Demitrious Von Varibon Reseria

"My name is Demitrious Von Varibon Reseria... and I am the prince of the Fallen Angels. I am here to reclaim the glorious rite of passage back to heaven... and you will all help me get there...."

Demitrious washes off his face with the towels provided. He gazes upon Kisa and Prism with hungry eyes after he calms down, his shadowy wings folded in on themselves.

"I heard one of my kind was able to be redeemed, so that means I am redeemable to and I assure you I am the best of the best when it comes to Angels. Fallen or not. Pleasure to make both your acquaintance..."

He extends his now cleaned hand to shake both of theirs, then kisses them both

Prism

Prism watched as Kisa helped the guy inside, and shuddered a little at how unclean their newest visitor was. He looked genuinely scared, and she felt a bit of pity for him.

As Kisa asked for her to follow, she wasted no time at all scurrying after her. She knew that look all too well, and quite honestly she wouldn't want Kisa to be alone with this guy. For heaven's sake, he could be worse than Josef.

The neko gave a nod of her head when Kisa introduced her, trying to smile a little and appear friendly. She'd obviously let Kisa do the talking too, because they both knew Prism sucked at it.

Now that she thought about it, in his plea to be let inside he had claimed to be a fallen angel. She had heard about the angels banished from the gates of heaven, and the kin of those who had fallen were also doomed to a life in hell. It baffled her to think an angel would ever damn not only themselves, but their own future generations as well.

She pushed away her thoughts as he introduced himself, and her shock only grew. Not only was he A fallen angel, he was PRINCE of the Fallen Angels?!

Prism hesitantly shook his hand, and mentally freaked out when he kissed both her's and Kisa's hand. She gave a shaky smile, her ears flat against her head. It was once again one of those moments where her awkwardness got the best of her.

"N-Nice t-to meet you Mister." She managed to squeak out, her timidness showing even more now. He was so....polite. That wasn't what she had been expecting. Whatsoever.

Wynter

The girl shoved some grapes into her mouth, nibbling on some fruits as she piled stuff on her plate. She couldn't recall the last time she had any fresh fruit or vegetables. She'd been eating bar food and scraps ever since she was tossed down here. It was pretty nice if she said so herself.

Wynter grit her teeth as the newest visitor of the hotel started wailing around, putting a hand to her head. This headache was KILLING her, and the guy wasn't helping. AT ALL. Her silver eyes slowly looked over at him, already plotting fifty ways to make him SILENT.

Shut up shut up shut up shut up for the love of god SHUT UP

Wynter flinched as Zuni slid over to her, having the s**t scared of her by being so lost in both her headache and her thoughts. She gave a glance back towards her, and at the wad of cash she was offering.

She could probably spare a bottle or two for the amount of cash, and the poor girl seemed pretty desperate for some. She sighed softly, slipping the cash into her pocket and pulling out her room keys.

It wasn't like she had anything valuable in that room besides the alcohol anyways.

She passed the keys back to Zuni, letting out another small sigh.

"Mattress and bathroom sink. Take up to three. I want my keys back later."

The second he said his name out loud, Kisa eyes widened a bit and she did a double take.

Wait!? VON VARIBON RESERIA??? That was THORIVAL'S last name, AND Thorival had used to be a fallen angel. She remembered the broken and battered fallen angel pleading to be forgiven for his bloodline, and accepted into heaven. In fact, Thorival being redeemed was what had sparked the entire idea to make the redemption hotel to begin with. This hotel was built because of Thorival's success story. It proved to all of the Archangels that souls from hell actually could be redeemed at all, because for eons the angels wouldn't even consider it being possible. Thorival was the miracle that changed the mind's of everyone in Heaven.

And Demitrious was the Prince of the Fallen? That was... very... very... WONDERFUL! If Thorival could be miracle, then surely his brother could be easily redeemed, too! She could see the success story already, and it instantly filled her with warm fuzzies. Kisa could at the very least be happy knowing she could spare one soul, his couldn't possibly be hard to redeem right? Thorival would probably know exactly what to do. She would have really good news for her father and uncle soon! With such a guaranteed redemption, she felt comforted that all was not lost.

He sounded a little too full of himself based off the way that he introduced himself, but he was apart of the Fallen so that could probably be easily fixed.

Kisa blushed softly as he kissed her hand. He was cocky, but very polite. Maybe he was going to be even easier to redeem than she thought. Thank the Heavens! She had convinced herself saving at least one soul would make it all worth it, and here he was! She almost wanted to squee out a happy 'Yay!', she was so relieved.

She smiled to him, and Prism. She didn't mean to get so giddy over something like this, but she had been soooo upset since Josef had scared them all, she was so worried everything was doomed. But Demitrious gave her hope!

Thank goodness... I was starting to get really worried... I bet Prism feels better now, too, she seems calmer than before. I'm so happy!

"Y-Yes, it's very nice to meet you as well!"

Prism and Kisa helped clean him up, and lent him fresh clothing, and once he was cleaned up the girls lead him back out to the foyer, and then into the dining hall. "The breakfast bar is still available. We'll have to discuss a couple things if you would like to join the program, but I'm sure for you it won't be any issue."

Kisa walked to the breakfast bar and handed Prism and Demitrous a plate. "Please help yourselves!" She squeaked out, and got herself a cinnamonroll and some fruit, before sitting down and waiting for them.

Once they sat down, she looked to Demitrious.

"Since you'd like to join the program, would you please join us for the morning welcome session? I'm going to inform everyone of the ground rules here, and you will also need to confess your sins to the group. They confessed yesterday. It helps us decide how to best customize your program to your individual needs." Kisa smiled at him, "We hope you'll enjoy your stay here!"

Zuni

Zuni's tail swished to-and-fro, relieved her request wasn't denied. Fuuuuuck Yesssssssss.

She slid the key in her pocket. "Thanks!" She whispered, before looking around. Josef seemed to be distracted by the food. She knew he always noticed when she took off, but he couldn't be pissed at her if she just left for a moment.

She sauntered off to Wynter's room, took two bottles since if she took too much at once she would be more likely to get busted, and then locked the room behind her as she left. She then went into Josef's room and shut the door just long enough to chug half of a bottle, and then went back out to the dining hall. She sat back down and ate her food.

Pretty soon it started to kick in, and being buzzed took a tiny bit of the edge off how much her body hurt. She closed her eyes, exhaling with relief. God, was it ******** nice to get booze. Zuni REALLY badly wanted more, but she didn't want to be drunk for the stupid morning meeting bull crap.

After all, she was still hoping to maybe sort of attempt this redemption bullshit. If she could be redeemed, she could go to Heaven and ditch Josef for good.

Prism

Prism smiled cheerfully at Kisa, noticing the way her eyes were lit up. It had been scary the past day and a half, it was sure nice to see her perk up!

The neko felt a whole lot better about this as well. It seemed like he really wanted to be better anyways, probably a lot more than any of the current residents! Her tail swished behind her happily when the finished helping Demitrious clean up, and went back out into the dining area.

Once she had gotten her food, she sat down, and with a glance at Josef, made sure to sit closer to Kisa. She still couldn't get rid of the cold, numb feeling from yesterday, and she would never forget that moment even if she tried.

She glanced over at Wynter who had finally sat down, and could assume by the way she looked she had either slept really bad, was hungover, or both. She was assuming it was both, but part of her was hoping Wynter had made some attempt to sober up so she could get rid of her addiction faster.

Wynter

Wynter gave a half smile as Zuni went off to go get some booze, but went back to her pain-filled scowl as her head throbbed more. Sure was fun to get drunk, but it was hell afterwards. She almost wanted to drink another bottle to make the headache go away.

Alcohol fixed everything for her. Sleepy? Take a drink. Pissed off? Drink some more. Sick? A drink a day keeps the sickness away, at least until you wake up the next morning.

The silver-eyed demon took a seat at the table, munching on a celery stick as her eyes scanned the table. Seemed like everyone was present. She gave a small yawn, rubbing her eyes again. So was this day one of redemption? She was hoping she would get to nap a little before that all started.

By the looks of it though, she wasn't going anywhere anytime soon.

Her gaze wandered to Demitrious, raising her eyebrow slightly. Wasn't that the guy who was filthy as ******** a minute ago and wailing like a banshee?

Demitrious Von Varibon Reseria

"Ah yes, I am glad to join... To get out of this... Hell hole. You would never imagine what happened. As soon as word of the Hotel opening spread to the upper echelons of hell, all of fathers subordinates started rioting since it was an out cry that Angels and Demons could be redeemed especially after the rebellion. Since one of our own ran off from the kingdom, tensions of power was very..... tedious. It all went to a breaking point though after the last reaping...."

Demitrious was sipping a cup of tea while studying a bitten strawberry.

"The Reaper happen to claim my father's soul. After that it all went down hill. My brothers were lynched and their souls drained for sustenance, their angelic forms turning to ash while demons invaded the local kingdom. Their lot is normally weak considering it was.... Tier 1 demons? Imps, goblins, that sort of.... rabble. I was attacked, I managed to defend myself and my only hope for survival was to join this place and hope to be redeemed and be allowed back into the kingdom of the heavens, where our ancestors rightful place would be."

His eyes look up from the strawberry to Kisa's eyes.

"I am glad you let me in."

Maybe... if pretty words and meaningful glances can win her over, this redemption will be easy. It's such a shame how the throne is literally nothing but ash now... No way for anyone to claim a domain from that.

"Say... I wonder, have you heard of Thorival? He is one of the fallen angels that was allowed in."

Kisa

Kisa listened carefully, since clearly it seemed Demitrious had been through Hell and back again. Her eyes widened slightly at his horrific tale.

"Th-That's awful, I'm so sorry that happened to you..." She said softly, and genuinely meaning it. She glanced at Prism to see what her reaction was, which was about the same as her own since the two girls were like peas in a pod. Demitrious had a way with words, he sounded very refined, and nothing like the three other loud mouthed rude demons they had accepted into the program yesterday. It was so refreshing to have a polite conversation, even though his story was tragic.

Kisa suddenly smiled cheerfully, happy to hear Thorival's name. "Yes, of course! His redemption is what sparked the concept for this hotel in the first place. He's our guardian paladin." They had to be brothers, or at the very least cousins, since they both shared the same royal last name. "I'll go get him." She glanced back at Prism again, just to make sure she would be okay for a moment while she went to fetch the redeemed fallen angel.

She gently touched Thorival's shoulder. "Thorival, would you mind coming with me for a moment? I have someone you might want to see!" Kisa then lead him over to Demitrious, her pure mind honestly thinking this would be a lovely family reunion, and she couldn't wait to see the smiles on their faces.

Prism

The neko listened intently to Demitrious's story, her blue eyes also wide. That was so.... sad. She felt so bad for him.

It's no wonder he looked as awful as he did when he was admitted into the building... I know I would have been an absolute mess if any of those things had happened to me...

Prism knew she was a little slow, but she had just made the connection between Demitrious and Thorival. It explained why the guy was so polite, it was honestly so nice to not hear cursing every five seconds like the others demons spoke. She felt so happy they had someone who was probably already so close to redemption!

Her ears perked up a little as Kisa looked to her, and she gave a smile to let her know she'd be fine for a moment. She gathered enough courage to ask his relations to Thorival, because she was honestly dying to know.

"E-Excuse me, it might be rude for me to ask, but how are you related to Mister Thorival?"

Prism was really hoping that their reunion of sorts would be a happy one, it certainly seemed like it would be!

Wynter

Wynter had to bite back a snarky comment to all this commotion. She knew the angels saw the best in everyone, but this Demitrious guy was full of s**t for sure. She'd seen many of his type, the ones who seem like angels in the midst of hell.

He was playing them for fools for damn sure.

What a kiss a**. She thought with a tiny roll of her eyes. Her head still hurt like a son of a gun, and she was starting to wish she had brought some painkillers or some other pill to make the stabbing headache go away.

I do admit, the guy has pretty good acting skills. I was almost convinced there, until I saw the look in his eyes.

Wynter resumed to eat some more items off her plate, waiting to watch how all this would unravel.

Thorival Reseria

The Angel turns to Kisa as she tells him there is someone he might want to see.

"Yes Lady Kisa, I shall escort you. Do you know who it is?"

He follows the lady angel, and as soon as he sees the person she is leading him to meet.

"Wha-..... No.... Demitrious.... Grrrrrrr You're here?! Why don't you saunter off to Father!"

With narrow eyes, he fixates his gaze upon Thorival as he enters the room.

"So... It's you.... You are here as part of a sort of emissary..."

The prince takes another sip of tea.

"How does it feel to be a hound of the Angels? A rabid attack dog? I heard you have slain many of our people..."

After the Guard dog comment, Thorival straightens his stance and angrily glares at his brother.

"So, what grand manipulation do you have in mind for this redemption hotel? I bet you're going to try to be a staff member."

After the staff member comment, Demitrious chuckles and drinks more.

"Nah, I am here to be redeemed and just be free of the madness that is hell. I have no idea what my great great grandfather was thinking."

He then growls when Demitrious makes the comment about their great great grandfather.

"OUR grandfather, should remember our History BROTHER. That's how you get REDEEMED and learn from mistakes of the past."

After the OUR grandfather comment.

"You GAVE UP your name."

Kisa blinked a few times, trying to follow what was playing out in front of her.

"Aaaaa..... Umn...." She trailed off, fidgeting slightly. What the the heavens was going on?

Demitrious and Thorival knew each other very well, it seemed. They were brothers. They clearly hate each other. And on top of that, Demitrious is calling Thorival a betrayer, of sorts. Was she following all of this correctly?
How did that make any sense if Demitrious was here to be redeemed just like his brother, then?

Kisa looked to Prism, wondering if she was having a hard time keeping up with this conversation, too.

Zuni

"You're quite the hypocrite, aren't you?" Zuni made a snide comment out loud, in Demitrious' direction. "You're giving your brother s**t and equating him to a back-stabber for joining the Angels, and yet you're here now trying to do the same thing? Ha." She laughed a tiny bit, very sarcastically. "The truth is, your kingdom of the Fallen Angels blew up, you have nothing left to rule but shambles, so you're just here like a dog with his tail between his legs, trying to save his own hide before you get picked off just like the rest of the Fallen."

Zuni loved to mouth off just as much as Wynter, but she knew not to ******** with Josef. ******** with this stupid brat was easy though. He wasn't powerful anymore now that all he had was an empty title. He didn't have powers. She knew exactly who he was. His only power was in his title as a Prince. And one could hardly call him that anymore now that his kingdom was a pile of rubble.

The demoness looked to Wynter, knowing both of them were going to enjoy picking on him. And then she glanced to the group of angels.

"F-Y-I; if you've watched any of the broadcasts here down in Hell, this kid is hopeless. He's as redeemable as my Master is." Hopelessly unredeemable. "Good luck trying." Zuni smirked a little, kind of taking a bit of sick joy in knowing Demitrious the Prince of Spoiled Brattness had been kicked off his throne and left in the dirt. He deserved it. He was one of the most shitty people down here, especially because he wasn't psychotic. At least Josef could plead insanity. Demitrious was of sound mind, and simply rotten to the core.

Demitrious Von Varibon Reseria

The Fallen Prince shoots a very nasty glare at Zuni.

"I am unredeemable? Isn't it wrong to judge based on face values? You are being way too hasty to even consider that I am here just to mess with you all. Nah. "

He turns his gaze upon Kisa.

"I am here on a very serious intent to be redeemed. Though I do have to wonder... Enticing a rehabilitation program to get Demons to redeem themselves, for the sake of redeeming themselves, is that truly how to get people's hearts? Is that it fair to judge their souls based on their appearances and offer them 'help' for how ugly they look? I mean, you ARE STILL judging them before, during and after the rehabilitation process."

The Prince pours himself more tea and brings it to his lip, swirls the cup a tiny bit and inhales lightly, letting the steam flow into his nostrils.

"Ahhh good tea by the way. It's just judging them, even after they have been redeemed, has Angels up there even let Thorival have base privileges or have they only allowed him to just be a guard?

Thorival Reseria

"They have allowed me to be an honorary citizen of the heavens and enrolled me in an Enforcer program to allow me to either become a guard, or with enough merit to train up to be an Archangel."

The former fallen puffs his chest out in pride.

"I am as much a citizen as the other when it comes to that."

"So you're a dog with a doghouse and dog treats.... got it..."

Prism

"........"

That wasn't what she was expecting or hoping would happen between the two. At all.

So much for a happy reunion. She thought with a small sigh.

Wait... If Demitrious was calling Thorival a traitor, didn't that make him one too..? She swore a moment ago Demitirous wanted to be redeemed too.

Her eye's met Kisa's, and she just gave a very small shrug in response. Whatever the problem was, it must have been an ongoing thing for Thorival and Demitrious. Weren't they supposed to be brothers? She knew siblings quarreled, but this seemed like a who lot more than silly bickering...

Prism didn't want to start anything else, and when she heard Zuni start bashing Demitrious she just KNEW things were going to get crazy reallllly fast.

"Miss Zuni, maybe we really shouldn't try to make anyone angry..." Prism whispered quietly. She was almost silently begging her not to cause a repeat of the night before, but of course that wouldn't stop anything at the rate things were going.

Wynter

The silver-eyed girl let out a snort after Zuni's little retort to Demitrious. At least she had said what they were all thinking, at least what the demons were thinking. She leaned back in her chair a little, just waiting for the chaos to break out. At least this time it wasn't directed to just her.

I'm going to looove watching this fallout. s**t, we have snacks and everything. Only thing that would make this better is a little beer. Damn, redemption sucks. Wynter thought with the most smug grin ever, her eyes moving from face to face in the room.

"U-Umn... Well... No..." Of course not! They would never treat anyone like that!

"Everyone can be redeemable, if they choose it, they just have to want change... Everyone deserves a second chance... Th-That's what I believe anyway, and I'm pretty sure most Angels would agree, too... o-or at least Prism, Thorival, and my family... That's literally what this place is, a second chance..."

She shook her head, "I would never judge someone nonredeemable by appearance alone... That's just wrong..." Kisa said, fidgeting a little and feeling nervous again. Maybe it was naive of her before, but she REALLY did not expect even demons to be quite this difficult. She could swear every single demon in this building was looking to pick a fight, even Demitrious now...

"A-Absolutely NOT-!" The pastel angel squeaked out, looking very serious all of the sudden. "I have a LOT of respect for Thorival--He changed the minds of even our most strictest Angels, even the Archangels too-! We would never treat him like a second-class citizen, he gets ALL the rights and privileges that any other Angel gets. He's one of us. And you can be too, if you worked as hard as Thorival has. We do not take what he's accomplished lightly, and you shouldn't, either." Kisa never looked anything even remotely close to angry, but it was very rare to see such a look of determination on her soft little face. She cared very much for the redeemed fallen angel, and she wasn't going to stay quiet if someone just picked on him like that.

"I'm sure even Prism and my other fellow Angels would agree. Even the Archangels would agree!"

"Why, yes, dear Kisa, you're correct with that sentiment."

Odstarva spoke, seemingly entering the dining hall as if out of thin air. The Angel walked closer to the group, dressed in a nice button-up shirt with a vest, and slacks. His hair was like the night-sky, with his bangs covering a bit of one side of his face. His skin was pale, almost as white as porcelain, which made his dark hair stand out even more so. He stopped short of Kisa, and pushed his glasses up his face about a centimeter, gazing at the group with his steel colored eyes, taking the members and making a mental note of each one of them.

I recognize Thorival, Kisa, and Prism. There appears to be a fallen angel in our midst, he looks like the prince now that I think about it, which is a pity, it would have been very convenient if he was dead like the king... Two female demons. And a male....

He mentally shuddered at looking at Josef, but didn't show it on his face.

So that one is the problem child. An Archdemon. I'll have to keep my eye on him. But it seems this prince is the one causing all the bickering right now so....

"My name is Odstarva Morneblade, Archangel. I've been sent here to help keep the place running smoothly. It's nice to see you again, Kisa, Prism, and Thorival."

He didn't bother saying it was nice to meet the rest of them, because quite frankly that would be an upright lie. It was actually somewhat bothering he had to come down here to babysit an Archdemon, but not one had mentioned the fallen angel prince, so he must have just showed up. So now that made two baby sitting projects. That was just lovely. He couldn't blame them for requesting help though, he had a feeling running this place was going to be a lot more of a problem than the board of angels had originally thought. Especially with the outbreak of rioting down here.

Kisa jumped a little, not expecting another voice. But when she realized who it was, she was even more surprised. They had REALLY sent an Archangel down here! Thank the Heavens!

She looked to Odstarva and smiled, "Thank you so much for assisting us, Odstarva, we really appreciate it!" Everything was going to be okay now, she was sooooo glad. It was one thing to endanger herself, and a paladin, but risking Prism who was younger than them was really stressing her out. But no one was going to ******** with an Archangel, right? She really thought so.
