Acubens HP: 25/25"Suit yourself," Acubens said, grabbing a hand rake. Melpomene might have been taking the smarter road, hanging back and flinging things, but it was all going far too slow for Acubens' liking. At this rate, they'd be here forever. "I'm going in." The flesh of the monster split beneath her weapon like thin ice, cracking rather than tearing. But it did something. And for that, Acubens was grateful.

Logos HP: 20/20"Like a crystal," Logos corrected, lobbing yet another gardening tool as she watched Acubens deliver a considerable blow to the heels of the creature. Effective, but Logos was hardly the fighter the other senshi was. Her best was back here, flicking her ribbon like a whip around her head and flashing it out at the creature. For what it was worth.

"Sounds like a plan." If Fulu had had some sort of offensive magic, he might have tried to use it instead. But, it seemed like the tools were the most effective against the monster so far. Luckily for them, there was no shortage of them. Like this room was meant for an army-sized group of gardeners.
He tossed another spade at the creature.

Monster HP: 30This wasn't supposed to be a difficult battle. This wasn't a large group of invaders. And they had come into his territory in the first place. And then one of them had the audacity to clamber onto his ankles and try to take him down. He glanced down with what should have been eyes and flicked his leg out, tossing the red-haired Senshi off of him with the ease of his size. And then, just for good measure, he kicked around the group as well, kicking the next closest senshi besides the red head who had struck him with the gardening implement.

Kiuchi's HP: 25/25Monster HP: 26"Keep your distance from it Fulu." Watching as Acubens was kicked he moved to grab a large clay like pot he found laying about on the floor. Throwing it towards the creature he hoped it might do some damage, it he was lucky. "Acubens." Headed her way, leaving Fulu's side for the moment.
"You're ok?" Already offering a hand towards her as he motioned towards his own partner. "We should move back over that way. I don't think trying to tackle it will be a good idea. We should keep some distance - for our own sake." He was pretty sure getting close to something made of vines was a bad idea, it would just find a way to hit them without having to worry about the limitations of human anatomy. It meant reaching and hitting them would be easier.

Acubens HP: 18/25Acubens slammed against the glass, but instead of the shatter that she expected, she hit a solid wall. It knocked the wind out of her, stunning her into wide-eyed silence as she slid down it, not totally certain how she had ended up across the room when she had previously been so close to the monster not an instant before. By the time Kiuchi reached her, breath had returned to Acubens and her expression had twisted into rage. "I'll be better when this thing is dusted," she growled, lobbing the nearest, largest terracotta pot at the creature.

Logos HP: 20/20Logos watched as first Acubens was tossed like a rag doll and then Lesath was struck as well. And that was just it. Somewhere distantly, she heard both Lesath and Acubens in the back of her mind telling her to stop. But she couldn't. She was just so angry and caged in a way that she hadn't been in a long time. And this creature had tossed aside the two women she looked up to most. Dismissing her magic, Logos instead made like Acubens, despite her and her mentors' better judgement, ran at the creature with nothing but a spade and everything she was worth.

Well, she had thought her attack had done something, but she wasn't sure. Everyone else though were picking up objects and using it on the monster. Were those things working? She wasn't sure, but she almost felt silly for not using them sooner.
The next time the monster lashed out though, it swept at two others, and caused Acubens to slam into the wall. "That's it!" She yelled now quite pissed. Well, more pissed. This monster was going down! And she wanted to do her best to hurt it. IT had attacked first. If it was just trying to defend itself or something, it should have waited to see if they were at least going to poke it with a crystal or something! Instead it had just decided to start swinging!
This time she decided to grab one of them herself, but instead of just striking the monster with the space, she yelled out "Shrimp Super Punch!" And using the power of her attack swearing she moved it a bit. She couldn't tell though, and even if she didn't land the ending blow, she was sure that she something to it. And that was good enough for now. The battle was going to end sooner or later, and they would be the "victors" of it.

Mel's HP: 15/15Monster HP: 12Seeing Acubens struck sent a shock through the senshi of bleeding hearts. It was shocking to see someone so strong, in his mind, go flying into a wall and slide down to the floor. Without much thought, if any, the blond haired senshi rushed the monster and made to tackle it.
He wasn't the biggest one here but he was determined to get it back for attacking, and hurting, Acubens. He just hoped he could do enough damage to it. Without even thinking, and noticing, he pushed the monster closer to Logos' and her incoming attack. The problem was that he didn't notice Mithra as well. So rather than hit the monster as he wanted, he really wanted to slam it into the incoming attack and the ground, Mel wound up landing at the monsters feet with his arms about them tight.

While he wasn't as invested as others in this fight, he really didn't feel like part of the team, Itokawa was here and he was in mirrorspace with this monster trying to attack them. If it wasn't them it would be him. He couldn't let it beat the others, and not just because he was selfish, he knew they all needed to make it out of this fight with the least amount of damage possible. That in mind he grabbed another pot off the ground and threw it towards the creature.
"We should, once this is over, see if we can't find anything out about this thing." His english, still accented and not totally proper, was easy to understand. He thought they should investigate this creature, if possible, in order to learn whatever they could about it. It might come in handy in the future.

Acubens HP: 18/25Seeing Melpomene falter caused a crack in Acubens' resolve. She was still pissed, as pissed as Mithra looked. And probably was, knowing the other eternal as well as she did. She glanced at Kiuchi and forced a smile, panting from her exertion. "Take care of the others with you, Kiuchi. I'm going to go help Melpomene." She managed to blow a quick kiss in his direction before she straightened herself with a little effort and moved over to Melpomene's side. She quickly grabbed his shoulders and dragged him up, supporting as much of his weight as she could while still calling her most powerful magic to her lips. " Velociraptor Endow" From her crooked and wickedly clawed hands ripped the attack and tore more green flesh beneath its magic. "You alright Mel?" Sleet Tempest Snape It's perfect, incoming mother hen!
