In the attempt in trying to hoist Drako up, Brad starts to feel him fighting it! Letting him back down to his feet, them fighting, ending up closer to the ropes.
Perhaps the fans exciting Bad Boy caused him to be a bit too ambitious for the situation! As Brad is lifted off of his feet, and sent flying! Over the top rope, dropping to the floor on his left side! The crowd letting out a gasp upon seeing their hero taking a scary fall!
Brad remained laying in a heap on the outside floor!

Drako hadn't quite been aware of where they were in the ring, so the counter was a lucky one. The champ turns and finds Bad Boy down on the outside. Now it's time to live up to his nickname.
The champion steps out onto the apron, waiting for Bad Boy to stand to springboard off the middle rope with another moonsault on the outside

The crowd was trying to will Brad back up to recovery, as he finally began to stir and force himself back up to his feet, perhaps against his own bitter judgment.
The ref was up to about 3 on the count out, but was interrupted by Drako going to the apron. Yelling "NO, NO, DON'T DO THAT!" While being totally ignored.
Brad stood up, and as he spent time trying to realize where he was at and his surroundings, he looked up and saw Drako closing in from the air! Both men crashed to the floor! Bad Boy ended up laid out, on his side, in a way that his hand was holding onto his shoulder! Amongst the agony his body was in after the shock wore off from falling to the outside, his shoulder and neck was in a mass amount of pain!

Couldn't help but get some cheers off that moonsault. It's kind of Drako's thing and that was a perfect one. However, it does take it's toll, and the Soaring Dragon took the wind out of his own wings with that landing, though he does manage to roll and end up sitting against the barricade. Of course, now the referee has to restart that ten count, which gives him some time to try to catch his breath

Bad Boy remained crumpled up on the floor like a piece of paper. His eyes were open, seemingly staring at the barricade, the lights were on, but man did it seem like no one was home.
Finally being able to feel his breath go through his lungs, and slightly more conscious after the attack, the shoulder and arm pain coursed through. His body was numb from the punishment as well from general wear down in both being in the match and some attacks on it during the match, mostly the Moonsault from earlier.
Bad Boy would only be able to begin to move certain parts of his body, but still remained on the floor.
The ref finally beginning his count at 1.

As the count continues, Drako reaches up and uses the barricade to pull himself up again around the count of three. He still had most of his faculties and he preferred to win in the ring. as such, he would attempt to pull Bad Boy up and roll him back into the ring

Bad Boy was grabbed and pulled up to his feet, slanking, nearly deadweight, only Drako guiding him to the ring. Brad was pushed into the ring, and slowly rolled towards the middle, with a couple of feet towards the side of the ropes they were just at. Laying on his back, staring up at the lights.

Drako is reaching into his old bag of tricks so far here tonight, which comes from the history here. Hopping up onto the apron, the Soaring Dragon elects to take another risk, going to the top rope and diving off, aiming an elbow drop for the chest of Bad Boy on the mat

Drako comes crashing down on the chest of Bad Boy, the elbow driven into him!
Brad's legs shot straight up into the air, partially folded up as the air again was taken out of him upon impact. His legs dropped to the side on the mat, as the rest of his body turned to the side facing away from Drako, holding onto his chest!

another risk pays off, as the champion gets back to his feet. the opening here is obvious and Drako feels like now is the time to put Bad Boy away. He reaches down to pull Bad Boy up, only aiming to drop him again with the Damone Shot (Snap Impaler DDT)

The air driven out of him, Brad was pulled to his feet, though he was rather slow to follow which included being on his knee for a few moments.
On his feet doubled over, Bad Boy was pulled into Drako's arm. No time to react as Drako spikes Bad Boy into the ground with the Damone Shot! Brad was stood on his head for a second, before dropping flat to his stomach!

successfully nailing the move that had helped him retain the title for the past year, Drako attempts to roll Bad Boy onto his back and hook both legs for the pin

Bad Boy wasn't moving, dead weighted as he was slowly rolled to his back.
The crowd went to a near silent murmur once the DDT hit, some even booing. The rumors for weeks of Brad returning, finally paying off seeing him once again in the ring. The moment flattened as their hero took a beating throughout. Finally all crashing down with the Damone Shot!
This wasn't the return Bad Boy had in mind either. Taking a punishing beating nearly all match. The pain was going to course through his arm and shoulder for a while, and the targeting of his neck made things even worse! All for his first match back, and again it might've been too ambitious to take on a rival and the current Champ in his prime. Finally all cemented with the DDT!
Both legs were hooked, and the ref down to count.
"1!...2!.....thr-"
Suddenly Bad Boy kicks out, throwing the shoulder!
The crowd suddenly erupted with the kick out! Not expecting it at all and realizing it all wasn't over yet!

Drako was certain he had the match well in hand. That move had put down several of his challengers this past year. When Bad Boy manages to kick out, the champion ends up in a seated position with a scowl on his face.
A few moments later, the champion begins to get back to his feet and reaches down to pull Bad Boy up with him. Time for a favorite that he rarely gets to pull out, but he's going to try here, as he aims to pull Bad Boy up in position for a powerbomb. The goal is to lift and plant him with a sitout Jacknife Powerbomb, his occasional tribute to his older brother

Brad was on his side after the kick out, trying to gain his breath and will energy back into his body. He survived the dangerous finisher by Drako, he was still alive!
Being pulled unceremoniously to his feet, Bad Boy's head was put underneath Drako, doubled over, ready for a Powerbomb. The fans were dreading what was about to happen next!
Suddenly Bad Boy looked to drop down to a knee, and shoot himself up, hoping to pick up Drako across his shoulders in a Fireman's Carry! And from there swing him back into a Cutter, for the TKO!
