Abyss would attempt to grab rip his hand from Sami right when he leaped off the rope and catch him by the neck and hit him with what he was originally intending, a chokeslam!

Sami Zayn would leap off the rope.. only to land in the clutches of The Monster, Abyss! he was brought up and slammed straight down to the canvas with a chokeslam!

Abyss had gotten control back in this match, and instead of going for a cover, Abyss didn't, as he stood there looking down at Sami Zayn ready to just start pummeling him

Sami would try to throw up his arms to shield himself after already receiving a few strikes. From there the referee would step in and count

Sami would now have time to breath. Holding his back from the impact of the chokeslam, he would try his best to pick himself up off the canvas

Abyss would help Sami up, forcing him into a corner, pushing back on his head with one hand before going for an open hand chop to his chest with the other hand!

Abyss, thinking he stunned Sami Zayn long enough, walks away from him a good distance before turning around and running full speed for a 350 pound running corner splash!

When Abyss was running towards him, Sami would look to hop on the second rope quickly, and springboard off the top rope for a cross body splash onto the oncoming Abyss

After being hit with the corner Splash, Sami would drop down to his knees and face first to the mat.

Abyss drops down and covers Sami Zayn, hooking a leg in the process.

The referee would be nearby already and dropped down to count the cover. He would only get a two count since Sami would have his foot on the bottom rope in time, being nearby it still.

Abyss, who was dominating at this point, did not seem to mind Sami getting his foot on the rope because Abyss knew he wouldn't finish Sami there, but would in a different way. He gets up, and begins helping Sami Zayn slowly up as well.
