Randy was on a knee, with good leverage as he held Cesaro in the headlock as the audience starts cheering for Cesaro to get back in this!

Cesaro, slowly but surely would stand up while Orton still had the headlock going, he attempted to struggle with Orton and tried to pry Orton's arm off of his head!
