I think this is definately their best album to date. I really like the direction these guys are going in. Some of the best lyrics I've heard in a while. Absolutely give this baby a 10/10.

sparklycakes o.0 I'm really looking forward to the album release. Especially Jesus of Suburbia. A punk-rock opera, that's something new... that song and "Give me novacaine" are my fav. on this album

My favorite song from American Idiot has to be Homecoming. heart I love all 5 erm.. movements(?) I guess that's what you can them...(You know, like a sonitina on piano.. has different melodies or a completely different sound but it's still the same song...)

I'd have to say, Holiday and She's A Rebel are my favorites on this album.
American Idiot and Boulevard Of Broken Dreams have been way too overplayed recently so that kind of killed them. But, just like with their other popular songs, the craze will die down eventually and it'll only be us hardcore fans still listening. domokun
