"One more shot...", she murmured, summoning her flames once more. Instead of a straight shot, she tried winding it around the floor. Maybe adding a little fluidity would aid in confusing the birds.
It actually worked quite well, as the bird couldn't follow the flames movements and raced off when the fire began to lick at their feathers.

"Are you sure it's still in here...?", The ghoul yelled as she popped out of the straw. The withering look she received from Sludge prompted her to search some more, but to no avail. It seemed like there was simply nothing to be found.

Character Name: Kari
Result: 75-100: You found the ring! "The one ring to rule them-" "I SWEAR TO JACK" They start to argue. Sludge gives you a golden dragon coin in exchange for the ring.
Kari began to wonder why Sludge kept coming back to this pile of hay. They kept losing their ring here, after all. Wouldn't it just be better to avoid it altogether?
In any case, the baffled reaper once more dove into the pile in search for the lost item. Luckily, it didn't take long to find what they were looking for.
