Just when Drako thought he'd make it to his feet, Trent pulls him back and lifts him up, dropping him on the left shoulder with a suplex. the champ instinctively rolls to that side, clutching that arm

Trent would once again push the champ on to his back, looking for another pinfall or to at least tire the champion out some more. Being in the driver seat in the biggest match of his career was definitely a high that was pushing him past everything else had had suffered earlier.

again Drako forces himself to kick out. He's not done yet though he has been slowed as he doesn't exactly pop to his feet here

Back to his feet, Trent would stare at his opponent. Feeling slightly gassed, but knowing he has to keep up the attack. The Initiator would wait for Drako to try and get back up again before looking to hit a third dropkick to the shoulder. If it's not broken, don't fix it. At least that's what some people say!

There's another saying that may come to mind as the champion once again gets to his feet. Something about going to the well too many times. Anyway, this time, Drako spots the move coming and sidesteps, letting Trent hit the mat and falling back against the ropes

Maybe the latter expression held more true, as Trent would miss the dropkick. He needed to get back up to his feet quick before Drako could get any more leeway and halt Trent's goal of achieving the big gold strap!

the champ hadn't been champ this long by taking long rests. As Trent attempts to get to his feet, Drako would charge in and attempt to take him back down with a shining wizard

Before Trent could make it completely back to his feet, he would meet with Drako knee-to-face as the Shining Wizard would connect, knocking Trent back down to the mat and holding his face which may have been deformed from the brutal move!

with that, Drako goes for his first cover of the match, honestly hoping that knee put trent down for the count

Two-
Right after the second count, Trent would push his shoulder up to break the pinfall. His face was still in pain but he was there and more than willing to keep fighting.

Drako sits up after the kickout, still holding his left arm.
"Damn it."
He slaps the mat with the left arm, attempting to get the blood flowing. He forces himself up again and looks to pull Trent up with him, then throw a right hand at the side of his head

How nice of Drako to help Trent up-
Well it was nice until Drako basically knocked the taste out of Trent's mouth with the strike to the side of his skull. Trent would let out an audible yelp as he would reel from the strike.

Drako is essentially a one armed man in an a** kicking contest, as good ol' JR would say, so he's going to have to make it count. Swinging for the fences, he looks to light Trent's chest up again with a knife edged chop

Trent has seen this happen before. The strikes of Drako neutralizing him at the beginning of this match as he could not afford to be put in the same position as before. The chop connected, but Trent looked to swing a forearm at the Champ's dome in retaliation

the forearm forces Drako back a step and the champ reels back. time to get crafter as he attempts to come back with a kick to the gut that he'd follow with a right to the head again
