In stark contrast to Rinka's serious entrance onto the scene, her demeanor became quiet carefree as she skipped over to the Kage. "I'm helping," she'd repeat her statement from the tower. "You think corrupted chakra?... I have it... Maybe useful." Rinka would punctuate her statement by gently patting her upper chest; the meaning clear to her, but probably an empty gesture in the eyes of the Kage.

As Niko and Hisashi (her transformed wolf) entered the market area per the Uzukage's request, Niko was plagued by random memory flashes of her time spent under the red moon. She was slowly remembering what had happened. She had done terrible things, but the memory of the man with the puppets stood out most. "Did I really fight someone like that...?" She thought back in discomfort and disbelief when she was interrupted by Hisashi.
"I wonder what the Uzukage's like. I remember seeing her when we were at the dojo. She was really pretty. Oh! Do you think she'll buy me some steak?!" Hisashi stopped walking and took his pose. "Maybe if I show her my awesome Give Me Some Steak Baby Jutsu?!" Niko immediately turned and shot him an evil look. "Hisashi..." Her look, tone, and aura screamed "do it and you die", and as Hisashi took a big gulp, he quickly rethought his next words. "Or maybe I could just say nothing at all. Yeah let's go with that. Nothing at all." He pretended to zip his lips and began whistling like nothing ever happened as they continued on.
They soon made it to where the Uzukage was. Before she drew too much attention to herself, she quickly jumped up to a nearby rooftop. She was sure the Uzukage knew she was there, but with the way things had been going, she didn't want to put anyone in danger. As Niko looked around, she noticed an unfamiliar woman and the small but mighty Rinka. She had seen Itsuki reach out to the Oni girl in the dojo before but never met her herself. Seeing how it was still early and assuming everyone heard the Uzukage message, Niko thought it best not to mention the man with the puppets until she could speak to the kage directly. She had the strangest feeling things were about to get weird in the village, and she needed to know she could trust herself not to hurt anyone. Until then, she would wait and watch. Then, for some reason, Niko started to feel hungry. Hisashi took a good look at her before becoming very cautious and worried.
"Um Niko... You feeling alright? You look kinda pale."
The creature within in me was both wounded in pride and body. Though less the secondary to say it wasn't irritated would be an understatement. The man from before would have undoubtedly broken every bone in this body that felt unknown to me. Despite this it was inexorably bitter. So when the clarion call came, a combination of a desire unrequited and hunger unsatisfied fused into an immediate form of action. What amount of energy I recovered having evaded the beast man went into a needlessly rampant charge.
Headed towards the voice I was not a man but more akin to a machine. A large, rotund, hungry, destructive machine. What would be heralding my approach would be the sounds of fruit stands, small buildings, and the like crumbling, partnered with screams and hisses of those unfortunate to be in line of my path.
The first thing those who had gathered would see was from the street rounding the corner a spiraling ball of giant sized blackness. It would not halt in its approach as it continued down its destructive path. Although it seemed on its approach the particular target was one fumbling puppeteer by the name of Sadayo. Though compared to what it was up against it shouldn't prove too difficult to interrupt and bring the thing that was myself to a stop. At least that was the hope. As ever flowing dark intent within me desired solely to plow into as many and as hard possible.

I'm uncertain how to calculate interactions here but with Baika no Jutsu [ Multi-Size Technique ] being an precursor to using Nikudan Sensha it would appear to either be an A+C amount of force or it could be treated as a Korabo of an A+C. The sounds of wings flapping immediately caught Chie's eyes. She turned and was floored by the tranformation Sadayo's body endured. She seemed to be greatly consumed by the corruption of natural chakra. Next came Rinka, who seemed to wonder about whether or not Chie's idea could save the village. Before she could answer, she caught in her peripheral the sight of the girl and her strange companion. However, that was greatly mitigated by another sight. That of the great man stepping through her village. He appeared like a swirling mass of darkness. Chie truly did not anticipate THAT when she tried this. However, since this was her village, she had to try.
"Rinka, your guess is as good as mine." She said as her hands formed an incantation circle which hovered above the open palm of both hands. She then stepped toward the right and had both hands aimed toward Sadayo. Natural chakra was channeled through her jutsu as her two incantation circles combined into one ten foot diameter incantation circle which would swallow the girl entirely. If Sadayo did not move, then the two dimensional pink mandala like incantation circle would pass straight through her. The technique was a korabo of Chie's own creation. She combined her custom creation ninjutsu of parastatis with the chakra purging ninjutsu kai. If her calculations were correct, then this combination should purify those corrupted by natural chakra through the use of Chie's own natural chakra. Chie had no choice but to hope that it would work as she aimed another korabo toward the girl and her companion. Finally, Chie had to amplify the chakra utilized in the technique as she created a fifty foot incantation circle to strike and pass through all of the giant man. Assuming that her calculations were correct her influx of natural chakra into them should cure the bodies of the corrupted natural chakra. It better work, since she was out of ideas otherwise.

Lilah entered the market with an annoyed look on her face. Today had been a long day. Unlike seemingly everyone else she had been immune to this vampire disease going around. It did not stop people from trying to bite her though which pissed her off a lot. She had been breaking bones all day and knocking out people. She was less then happy right now and this bullshit in the market was not going to make it any better. She walked up to Chie as it seemed the girl wasn't vampified. "So mind telling me what the ******** is going on. Seems like everyone's been vampires and to be honest having them try to bite me has made me pissed off. Like some kind of disease or what because I'm not affected at all. Today's been normal for me excluding all the vampires." She sighed with a look of utter annoyance. She felt the day was going to be a little bit longer before it was done.
tabΒ Ferrah did her best to carry Lahlil into the market, quite literally shouldering the pain with her usual emotionless face. There was already a small mass gathered in area, no doubt the remnants of the village ninja 'defense' hopefully there would be more coming than this. Even though her stature did little make her stood out Ferrah was easily able to distinguish the leader here as she stood with a resilient stance along with some strange circles around her arms that radiated through the air with a striking power despite her not being near her yet. She seemed to be working with another girl who sporting a wicked set if wings.
It felt wrong to just observe the situation with Lahlil slumped over her shoulder but she wasn't sure how to continue. Espically when she caught sight of a rolling storm of destruction in the form of a boulder crashing it's way into the market. Tentatively Ferrah stood near the outskirts to both stay away from the fight if she could and to not give any implications that she wanted a fight, espically considering the blood eyes and small protruding fangs she was sporting.
The large ball of man that was myself stopped as though it were in a momentary stasis. Then suddenly in a puff of smoke and the sounds screeching rubber my blurred shape and form had become man once more. However, this did not stop my momentum unfortunately. The dark stirrings in my skull were quelled but I was suddenly filled with a desire of passionate caring that was almost motherly in nature that exceeded normal levels. I always had such tendencies but it felt as though they had been magnified. First my face would slam into the ground. Then my back. Then an unheard of tumble until I collided with the nearest building...or Sadayo if she hadn't moved.
I would stand to dust myself off. Readjusting my jaw which felt out of place. Blessed be my durable body or thing would have been beyond difficult when it came to recovering from the sudden whiplash I had experienced. I would cross my arms then only to exhale. "I apologize for the unsightly behaviour." At least in this instance kage-dono would see me with my normal vernacular. Gruff, reserved, plain, uninteresting, no longer proclaiming a rock as his. To say that her technique functioned 100% would be lie however, surprising as it was to me. I realized this only after having my arms crossed for awhile.
Maybe it was an adverse reaction to having her chakra fill replacing that which had corrupted my mind and body. Indeed, I felt a heft in my chest. A heft that was unnatural to someone of my gender. Indeed where my once sculpted pecs were...MEAT BUNS!...damn these things were heavy never again would I question the back pain complaints that my mother frequently reminded me of. A redness welled in my face, but there was no time to panic. I had to of course maintain a level head in front of the Kage...despite the fact I couldn't recall having already made myself an embarrassment in front of her once already. All the feminine energy in the surroundings must have been to blame and being filled with Chie's natural chakra. the chakra of a woman...I kept trying to rationalize it to reduce the shock. Until of course I spoke up with attempts at paying no mind to my predicament. "Have we discovered the source. er. Ahum, discovered the source of what's causing these changes, the changes pertaining to nightkin. "

It was safe to assume her arrival was timely. The kage was present as expected and other gradually filed in after the puppeteer's clumsy arrival: A red horned child had skipped to the kage, another girl turned up from the streets, as did a fairly loud-mouthed somebody, and all the while Sadayo was considerably unaware of the racing heap of something racing toward her. She was more absorbed in whatever Chie had to reveal with the promise of showing up.
In time, Chie produced some sort of technique onto Sadayo with both hands directed toward the puppeteer. A bright incantation that shortly grew into a larger incantation that consumed the area. Sadayo felt an uplifting vibe restore her state. She felt better, yes, but slightly disappointed the traces of the sweet cactus flowers faded from the air. The lingering thoughts of sunlight stayed, however, despite the lack of succulent pleasantries. Her wings must have been interfering with her peripheral vision or something ridiculous and there wasn't much of a verbal warning to entice the puppeteer to move.
Really, what happened next essentially became a blur. First, Sadayo was standing, flexing her fingers, wobbling her torso from side to side to try to feel out for her missing wings. Next, the puppeteer was plainly knocked off her feet like a lonely bowling pin at the mercy of seemingly the precise execution of a rolling something-another. With a yelp, Sadayo ended up having landed on her arm. Forward. Most of her person was aching with the regret of leaving the hot springs (when partnered with the aftermath of a collision).
She found it "amazing" that she was still conscience after such an effective body slam and just lay in the street. All the while, an untimely CHILL danced its way along her spine. If on-lookers observed closely enough, they could've witness the responding quiver of her ponytails before "deflating" and lying askew over her head, shoulders, and ground (her ponytails are a bouncy trio, after all. Gravity would make them pile onto the other). Strange, strange, STRANGE indeed. With the arrival of another woman, carrying another woman, and the woman with the wings now fixed but laid out from the unexpected man who CAME IN LIKE WREEEECKING BALL(thank you Miley), Niko was just glad to finally be cured of the hunger she had felt a moment ago, but was still unsure of herself. With the urge gone though, she decided it would be now or never. The kage was surrounded by many people now, some faces familiar from the dojo like Rinka, and some that were not, like the newcomer who seemed very annoyed. There was even the wrecking ball of a man who now had... yeah let's not talk about what he had now. She jumped down and joined the conversation at hand.
"Lady kage, forgive my informality but I believe I've came across someone pertaining to the current events. My other self was able to dispatch the man, however I don't believe him to be the main cause." Niko bowed in hopes to show respect. "My name is Niko Hatake. If at all possible I would like to help. This may be above my pay grade but if I can be useful in anyway that is enough for me." She raised up to show a serious look, only to have it be flushed away and repainted with red in embarrassment.
"Hey pretty lady kage! Thanks for helping Niko! She was really freaking me out!" Hisashi came from behind and immediately went into no filter let's eat mode. "So to celebrate, why don't you and I go get some delicious steak? I even got some coupons: Buy one get one half off! Well pretty lady kage, what do you say? We could go right..." Just then, mid-sentence, Hisashi turned back into a white wolf and continued on barking. "And we could get a really good..." When he realized he was a wolf again, he turned back to Niko, who was now the only one who could TRULY understand what he was saying. "Hey! I was still talking to the pretty..." He immediately shut up and turned away in fear. The look on Niko's face alone could have killed a normal man.
"I do apologize," Niko said as she motioned her large wolf away, her face still bright red. Hopefully, Hisashi didn't embarrass her too much in front of everyone there. If that were the case however, she would just have to show everyone there what she was really capable of. She just needed a chance, that's all. Yeah, just one chance.
Chie was about to retaliate to the the girl swearing in her proximity with the fury of an unleaded Kage who has been dealing with too much nonsense when the girl said something which caught her completely unaware. "What do you mean that you are immune?" She said as two more incantation circles formed in her circles. The woman shot them off toward the vampire lady who was carrying the other person. She would have shot another circle at the girl in front of her, but since she chose to get so close, Chie could see that there were no fangs, or other signs of corrupted natural chakra affecting her. While her mouth was as dirty as a sailor, her body seemed clean from the infection. "Do you have any abilities of natural chakra? Or some bloodline that makes you immune to it?" She said with her arms crossed. Before she could get an answer, the man from the dojo who vomited in front of her approached. He seemed to be in a more sober state than he was previously, but he still seemed... off to her. Nonetheless, he did have a question.
"The source of the transformations is corrupted nature chakra. Where the source is coming from is anyone's guess." Chie said. She then shrugged and looked away from the man. "I have one of my best anbu on the search for the source of the corrupted chakra. With any luck he will be delivering to me the information any minute." She added. While the idea of considering Tetsuhiko as, "one of the best", was offensive for a myriad of reasons, she could not deny his abilities and his tenacity. As funny as it would be, Chie missed Sadayo getting rolled over like a bowling pin since she was dealing with the black haired dirty mouth girl, who did not even introduce herself to the Uzukage before she started going on a rant. At least this white haired girl had the decency to apologize for the informal way in which she spoke. Chie listened as she spoke. Apparently she had information about someone who was aligned with this group. Apparently she, "dispatched" him, which was something the Uzukage wanted to think about at this exact minute. What she did want to extract from this statement, however, was that this ordeal was not orchestrated by just one person.
Chie was immediately snapped out of her thoughts, however, when a hound dog approached her and called her a pretty kage. She waited until he finished speaking before she took a deep, long, breath. "Speak again, and I will lunge your body at that blood moon above us like a javelin." She said in a calm, but stern manner. Chie then redirected her attention back to Niko as her body faced her. "Thank you for the information. I sent an agent to find the source of the corruption, but if you and this, "other self" could scout along the village and maybe find some more people who know about the long term implications of this, then that would be great." She directed. A hand rose as her index finger pointed at the young genin. "However, do not engage. Until an investigation can be brought into this, "dispatching" you did previously, I do not want you using any kind of excessive force. For that reason, please find one person to go with you should your investigations lead to violence." She said as her arms returned to being folded underneath her bosom. She had enough issues to deal with at the moment, and the idea of her Uzu ninja killing without being properly trained was not something she wished to meditate about.

Lilah shrugged at her question. She said what she had meant, she just didn't get affected by it. "I mean that I'm immune, just like I said it. ********, I don't know why, Bloodlines are Hyuuga and Kaguya. Maybe its my bandaged arm here who knows. She normally didn't talk this much to other people anyways. She almost forgot herself for a moment. Though there was a few people calling this girl Kage, was she hearing that correctly.
Lilah looked at Chie and had a questioning look on her face. "What the hell happened to Kage Sanae? What the hell happened, what have I missed, and how did I miss it. And how long have you been the Kage? What the actual ********. God damn it, you know what ******** it doesn't matter." She had been off lately thanks to some personal things she had been doing. She hadn't even seen Kairi that much at all. What she had been doing had been wearing on her though. Regardless now was not the time to think about it. As much as she hated doing this, or even well talking to the Kage. It was necessary, she'd give her name, give the stupid apology and move on. She could hold her hatred down enough for that. She could do it with the previous Kage she could do it with this one. Though to be fair the previous Kage she held personally responsible more then anyone else in the village for what happened to her and her village.
She addressed Chie and spoke choosing her words carefully. "I'm Lilah Hyuuga, I apologize for talking to you like you were a ordinary person. I did not realize who you were." Well that was about as good as she was going to get it. That alone made her sick to suck up to the Kage like that. Least it wasn't Sanae though, only reason she ever even tried to contain herself around the woman was because she knew she couldn't match the power of a kage. She may have hated this entire village and especially the ninjas but she was not stupid. She couldn't die yet anyways, she had things she still had to do. As for Chie, well the Uzikage assuming she had read or even glanced at any of her Ninja files. She'd know her name, her file was flagged and would stand out. Her psych reports alone would do that not to mention any info they might have gotten somehow. She really didn't think they would know about her village or anything but she knew that file told the fact that she had been conscripted into the UHV.
"I understand Lady Kage. Glad I can be of assistance." Niko saluted the kage and motioned to Hisashi. She couldn't help but feel underestimated. Still, this was The Uzukage's village, and she knew what was best. She was also giving her a chance. Maybe this could lead to a possible position in The Anbu Black Ops one day. Niko could only dream.
Hisashi knew not to speak at this point, so finding someone would be easy. Seeing how her options were slim however, she wasn't sure if she could pull it off. She looked around again. Between the woman who was floored by the man, and the woman carrying another woman, they were both out. This left Rinka, the wrecking ball and the annoyed woman with a fowl mouth. My two cents wasn't required in regards to having to defend Lady Chie from the tramps advances but I would not let the mouthy one go without some naysay. Myself, still hoping they'd hopefully go away. Being a man with...whoopin new bazoongas really weakened any ethos I had. No longer crossing my arms and placing a hand on my head rubbing the back of it until I could feel static in a state where I could feel only self-disappointment as with the other hand I patted down the dust off the puppeteer I deflated. "I'm also not particularly adept when it comes to scouting. At least not discreetly that is. I mean I could become large enough for a birds eye view of the village but that wouldn't be too useful if I'm not sure what to look for. Not to mention exhausting." I very well may be likely starting a fight right here right now but I believed there to be truth behind my words. I felt it partially my duty as a Chunin to prevent young minds from being tainted. Last thing the village needed was this innocently looking and polite girl gaining the mouth of a sailor. Hopefully have re-inflated the puppeteer I address her directly. "Perhaps you would like to accompany the young miss instead. Assuming you've recovered that is."

tabΒ Still holding out on the side lines Ferrah did a small check up on Lahlil until she was satisfied that the girl wasn't going to bleed out. In her distraction however Ferrah didn't notice as Chie launched one of mysterious archaic circles at her, only catching the last few seconds of the attack colliding with her body as she turned her head.
Ferrah's body tensed instinctively but it was both too late and useless anyway since the attack ended up causing no physical harm, instead Ferrah felt a warm sensation spread across her body that caused it to glow from the inside. Then is started to hurt, only a little bit of course, but gradually it increased until Ferrah felt as though she would double over in pain. It took every ounce of willpower she had but she remained steadfast in her carrying of Lahlil. Then like a fire burning away the plague and cob webs in the tunnels of her body she was born again in pure chakra and yet.. Something had shifted as well. She felt lessened, like whatever wicked chakra kept her seperated from Lahlil was burned away as well. She wasn't sure how much time she would have left in this new body but she would make it count.
