She grinned. "That I can 100% do, and with no concerns about that being wrong."
His reaction made her blink in surprise, and she shrugged at him. "If you prefer? I just was figuring you'd want to get a head start on heading to the dorms, given how cold you got last time." She blinked at the comment regarding his pops, then realized his dad must have had Views on Chivalry and that sort of thing, and decided not to argue for sure. "Let's go, though, before you get frozen again."

There was a part of him that was glad she didn't argue, and when she prompted he just kind of nodded and ran ahead of her anyway. "Let's go then," he said, already several steps ahead and looking forward to the warmth of his bed.
It felt like it'd end up being a good night, now that he was fed and hadn't been rolling around in a bad mood for hours on end. Rhys had plenty of reason to be grateful for Seren and her little intervention thing that he wasn't sure was planned or what, though he would show his appreciation by killing her in the gym. Because that was just how he was.
