"Each of the surviving team members gets their wish. In the last game, Oblivion was the only survivor on his team." she answered then held up her hand to stop him right where he was headed in the conversation. "I will not let you just join my team without proving yourself. I need to know you are not just here to deceive me. You need to kill Suminku, Leader of Team D. Once she is dead, I will allow you to join my team." she spoke very seriously. His comment about them being a mercenary duo had not fallen on deaf ears as she considered that information as well as everything. She still needed to talk to Oblivion before making the decision anyway, and this would give her time for that as well as prove this guy was serious about joining.

Zephyr arched a brow, but nodded, "Suminku, team D leader... what do they look like? " he asked, crossing his arms over his chest. He might need to look into this person later if he could remember that name. "Is Oblivion on the team as well? I would think that once you won, you won and can't get back in.." that was strange, why would they keep letting people rejoin if that's the case.

Hexxis nodded in confirmation then took out her phone to send him a text message containing an image. Of course, she sent it to Ree's phone, assuming he still had it. The picture was of a pale girl with jet black hair and green eyes that was pulled into a messy bun. By the picture, she wore a lot of black accompanied with plenty of eyeliner. "I sent a picture to my brother's phone of her. You cannot fight her until the sun goes down. It is against the rules to fight during the day." she reminded then nodded. "Yes, Oblivion is on my team. Anyone who knows of the game can join it. Which is why teams will kill those that find out about the game to prevent them from joining other teams, which is why I instructed you to tell no one." she clarified then looked at the time. "I should be heading back soon. Do you have any further questions?"

"Thanks." Zephyr smiled and stood up, stretching a bit, "So only after the sun is down. Cool, cool. I'll have to find some daggers, then. Can't really use my powers here.. shame." He sighed a little, turning to Hexxis he smiled.
"No no, that should be it. Tho I have to admit, I am curious as to what Oblivion wished for, more so as he seems so gosh darn familiar." He rubbed his chin, then looked confused when he didn't feel his scruff.

Hexxis paused. "Were you trying to use them during the day?.... If so, you won't be able to do anything until the sun goes down." she informed.
"I will speak with him. Maybe he will tell me." she spoke mostly to herself then nodded. "....familiar?..." she tilted her head and frowned faintly. "...very unlikely..." she commented then moved to leave the room. It was a few minutes before the bell rang and the students shuffled back to the classrooms to finish the days in boring monotony. He would notice the girl in the picture was in that class, sitting toward the back.
At the end of the day, all the students left, filing out of the school and out toward the dorms before the sun could go down. The halls were becoming more silent now. Hexxis had left with Oblivion fairly quickly. Zaku, Keese, Blaise, Alice, and the others all had left into the hallways. Suminku collected her things and soon left as well, and Melody was still in the class as she looked to Zephyr with a smile once everyone else was gone. "Have a fun chat with Hexxis?" she asked, teasing a little. "I hope she was able to answer all of your questions..."

"..yeah.." Zephyr muttered, though when she mentioned that they could be used at night, he smiled. Oh that would be fun. "Well, thank you." He smiled, then left for his own class as well.
He sort of zoned out while the classes went on, though he looked over at his target and kept a mental tab before zoning out and just sort of waiting for the day to end. Blinking when Melody came over to talk he nodded. "Yeah, was pretty helpful. Figured out a couple things but eh. I don't really like this place."

Melody smiled then immediately frowned. ".......oh..... okay..." Yeah, she didn't know how to respond to that. "So I guess you plan on going home or something?" she thought about it. Could you even do that? She sighed and offered a faint smile. "....shall I walk you to the dorms before the sun goes down?"

"When I can, yes." Zephyr thought a little bit, wondering how he could even get back. Was it just getting the stone or being killed? That was possible. Looking over to Melody, he smiled, thinking he should decline, he thought for a moment.
"Hm, I'll be fine. I've got the layout memorized already. Thanks tho. I'll see you tomorrow? "

Melody frowned and gave him a look of concern. "....okay... if you insist... just please get to the dorms before sunset." she insisted and hesitantly left the room, pausing at the door to look back at him. "....see you tomorrow." she spoke then left.
Sunset wasn't too far off as the dark it got, the more Zephyr could feel his power returning, and his eyes would start to fade into their normal gold. The shadows were far more moldable now and things didn't feel so frozen.
It didn't take long before there was a bit of running in the halls in the floor above. Someone was moving shadows and then there was a small explosion just upstairs, enough to rattle the floor but nothing more.

Once night came, Zephyr took a moment to meld with the shadows, enjoying their strange embrace with a small sigh. Oh how he missed it - which was something he never thought would happen. But this wasn't the time for that. He had a target to find. Keeping to the shadows, he started to go through the floors, looking for the one he needed to find. Suminku.

On the floor above, Suminku and Zaku were tag team fighting against Blaise who was laughing from the previous explosion. Suminku was using a sword made of shadows and Zaku appeared to not be using a weapon at all, choosing to fight hand-to-hand, but mostly being a distraction. Keese was down the hall manipulating paints to create small minions to help Suminku and Zaku against Blaise.
Kira was on her way from the top floor down, followed by Alice.
Then Oblivion and Hexxis were on the bottom floor, talking behind the stairs, hidden in shadows as they spoke privately.

Seeing that Suminku seemed to have her full team with her, Zephyr kept to the shadows at the end of the hall, but had an idea. If she was a shadow user, then maybe he could do something fun.
Quickly making his way into a classroom close to Suminku, Zephyr slunk to a dark corner and crouched down. Putting his hands into the shadows, he focused on trying to pull as much of the shadows on that floor to him. He wanted to get her attention and get her alone.

Suminku was concentrated on fighting Blaise who was holding her own again the three Team D members, laughing as though it were all a game.
Kira made it to the floor, a burst of color and light as she slid next to Blaise. "Brought company..." she grinned.
"Oh come one! Who?" Blaise commented and looked back to see Alice charging in and using water to try to douse Blaise.
"Oh ******** that!" Blaise hissed and took off running for the stairs to bail, followed by Kira as they retreated.
Suminku could feel the pull of shadows, which did catch her attention as she became a little distracted. Luckily, Zaku was paying attention as he grabbed Suminku and rolled out of the way of Alice's attack. "What now." he asked.
"Fall back with Kees. We will meet at the rendevous point and hopefully find their leader before they do." she commanded.
Zaku nodded and split off from Suminku and took off running past Alice down the hall and sliding in to grab Kees and run off elsewhere. As for Suminku, she melded into the shadows and moved about carefully to find the source. It was enough pull to account for one which could easily be a trap, but at that strength it was like one of the two Team A members that were left, and the less of them, the better her chances were of winning.Alice hissed and chased after Zaku and Kees once Suminku had fled. that one halfling Please roll a D20 in your response.

Zephyr focused on pulling the shadows more and more, trying to get them into the classroom he was in, pooling at the door. He had a plan, it might not work, but it was a plan.

Suminku was suspicious as she began to pull the shadows herself, not certain who was here as she stood just outside the doorway and waited. She looked into the classroom from her position but was a little too wary to enter. Kees and Zaku were starting to head back after losing Alice from their pursuit.
