Another find! But less cool. Definitely something up the little chef's alley, though. Actually it was kind of surprising that here was any food left in the hive at all. Between rodents and vandals and all that good stuff, who would leave anything behind? The gloves might have been overlooked, but a can... Inticingly skeevy.

"That's awful!" Stemma had every right to smack that out of the greenbloods hand, but even wearing gloves, she didn't want to touch it. "Feel free if you want to get sick, but other trolls are trying to be responsible here." She eyed Guouli with distaste, then looked at Mallok as if to pressure him into making the right decision.
She stepped to the side, still looking for things to investigate. When she stepped in a pool of shallow water and heard a crunch, she stepped back with disgust. Was that a crustacean? Very old food? Hopefully not evidence. Either way, ew.

"Thank you Volkei!" Demari hugged the redblood once they were both safely away from the rotted stairs. Roa's aggressive grooming was unexpected and she squeaked in surprise but did not pull away. The girl was flooded by her swarm as they dipped around her, checking for any injuries as well. It was a silver storm of chaos before they swapped over to check Volkei as well.
"I'm already tired!" The girl confessed with a laugh, trying to lighten the mood once more. She would've laid down and enjoyed spreading across the floor if it wasn't so gross. Demari wished there was a safe spot to take a rest though. After all the screaming and crying she'd done, she needed to recover. Poking around the basement, she wondered if they'd find anything they could sit comfortably on.
Instead she found a chain.
"A-ah, what's this?" The blueblood asked with wide eyes as she held up the object. It almost appeared to be caked in blood on the end but she'd never seen a color so bright before... A mutantblood?

Stemma decided to search solo today. She had enough hanging out with that little team anyways. She figured she could get a lot more sleuthing done on her own, or at least with Krampa.
She found herself stepping on something crunchy. Yuck. She'd have to throw these shoes out later. They'd only come home nasty.

Digging through the rubble, Stemma's eye caught something interesting in the light. "Ooh!" she shouted, retrieving it to show her lusus. Once it was free from its place, she realized it was a measly bread clip. Lame. It was worth hanging onto at least. Just in case.
