Drako is clocked with one shot, then a second, and the champ hits the mat on the second one, the obvious size disadvantage coming into play here. Off balance, the champion attempts to get to his feet again

Rising to his feet, he would look to keep the advantage in his favor by trying to connect with a leaping knee strike to the head.

Still off balance, the champion is just barely to his feet with a massive knee to the head clocks him, knocking him right back to the mat again. the fans are beginning to feel like there's going to be a change here as they rally behind the challenger

He slowly made his way to his feet with a wide eyed deranged look on his face. He menacingly stalked his opponent, waiting for the opportune time to unleash a Black Eulogy kick to the jaw to try and put the champ down for good.

the champion once again begins to get to his feet, wobbly, out of sorts. He turns as he looks for the challenger only for the kick to connect, knocking him right back to the mat again and the fans to erupt. Could the challenger be about to dethrone the champion?

He fell to a knee as it buckled as he hit his move flush and the crowd nearly went crazy. He dragged his aching body to initiate the cover and attempted a pin.

Drako seems to be completely out and the crowd is counting with the referee.
one....two....thr...
at this point, Adrian realizes the danger the champ is in and runs over to yank the referee out of the ring and let him drop to the floor, therein saving the title as the referee is out for the moment at least

Time seemed to slow down as the ref made the count and he could feel his heart racing. This was it.

Reality snapped back to him as the final count never came as Adrian yanked the referee out of the ring. He looked around and then saw what had happened. He cradled his head in his hands and ground his teeth as he realized what happened. He seethed in fury and slammed his hands on the mat as this man DARED to steal his moment from him

Once more, Adrian had decided to meddle in the Savage Sons' business, interrupting what could've been a groundbreaking moment for Erynys as he pulled the referee away from the count! The fans jeered loudly at the blatant interference as Adrian stood on the outside near the ramp, but their hatred morphed to hope as they saw "Showtime" Salem Croft coming down the ramp, walking right up behind Adrian and standing menacingly, wicked intent in the eyes of the "Gypsy Savage", the manager unaware of his presence!

Adrian was quite pleased with himself, but it's a little odd for him to be getting cheared. Wait a minute, something's off. Finally, he gets the hint and turns around, and....
"Oh crap."
Time to run, as Adrian now tries to turn and run the opposite direction

Adrian cowered at the prospect of getting his comeuppance, looking to turn and flee as he had earlier from Salem, when he'd escaped into the crowd during the tag championship match! But this time, "Showtime" decided Adrian's time was up, snatching the spineless manager by the wrist and spinning him back around into the "C.O.D.", the finishing Cutter Salem nicknamed the "Cause Of Death!"

poor Adrian isn't a wrestler or a fighter really. He was just doing what was necessary for his friend. Not that that stops Salem from absolutely dropping him with the C.O.D. leaving the manager flat on his face on the floor, unmoving

The crowd roared with glee as Adrian was laid out at the bottom of the ramp, Salem standing solemnly righteous over top the man, glaring indignantly at the body crumpled at his feet! Thinking of Nuke, of Erynys, and now once again his tag partner being messed with by the fiendish affiliate, Salem spat on the ground next to the manager, looking back up into the ring to study how his partner could recover!

He pulled himself to his feet, murder written in his eyes. He stalked Drako, begging for him to get up so that he could land a Bullhammer elbow between Drako's eyes.
