"Oh You'd be surprised." Mehtab had been once upon a time. Now? Not so much. People were weird in a general sense.

"But uh, well, I'd like to see you again as both if we're being honest." No point in denying he felt something along the lines of attraction now. He'd practically blared it before anyway. Plus, if Cassian wasn't interested, well, less things to worry about in terms of not upsetting family members.

"You're cute and fun to hang with. Why wouldn't I want to se you again?"

Might as well go for the gold.
No guts no glory, Mehtab figured if anything, it was nice to have a friend for a while.

"If you ripped a unicorn kigu I would have cried a little bit." Mehtab joked, grinning as he felt his fears and apprehensions ebb. Cassian was- well he was nice, and frankly Mehtab was just glad he could perhaps flirt and also have a friend. It had been a while since he'd managed both t the same time, (even if it ended no where).

"How does tomorrow night sound? we can meet up, grab a bite to eat then hit the city. And maybe a negaverse agent or two. Or three. Three might be a bit much actually but eh, play it by ear."

He motioned to his car, picking up stray nerf darts on the walk back.
