The repeated knocks to Leucites head seemed to be doing him some favors, enough to give him time for something vaguely like a plan to filter into his head. There was still madness nearby, where the others had gone and gathered, there were still lives at stake. And he had one at his bruised and bleeding knuckles. He swung again, jaw set, waiting for Leucuite to go limp and stop swinging back. Not to kill him, no he needed him alive and throwing a signature... but they wanted to play war games...
He could play war games.

He took the punch on the jaw, growling feeling the blood from his split lip and spray out as he roared with pain, once more bringing his head down to try and crack against the other man's nose once more...
There was an thunk, and stars, and blood flowing down his chin, but even that didn't matter, except to be annoyed as hell that the man wasn't unconscious yet so he could get the hell on with this, and -goddamnit- to leave his nose alone. He gave him an furious backhand, spitting blood to the side.
"Not going to kill you. Might wish I did."

"Go to hell!" Leucite growled, ears ringing from the backhand, before bringing both hands up to try and gouge out the other man's eyes. He was barely holding on and he knew it - so it was time to pull out all the stops.
Leucites shallow scratches hurt, but the way it just fueled him on to hit harder, jerking his head back to keep the digging fingers away from his eyes. This was going to work. This had to work.
DMG 13+ 12) + roll HP:123 of 250 Def: 5 : Effects: Aspect of mars: 1+ attack for every 10 hp lost.
Leucite pressed his attack harder, trying to move his thumbs to follow the jerking of the other man's head. If nothing else he was going to make his life miserable for a bit. But his fingers couldn't get traction, his hands just sliding off the blood-slick skin.
Kairatos drew in a deep breath, feeling weariness finally loom over him like a waiting predator, and struck out one last time, hoping it would be the final stroke.
"Just. Go. DOWN." He growled, throat rasping, knuckles aching.

General Leucite - K.O.
The knuckles took him full across the temple and Leucite felt that sick, sinking feeling of darkness sweeping over his vision. His body slumped forward atop of Kairatos as he fell unconscious.
Kairatos staggered slightly as the man went limp. cursing angrily, he struggled to shift the mans weight to something more managable. Tiredness still hovered behind him like his own shadow, but he could keep going. He could do this.
"Alright soldier... you're my ticket to the party." He growled, spitting blood again from a split lip and bleeding nose. "Let's go have a quick word."

Meteora, Page of Cosmos
What the heck had she just watched?
At Kai's words, Met had scrambled out of the fire range of the two titans. She had hidden behind a small wall glancing out as she watched. Each hit made her blood run cold but as Kai took strike after strike and beat the General down, Met knew she couldn't stop him...
She only knew she could follow him as he dragged the body towards the main fight.
"Dear lord Kai...what's happened to you..."

Haüyne, Super Corrupted of Execution
What was the point of PETALS? Haüyne's tooth-grip was forcibly detached for the Moonie to cast. 'Can I trust you?' "You don't need to worry about your secret."
Electric blue eyes widened to disks. Staring. Filled.
'He's Good People.'
Who was.
'Can I trust you?'
Who said it? It sounded so familiar. It was hard to swallow. Haüyne looked down at the roof. There were no faces behind the voices. The White Moon senshi wasn't saying anything. They were memories, had to be. Why did it hurt?
Not good. Wasn't ever good. There were darker spots blotching, growing on the roof. Like it was raining. It wasn't raining. No one is. I couldn't trust anyone. I did. I don't remember who or how or why. I don't remember.

Eternal Sailor Kerberos of Asphodel - EXITING
Kerberos paused, for a moment, forcing himself to watch what his magic did - to watch the Corrupt's eyes well up with tears as it tugged on something inside of them so painful it brought them to pause.
"I'm sorry," he said, very quietly, and then turned and began to scramble up the fire escape behind him, headed for the roof as quickly as he could manage. He'd started to book it for the pillar of light until his phone pinged with two distress texts -- both directing him to a starseed, in the clutches o a youma.
"s**t," he breathed, and then he took off in that direction. Hver would understand -- someone's life was at stake. That had to come first.

ty for a lovely, if brief, fight~~ hauyne is wonderful <3
Red and blue flashed brilliantly while cops trickled into the area. Carefully they encroached on the epicenter of conflict, the fair few blocks where many still locked in combat. The ring of police closed on the locations, isolating them, and soon the cops departed from their vehicles to take up stance behind their doors. The procedure was familiar by this time, and those caught in the frequent crackdowns on powered mayhem were by now highly acclimated to the drill. Soon, a megaphone blared with the imperative to stand down and disperse from the area.
They would wait, naturally, for compliance. The police were known for their terribly finite patience, however; prudence dictated that one leave before further consequences occurred.
