 Karthin thought about what the older Valkyrie told him and nodded. He was then surrounded by four girls circling him making comments on his appearance. "It's not looks, smarts, or ability that matter in the type of situation I saved Angela from." He corrected the four girls. "It's as simple as me having the experience, and instincts to know something was wrong, and then my ability to know how to act to get the two of us out without drawing attention to it. I did what anybody in my situation should do." He explained to them. "As for your apology there is really no need your opinions are valid no matter what they may be." He told them with a smile.

Angela ....The Light of the Valkyrie.... The girls continued to fight until finally Alaria made a fatal error and was caught without a sword her sister held her blade to her throat,"Are you done sister?", asked Angela firmly as they both glared at one another,"Yes.. you won fair this time", she commented Angela sheathed her blade as she turned to sit upon the ground meditating her wounds away her sister grab her sword and sheathed it as well as she two sat down and began to meditate her wounds away. While the younger valkyrie gasp at Karthin's wise words,"He is a gem", said one,"Like no other", said the second,"I say he is most wise", chimed the third as the fourth looked on nodding,"Agreed Agreed", the girls blinking respectfully towards him stop circling as they began to circle the two sisters,"Our glorious leader has won!", they paraded in unison as Aralia peeked open an eye only to frown in disapproval, Angela finally blinked her eyes open standing up as she had finished healing and clapped at the girls,"Come come go patrol the borders if you are bored", she scolded them as the girls giggled and began to fly off,"You are not much more than a thousand or so years older than us Angela", called the dark haired one as they all went off into the sky. Angela sighed shaking her head as her aunt smiled,"You did well young one once you have reached your eldest sisters age you will have battle experience that tenfold.. your sisters.. and one day your mothers", she told her. As Angela bowed her head feeling honored to hear it,"Thank you Ravena..."..

Karthin watched as the four young Valkyrie flew off. "Energetic little things aren't they?" He asked them. He looked over at Aralia. He tried to figure out how meditating like that was supposed to heal somebody. After a little bit he chalked it up to something in the Valkyrie DNA. He turned his attention back to Angela and Vaya. "Ladies shall we return to the meeting now?" He asked as he stepped around them heading to the door back inside. He turned back to the three women and waited for them.

Angela ....The Light of the Valkyrie.... Angela turned to Karthin smiling as she shook her head,"We are coming", she assured him as she waited for her eldest sister to stand and join them as herself, Alaria, and Ravena returned to Vaya and the queen who had still drank tea,"It seems you two worked things out..", said their mother rather pleased as she noted nothing was out of place or order but a bit of dirt on the armor,"Of course mother always..", Angela informed her before sitting down she smiled at the queen,"We are most pleased to have come to see you your highness", said Angela sweetly,"We wished to stay and rejoyce with you if you shall let us but if not.. we shall return home perhaps you can come and visit our island? It is very beautiful and stays warm most of the year... we hope to celebrate with you..", she told her,"Also I ask who will you be sending as a representative of your people to help with messaging as we get more intel on the war?", Angela took a sip of her tea as she mother gazed off into space her eyes drawn... Ravena had a worried expression her sister was the eldest of the elders.. and she was getting older but she feared she would need to stay out of battle or she may fall...

The queen smiled at Angela. "Of course you are welcome to stay here my dear girl. We would love to throw a party to commemorate our union." The queen told her. "As for the ambassador from our people to yours I see no better fit than the one that made this possible do you?" She asked Angela. "Besides our dear Karthin here is probably the fastest running elf we have in the city. Should anything dire come up he would be able to spread the new the quickest." She elaborated. Karthin just stood there dumbfounded. "I don't mean to be rude here your highness, but WHAT?" He shouted. "Certainly there are elves better suited for this kind of job than I am. I'm but a outcast. The political backlash would be astronomical to say the least. Would that really be the best move for us right now?" He spoke freaking out the entire time.

Angela ....The Light of the Valkyrie.... Angela gave a soft laugh, as she agreed with the queen,"Why certainty I couldn't agree more", The women watched in amusement as he was all together freaking out over the prospect,"No need to worry Karthin we won't eat you", teased Angela as the women chuckled,"You shall be the first Male that has stayed with us in a very long time", she smiled as she turned to her mother who nodded in agreement,"Yes.. several thousand years and they didn't stay for long", she said telling the young man,"You should be just fine... we are not as courtly as the elvish.. .we are warrior women as long as you know your manners you should be good", she concluded turning to the queen,"Thank you for the celebrations we shall have the young Valkyrie help you in anyway", she assured her,"And I'm sure my daughters wouldn't mind lending a hand as well", she said commenting to the two girls.

Karthin sweatdropped at the insinuation the women were making. "I'm not scared or anything. I just don't think I'll make a good political representative." He told them. "You worry too much about things like that Karthin." The queen told him. She laughed at his antics. "It is my decree that you shall act as ambassador to the Valkyrie." She told him with an air of finality. Karthin just shrugged and sighed. "If that is your wish mi'lady than I'm not one to disobey." He told her with a bow. He turned to the Valkyrie. "As is the custom with my people, I ask for your permission to enter your abode."

Angela ....The Light of the Valkyrie.... Angela and the other gave a soft laugh,"Of course you are most welcome Ambassador", she told him with a final smile,"Though after the festivities we will have to figure out how to get him to our island without carrying him all the way...", said Angela with a tap of her chin,"There are boots made for the God hermes as they will allow him to fly like Valkyrie without actually having wings", vaya then motioned,"They are a special pair of boots a family heirloom passed down through time but they will suffice for him", replied her mother,"Mother I thought that we weren't relate to greek gods?", said angela puzzled. Her mother laughed,"We aren't my young one but we do get treasures from them they are gifts given to our gods through partnerships...", she assured her,"It won't be an issue if he must wear them and they are practically indestructible only a god can destroy the boots not a mortal or mythical weapon", she explained. The women nodded in agreement as Vaya told her eldest daughter,"Return home and retrieve the boots take 2 of the young ones with you for safety measures", Alaria grimaced but stood bowed and left.

Karthin nodded. "Boots made for the god Hermes huh?" He asked out loud. "I never thought I would see the day where suck illustrious things were offered to a lowly elf such as myself." He told them with a chuckle. He smiled to himself. He wasn't the type of guy who tries to one up people, but he couldn't help, but think that his brother would never get to say that he's gotten to do that.

We are going to need a rest after such a long journey", said the Valkyrie elder as Angela turned to Karthin with a smile she waited for the queen to show her mother and her aunt where it would be at and then turned her attention to him,"You have gotten strong since I left I can see", she observed..

The queen stood up from her seat. "You two follow me. It seems as if Karthin and Angela need some time to catch up." She told the two elders. She walked out through a door followed by the two Valkyrie and showed them the way to a couple of spare room. Karthin rubbed the back of his head and smiled. "Well you know. Guys like me have to stay ahead of the crowd somehow. It's just that I know where my strengths lie." He told her. He watched the way she carried herself. "Although I could say the same thing for you Angela." He told her. He stretched out. "Why don't we have a quick spar?
You know to get better acquainted and such." He said with a smirk.

Angela gave a hearty laugh as he asked if they could spar,"You wish to spar with me?", she shook her head drawing her blade as she smiled facing her opponent,"You just watched me defeat my sister you wish to still spar with me?", she asked even though she wasn't being cocky it came off that way she just found it funny the elf wanted to spar with a valkyrie seeing as a valkyries strength was far superior for the most part.

Karthin smirked. "Don't underestimate me Angela. I'm stronger and faster than I look." He warned her as he drew his Katana. "Plus I want to see what kind of strength you Valkyrie have hidden from the rest of the world." He added. He got down into a stance. He waited for Angela to make a move.

Angela ....The Light of the Valkyrie.... Angela found herself smirking as well as she drew her blade reading her stance she then turned to take a jab out at Karthin before she would block his proceeding blade and then swing around and throw in a harsh strike across the chest.

Karthin parried her initial jab, and swiped at her. When his swing was blocked he did a back roll to disperse the impact of her strike. He then lunged at her trying to stab at her stomach.
