Merric finally managed to disentangle himself from the beanbag, only to topple over beside it in a crumpled heap, letting out a small groan of annoyance. He rolled onto his back, heaving a breath, and pushed himself up again, running a hand through his disheveled hair.

"Good, that's - that's good - that's - well, fine then," he said, dragging himself to his feet and promptly veering immediately sideways and almost crashing into a wall. "That's - yes."

Al tried to jump up and assist the hunter as he staggered and stumbled all over the place - completely forgetting that he had also been drinking and maybe had taken something else before Merric got there soooo... may have made it worse by stumbling forward right out of his seat in Merric's direction, face-first.

"Don't be pssssed!" might as well have been his war cry.
