You know, at some point, one just becomes accustomed to these sorts of things at a Venus Day party. Hjortur had seen it all: mazes, naga, a murder... Ah... To suddenly appear in the middle of nowhere, well...

Let's just say it wasn't the most surprising thing to happen to him.

Hell, not even as of late.

At least Kel was with him. Giving his legs a kick in a one-two motion, he then stretched them out before walking over to give Kel a reassuring pat on the back. Softly, of course. She took a while to get her land legs about it. "No idea where we are or how we got here." Seemed they were on the same page regarding that. To her outburst, he simply shrugged without saying anything. This was expected, after all. Maybe their stalker had been sent out too? Now that would be something he wished he could watch happen. Once the simmering died down a bit more, he gave her shoulders a quick massage and cooed to her. "Calm down, nothing has happened yet. Sure, we now find ourselves in a strange place with no knowledge of how or why we were sent here, but it could be worse. Let's get our legs about us and head back to the party?"

He knew there was no way it'd be that simple, but no need to vocalize it.

"WHOA!" Rosso let out a yelp as the teen girl came flying through the door. The fauny fell over onto his rear to miss being run over by her. "Hey where's the fire what's up you almost turned me into a red and pink pancake!" Rosso fluttered his wings a bit and looked around. "So ummm...Where is everyone? Have you seen like...Anyone else?" He felt a little nervous. "If I'm not back at the tree in a timely manner with my sister my mom is going to killlllll mmmmeeeeee".

Rosso looked to the harpy again. "Ummm...I was looking around here and I didn't see anything...The foods all there though. So umm...All the good stuff is still left over if you're hungry?" He was clearly clueless of what was going on.

La'eohn blinked. One minute he was talking with the girls and the next... eh, whut?! Body tensed and wings flared slightly at the sudden change of surroundings. "What the-...??"

At first the half-faunie snarled. Sudden changes weren't liked at all! And for a moment, the lack of individuals around him made him think he was alone at first. Until he spotted her. Brow arched confused at the woman. He recognized the subtle purr in her voice. It was the same minute undertone his mother had when dealing with his father. It didn't take much for La'eohn to put two and two together on that one.

While flattered... he... didn't quite expect the same treatment his father got from his mother with... this woman. He didn't know her... then again... She seemed strong and useful - maybe - to father's plots of domination... perhaps if he did good enough to bring his father a worthy individual...?

A light smirk graced his lips and he straightened himself out some. "Perhaps... But what fun would it be if I told you all my secrets?" he asked with his own little purr.

Octavius was confused as well. He glanced around a bit before he tilted his head quizzically at the other that seemed to be with him. "Uh... you're welcome?" He wasn't quite sure what was going on with this one. Why was he thanking him?

"Though, I don't understand why you need to thank me..." he trailed then shook his head. "Nevermind that. Where did everyone else go?" he asked, turning to look around. "And... how'd we get out here?"

Nunya squeaked in surprise!! One minute she was in a tree looking down at the fun things happening all around and the next- "AACK!!" ... she was exposed.

"Oh no! Nononononononooo!!" Feathers fluffed and an overly panicked expression flooded the poor Harpy's face.

She was all about to fly to the nearest tree when a voice caught her off guard. She thanked her lucky stars for having wings to help her flutter back down safely from the nearly mile high jump she made then turned with another small "eep?"

Wide eyes settled on the other for a moment before she started to notice the vast expanse of nothing around them. "Uh! No! Nonono! Nunya no know!!" she cheeped worriedly then sidled closer to her new... 'friend'. Feathered arms soon latched onto the other's arm and clung tight. "Nunya scared! What happening?!?!"

Twitchapher the 3rd

Zoran's pupils shrunk and his face looked grim. "Not again." He whimpered. Fraise's voice calmed his worried heart until she chanted her coping song. "Sweety calm down. Don't worry, it's scary now, yes, but we always make it through, right? Just stay with me. Either we'll find out together what's going on or something else will... chase us...FRAISE! I'M SCARED!"

He started hyperventilating, but he tried to be strong because he didn't want Fraise to panic. He failed miserably at being calm in unknown and potentially dangerous situations. He prayed to the Waters that if he made it out of here, he'd be a better guy and take care of the girl he loves. And maybe won't come back to Venus parties, sometimes, but if he's here and it just happened to be VDay then oopsie, might as well stay for the party.

"Hold me!"

The abrupt change from noisy, bustling surroundings to the dead quiet was alarming and for a moment, Tolek thought he had suddenly gone deaf. What a horrible thought! What sort of hunter--?

The voice tore him from his startled reverie and the harpy teen narrowed his eyes at the other male. Feathers fluffing in a subconscious effort to make himself more intimidating, he scoffed and shot back. "Tolek. Who are you?" Blunt, but honest and to the point. He turned his gaze back to the street after dismissing the other teen as basically non-threatening. "Why are we outside? Where did everyone else go?" He didn't like this. He wasn't scared, of course, he could handle himself. He was trained to be a hunter and a fighter after all. Didn't mean he didn't know when something wasn't right. This was suspicious. He wasn't going to let himself get caught off-guard again.
