Inoita Sat up slowly and drank the water carefully. Letting the cold fluids sooth her throat. Evelyn sweetie rest some, my fever wont kill me. She said softly her hand tightening around the smaller that held hers. Before she opened her eyes and looked at her mother. Mama hows Kimmi and the baby? She asked always worrying over her family before herself. One could easily see the fever in her eyes but otherwise she seemed healed for now.

Monique smiled some at her daughter's concern. "Kimmi is resting. She just needed a nap after all that magic. She's out of practice you know." She gently smoothed the woman's hair back. "You should conserve your energy, love. Don't worry about us so much. You're the one with a fever."

Evelyn bit her lip, still holding on to Lady's hand. "It's okay, Auntie Lady...I can do this..." She said softly. It was clear that the little girl was worried. "Ye need more rest..." She looked up at Inoita with her mother's eyes, but these eyes were full of wisdom, telling of the ages that she had lived. "Don' worry Auntie Lady...I was born for this..."

Inoita sighed as she glanced to her niece. Evelyn. Its a fever nothing a little sleep wont cure, You don't have to wear yourself out healing me this time. She said gently before she leaned back. I need you to stay strong so you can grow into a beautiful young woman again. She said giving her a look she reserved for when she was serious although her fever did thwart the look some. She then turned her head to Monique. Mama make her stop, nothing will get better from her wearing herself out. She whined just as she had when Kimmela had been the one healing her a full night after a nasty fall when they where children.

One word made Monique raise an eyebrow. "Again?" She asked her softly. "She's more stubborn than her mother and father combined." Monique said with a smile. "But what did you mean by her turning into a beautiful young woman 'again'?"

Inoita was most likely delirious with fever as she spoke again. Every soul is reborn, some more often than others and some encounter each other in each life they live. Some have destinies to fulfill while others are merely along for the ride. She said as her eyes was closing again her hand moved to pull Evelyn into bed and snuggle to her. Evie and Eren always siblings. Always searching.. She said as she fell asleep again from the fever.

Monique decided that Inoita was indeed delirious from her fever. She put the small cup of water away and wet the cool cloth, replacing it on Inoita's head. The fever would soon break. For now, she would care for her daughter and let her sleep. Even if it took all night, Monique would be there when she awoke.

Some time during the early morning hours Inoita’s fever had broken leaving her in a peaceful sleep for a few more hours before she started to stir again, snuggling into the warmth beside her before she slowly opened her eyes looking down onto Evelyn before she smiled as she spotted the form of her sleeping mother in a char close by she moved slightly untangling from the child in her bed before she slowly sat up in the bed. She slowly stood up testing her legs pleased that she wasn't getting any dizzy spells she stood up and grabbed a bathrobe before she tried to sneak to the bathroom to wash away the fever sweat covering her. Passing her mother she leaned down and ghosted a kiss over her brow and whispered a low. Merci Mama. J’taime Before she tiptoed into the bathroom and took a quick shower and donned her bathrobe after and entered her room again feeling much more fresh.

Monique rubbed her tired eyes. She yawned slightly and watched as Lady emerged from the bathroom. Monique smiled tiredly at her and looked at the sleeping Evelyn on the bed still. "Glad to see you're up, love. I see you feel better. I'll have your sheets changed and bedding washed." She said standing. "You look much better this morning, love."

Inoita smiled some at Monique before she looked to the sleeping child. I will change them after Evelyn gets up mama. For now I think I will play the hear and send my mama to her own bed and tell my more than likely over worried adda that I would guess is plotting doom and war over this that I lived trough the night and will see you both at breakfast in a few hours. She said gently knowing ti was still early enough to where her parents could get a few hours more of sleep in before the day really started. And no mama don’t worry I will be fine, I have some paper work regarding Chronos and Elizabeth to do before Chronos comes, and no mama I wont leave the room without a guard or leave Eveleyn alone. She confirmed before her mother could protest with a soft smile. She also more than likely would need to find non ruined clothes to wear for the day, official looking ones.

Monique smirked some. "Knowing your father, he has guards posted outside of the door already." She gently touched the woman's cheek and caressed it with her thumb. "Alright, hun. Since you have thought of everything, and it doesn't seem that you are in mortal danger right now, I will leave you and Evelyn. I will see the both of you at breakfast. If not, I can't promise you sanctuary from Eren or Andrew." Monique hugged her softly. It was clear that the woman was exhausted. She had spent the majority of the night tending to Inoita and making sure that the woman was okay. When her fever broke, that was when Monique had finally relaxed and fallen into a gentle slumber. She went to the door, looking back once again. "Love you, dear. See you in a bit." Monique said before she walked out of the room. The deep voice of a guard asking to escort her was heard before the door closed with a click.

Inoita sighed as she sat down again but by her desk chair this time she smiled softly as she glanced to Evelyn sleeping peacefully on her bed before she started reading over the documents that had been neglected the night before. It was the finalization of the rehabilitation for Elizabeth. She closed her eyes as she had read them over before she took up her quill and made changes to it, altering the principles on when Elizabeth would be deemed rehabilitated. Inoita realized it would take years but maybe, just maybe the family would have had time to heal and forgive Elizabeth by then. She knew that this incident fractured the family deeply. And that she would have to defend her meddling for quite some time. After she signed the finished document she glanced to her clock, seeing an hour and half had passed sigh rubbed her eyes before she got up and walked to the bed, kneeling beside it she kissed the child's forehead. Evie, my princess it’s time to wake up and get ready for the day. She said softly, she would only use the children's nicknames when it was just them in the room. if you get up now we save you from Kimmela coming in to check you over half asleep so your still in one piece sweetie. She said softly.

Evelyn sleepily opened her eyes. She laid there, blinking for a moment. At first, she didn't realize where she was. Her aunt's face didn't register. When her vision finally cleared, Evie smiled some and rubbed her eyes. She yawned some and nodded. "She won' be happy if she finds out." Evie said softly. She sniffled some and rubbed her sleepy eyes again before she finally sat up. Her mass of brown hair was a complete disaster. Yet she sat there smiling with her amethyst eyes gleaming as if there was nothing wrong in the world.

Inoita smiled gently at her niece before she ruffled her hair. So you sneaked out last night after bed time to come here? she asked gently as she got up and held her arms out to Evelyn offering to lift her up. In that case princess I believe your grandmother already informed your parents as of where you are. But promise me to not do it again sweetie. She said gently wondering how Evelyn had gotten past the guards and her own brother. It is a serious time in the castle since someone managed to get in and attack me, we don't want anyone going around alone now. She said softly. Before she smiled. now up you get princess and we shall go to your room and get ready for the day, pick your brother up and go break our fast. She said in a more cheerful voice as she was done cautioning the child of being careful.

Evelyn smiled happily. Proud that she came in unawares. "I didn't take the halls, Auntie Lady." She bit her lip some. "I poofed here." Evie said, talking about using her powers to teleport herself into the room. "We learned it in school. I've been practicing with Mummy and Adda." She yawned again. This morning, she was even more tired than usual. Evie rubbed her eyes once more and crawled out of bed. "Okay Auntie. I promise not to go by myself anymore...and we need to go get Eren before he gets mad." Evelyn looked up at her aunt with still sleepy eyes. The little girl was probably drained from all the magic she used the night before. How much magic did she use? How much did she have? At such a young age, both Evelyn and Erendriel were very gifted. There was no doubt that one day they would surpass their parents.

It seemed like 7 years had passed...yet it was only 7 weeks. Dizzy had conceded to becoming a knight under his stepfather until he could find something he was better suited for. During this time, he had trained and studied. He would wake up hours before the sun would rise and go to sleep late in the night. Dizzy knew that this was the only way to prove to Orixana that he supported her and loved her more than anything. The classes that they had together were torture. All he wanted to do was hold her close and breathe in her scent. Even if he was seated across the room from her, her beautiful daffodil and earthy scent tempted his senses. Dizzy found it unbearable at times. How could she be so close yet it feels like she was miles away? His heart burned to be with her again. He would do anything to be able to call her his daffodil again. Anything. Even become a stupid knight.

When it came to his knight training, he and Aefir were at the top. There was always competition between the two of them. However, Dizzy wanted to surpass him. Yet it seemed that Aefir was always one or two steps ahead of him when it came to certain areas. Sure, Dizzy had sharp senses and quick reflexes, but Aefir usually had a cooler head and could make better decisions in the heat of battle. Dizzy was always so impulsive. "That's how I lost Orixana...being impulsive...I should have thought before I spoke."

Every night when he would become tired and ready to sleep, Dizzy would sniff out where she was sleeping that night. It didn't matter if she was at the castle, at her brother's house, in her mother's room...he didn't care. He would sleep in his wolf form outside beneath the window. She was his treasure to guard. Even if her brother could keep her safe enough, Dizzy felt it to be his personal responsibility to keep her safe. During this time, his scent on her had slowly faded away. It was almost nonexistent now. He wanted to renew his smell on her, to proclaim to the world that she belonged to him and him alone. Maybe it was his inner man or maybe his inner beast. Whatever the case may be, he wanted to prove his love to her somehow.

This particular evening, Dizzy had written her a letter, and tied it to the stem of a daffodil. In neat script, it read: "Meet me by the glen at sunset." It was obviously Dizzy, but the handwriting had improved dramatically from when he would first leave her little love notes and letters. The lessons seemed to be working to refine him.

Now, Dizzy stood by the trees that led into the glen. He stood there in a suit. His wild hair was slicked down and tied neatly in a ponytail. Quietly, he paced back and forth, wondering, hoping, praying that she would come.
