He could see which way the wind was blowing here. Though it still nagged at some dark, vengeful piece of him, Sjunheal joined the others in turning away from their quarry. The hospitality of the other lions was greatly welcome. How could he be bitter in the face of their kindness?
The snarky refrain of descending birds didn't hurt, and the massive lion guffawed with laughter to hear them. "I'm fair sure she would, friend vulture!" He boomed, agreeing completely with Pelleas. Not wanting to be completely boorish, he did offer a deferential bow in the noble lady vulture's direction - though he chuckled all the while. For Poseidon, Sjun bared an even bigger grin. "Your offer's fair generous, lads! It'd be the pleasure o' my acquaintance 'ere an' I t' remain among ye for a time."
Cama, to his credit, didn't even bother to argue - just sought to meet Triton's eye with a roll of his own. There it was again, having actions taken for you just because you were the "young'un". Thankfully, he wanted to stay of his own volition. After all this, he wasn't near done solving the mystery of this place. "Yeah, we'll stay. Have to at least see you through all this." If the big males even chose to acknowledge his addition.
It didn't take long for his attention to fall back to Triton, though. "I'm gonna be honest, I didn't get a lot of that." He grinned fiercely. "Those Firekin sound like some fearsome beasts, though. How did they handle the dangers of the sea?" He might have been laughing as he asked, but there was genuine curiosity there as well. He had spent all of his life learning to respect the rain, river and storms - from what Sjunheal had told him of the ocean, he could believe that much water was truly hazardous. These Firekin were supposed to be warriors, though! If the Bahari could take it, surely they could handle a bit of a dip?

The capture of the jet black lioness was surprising to the silver male, he really hadn’t expected that they had been chasing a girl around. Still her jet black fur and ghostly gaze made him shiver. A frown creased his brow and as he watched her get marched away by the pale warrior from the stormborn he couldn’t help but wonder what was going to happen to her.
He looked around at the dissipating lions, returning to their every day lives, going back to what they knew and loved. The only the silver male could think of was where Anya was. A shiver rolled down his spine and after a moment more of watching the retreating battalion Burny turned tail and headed off towards their den. He had much to tell his lady love about the search.
He was just glad that she hadn’t been here. He really wanted to be sure that Anya was safe in what seemed to be a rather troubled time on the shore he loved so much.
