes.. and I would hate to get caught in this club all day...

Fiona turns to face the newcomer, her hips shifting gently outward, an alluring, but protective stance next to Caerul. Her eyes flash to the man, and then to Caerul, taking in his reaction. There was something she didn't trust about this man. She had known Caerul for so long.. how was it she had never known him?

Her beautiful head cocks a bit, and the flame red curls reflected the light, her greenish blue eyes searching the man, slowly tallying, though with him, she made it less obviuos. But still, at her side her hand moved, fingers gently drumming against the air as she counted, her body a little tense, only giving her more allure in her stance, hips outward, body open, clothes tight to her body.

Seeing Caerul's reaction to the man, she steps back a little from where she had been, though stays slightly in front and to the side of Caerul still, an eerie feeling floating through her.

Where had this man come from? she thought to herself silently, still tallying, the fingers of her right hand whirring. How could I have not known of a man.. I've been with Caerul for well over sixty two years.. well over seventy at that.. She is suspiciuos, but she would wait, her instinctive need to protect the one who had helped her, saved her, often overcamer her logic.

Jackal raised an eyebrow at Caerul's comment, "The Devil? If I was one of his children, we never would have worked together, no?" He spoke quietly, "And I resent the term beast..." He didn't care, actually, it just seemed like the thing to say.

Jackal's eyes shifted to the girl that was on Caerul's side, "You can stop, you know. It would not be beneficial for me to attempt an attack on Caeurl. Even if he had offended me in some way, I suppose that I still owe him a favour," He paused and looked back at Caerul, "One killer to another..." Jackal looked back at the girl, "I have nothing but civil intentions towards your friend."

"Ehem." Now it was Caerull's turn to raise an eyebrow to a comment made. "A killer is a sick individual who would kill for the kicks, I am on a mission, we were on a mission back there, from the divine. You may be a killer, but don't mistake me for one." He smiled then, nudging Fiona a bit.

"This man and I spent some time together while you were away lass, he's a friend."

He turned back to Jackle, and spoke quickly, motioning to Fiona then Skulls, "This is Fiona and Skulls, we got s**t to do so c'mon, there isnt much time before sun up."

Jackal's eyes narrowed, "Call it what you will, but I still saw the look in your eyes when you killed that Tremere regent. And let me make this clear: I have never killed for 'kicks'. I kill people when it is the most logical choice to do so. You of all people should know that I derive no particular joy from killing." He paused to collect himself, "But seeing as I have nothing better to do, I suppose I could join your little group. You can explain on the way."

Fiona sways a bit with Caerul's gentle nudge, and smiles, though her eyes darken as she remembers the time. It had been a dark time in her life, and she was not proud of it, leaving Caerul had been the worst mistake of her immortal life.

She relaxes though, seeing this man, though a bit off center, as the one who had been with Caerul, when she, ashamedly, hadn't. She finished counting him off, giving him the usual three mistakes for someone so cluttered. He had taken all three, and a half of one, but she smiles at him. "Somewhat even.." she mutters to herself a bit frowning before nodding her head, settled.

She then looks up, and smiles, beaming, and slips her fingertips down Caerul's back, letting them rest gently on his spine, a few inches above his belt line, affectionately, trustingly, lovingly

"Indeed we can. I have responsible ghouls that can run this club without me here."

A smile appeared on her face as he kissed her hand, and she did enjoy being woed by him, and this night was no different from all the nights before.

"Then let's go home and enjoy the rest of the night to ourselves.... Love sounds like something we both need, and we can both have since we are not so busy anymore."

And with that hand still in his after he finished kissing it, slowly began to lead him away from the balacony and over to the north wall where the stairs were, and she then moved her hand from his, and then slipped her arm around his, and began to descend the steps to the first floor. The music was still pumping, and she led him around the dance floor and towards the front doors.
