Truth be told I've only used the unite attacks with the Prince. I guess I should try with the others, heh. I am a little miffed that there's not a Silverburg though.......I was looking forward to it.

I am a little miffed that there's not a Silverburg though.......I was looking forward to it. yeah, i found that strange as well, i was really expecting lucretia to be a silverburg... or the enemy has a silverburg with them. a part of me was looking for yuber and was even hoping for old timers from gs1 or 2 to be here as well. btw, Georg in gs2 is 41 years old, not 59 like richmond in his report says. so the timeline between gs1 and 5 may be around 5 years or so.

I've got a stupid question. I get the game yesterday so I am not that far at the moment. In all the other Suikoden Games you can look at bookshelfes and barrels to find some items. Is that in Suikoden V too? I look through some bookshelfs but I found nothing so I stopped it and now I am only looking for treasure chests. Am I missing something or do you get only items from enemys and treasure chests in Suikoden V?

Well, I still keep checking barrels and bookshelves to out of habit mostly. I still haven't found anything and I'm almost finished. So, I dunno. Guess not. Or I could be missing something too.

i don't think they did add secret items in bookshelves and barrels and stuff.
*sigh* i'm still in my 2nd gameplay and for some reason, some characters elude me and i have to repeat from a game save that goes a long while back just to get them. darn it! confused

I took a break from S5, I'm tempted to replay S1 & S2 maybe S3 too. lol
But I think I'm gonna boot S5 up now and level up Raven~ biggrin

HiroxKisa is there a way to get shoon and belcoot besides having to be in stormfist at the sacred games >< i want them just wondering if i can still get them you'll get balcoot (w/ marina) after you get your own castle -- they'll be in yashuna village. Shoon will automatically join you when you liberate stormfist near the end of the game. i just read this fanfic in fanfiction.net about viki, lorelai, killey and georg practising a unite attack. i was curious so i tried it in the game.... HAHAHA! it was the funniest (though useless) unite attack i've seen so far. poor georg! xd

anyway i found one secret item if you call it.
in the HQ on the 3rd floor on the outside is a cat and if you talk to it, it gives you a medicine
whoop-dee-doo a medicine! well that's one thing i found

after beaver lodge burns down and you get meroon (bath beaver), talk to one of the beaver kids near the west entrance of beaver lodge and she'll give you a toy beaver for the bath....
beavers are so cuuuuu~te heart heart

Hm...I have a question. You know how there are always two knights or two very good friends in every Suikoden? (Like Alen and Grenseal, Camus and Miklotov, etc...) Who are those two in Suikoden V? I've been beating myself over it for so long!

that would be Roog and Rahal of the Dragon Knights... though most of the good looks went to Rahal sweatdrop
strangely enough, they don't occupy the same star as the past bishonen pairs.
