After the flub, I started to become disinterested in Ramos's ramblings as he tried to bring up what he tried to talk about. Though...Zygarde? What was that thing? Was the reason that we were here based on that? I'm still becoming convinced that this was a prank, and what's not helping is Freth keeping me out of the loop. "To hell with it..." I muttered silently to myself.
I started to walk off towards the direction of Aile, to see what was going on. Freth apparently had her sights on her for some reason. I was going to see what was going on here.
------
Freth continued down the halls, then stopped at the end where there was one open area that had staircases leading down to the floor where the attendants were at. Freth took out her SNAG once more.
"Blizzard. Pick up." It would take a minute but a reply was soon to come.
"Go ahead."
"Took you long enough. She still down there?"
"Aile? No, she went into a back room."
"Which one?"
"The one I'm heading to."
"Blizzard, don't." Freth said. "You need to keep up appearances over there."
"As if any attention that I grab would be held as soon as you come down here to check this. Unlike me, you're not exactly dressed for the occasion. Neither is Tristen. Really your only opportunity was when everyone was looking at that Ramos guy over there for that couple of minutes. Besides, you mind telling me what's going on? This is getting irritating being left out of the loop. I wasn't around the past few days, you know that."
"It's a long story, Blizzard."
"Give me Cliff Notes."
"Aile. Traitor. Zygarde. Good enough?"
".............."
"Blizzard?"
"Why must everything go to hell when I'm gone? If I'm reading into this right, that's more reason that I need to go in there."
"Not if it means blowing you out of your position in Kalos."
"Implying that it means anything to me."
"Implying that you're our major foothold in Kalos. We'd be better off getting someone that's not as known."
"Who then?"
That...actually left Freth at a loss for a second then glanced back down the floor, trying to see who was the closest. Her instincts tripped, seeing Isaac and Beau up in the rafters...that wasn't going to work though. She had an idea for those two later, though. She then glanced at the floor. "Hang on a second." She stopped the connection with me then started to call for Darts.

"What is he talking about?" Keiko asked as she and I watched the reveal. After looking around to make sure nobody's eyes were on us, I pulled out my SNAG and searched for Zygarde after muting the device. After a quick second, a Pokedex entry popped up.
Zygarde, the Order Pokemon
It's hypothesized that it's monitoring those who destroy the ecosystem from deep in the cave where it lives. When the Kalos region's ecosystem falls into disarray, it appears and reveals its secret power.
"...they're trying to catch a legendary of all things," I huffed, looking over Zygarde's base stats.
"It kinda sounds like they're trying to grow one, instead," Keiko countered, although she wasn't quite sure -what- the Gym Leader was going on about.
"All I know is that ~/~ is gonna hit the fan tout suite," I sighed, putting my SNAG away.

Aile would begin to rustle through the papers, keeping in mind all the information on the Zygarde Cube. "Hm... Huh?" She whipped back around as she heard the squishing sound a look of fear and bewilderment on her face as she saw the cores and cells. "I... uh..." She looked to her clutch and just stared at it. "Are you the prime core or something? This shouldn't have happened..." Hints of fear colored her voice as she spoke to the small purse, her sight going back to the swarm of Cells and Cores coming her way. One deep breath later, and her hands were now on the clasp of the clutch. "Well, if nothing else, this should make a great distraction while I can get the cube. And sorry if I gave you a headache with the drumming, little one. Nervous habit, you see." The woman would open the clutch and with an excited squeal, the blob everyone knew as Zac came flying out of its transport, burbling happily as it joined others of its kind.
"Yeah," Aile commented as she watched how Zac interacted with the others, "That thing has got to be the prime core.... Anyways, now to wait and see if anyone comes in with the Cube. They're probably missing the Cells and Cores by now." She'd run right next to the door, taking her heels off in the process to quiet her footsteps, and just wait. Someone had to enter sooner or later. Once again, her fingers would drum rapidly on her clutch. Nervous habit indeed.

"Zyguard? Thats new to me. A new pokemon perhaps? No, he said legends, so a legendary Pokemon?" Clara would start look like a rocket about to take off, lucky for her being quiet was her specialty "This is so exciting!" Quickly looking over to Leslie the bouncing blubbery girl would be grinning ear to ear, "This means so much, a new legend. We can discover so many thing and learn so much and yeeeaaah"
The whispering chatterbox would eventually zip her lip, readjust her top, and ready herself. Snagems ,as she learned, can't go anywhere without a fight and well she didn't think she was asked along just to get dressed up. "Alright so who am I going to throw my pokemon at?" The scientist said giving Mawhile hybrid a cockeyed smile.

There was a whole lot of nothing in the attic, Dan came to find with the lights on. Oh wait, there was dust. Plenty of that floating around, covering the room and the door in the floor. What exactly was this room for? Apparently nothing, considering its neglect. He'd follow Isaac to the door, hand on the hilt of his wooden blade in case someone appeared behind it. Fortunately not and it brought them more or less to the party. "Alright. Infiltration successful...Hm?" Now in the rafters, Dan took notice of Beau who was none too pleased at the moment. "Hey Isaac, there's a pissed off mothman up here" he'd comment in a hushed tone. His attention would soon be drawn elsewhere when the gym leader on stage began to speak. Whatever was going on, it seemed something was amiss with this Zygarde they were trying to unveil. "So...Zygarde sounds like fun. What's this legend do?" Dan asked no one in particular, thumbing through his SNAG for answers.
Connor finally slipped away from the old man when he pushed half of his tray of snails onto him. With a sigh, he went about the floor serving the guest until he came up to Terashi and Keiko. Before he could say anything, it appeared things were getting underway with their presentation. He would only watch and shake his head at what he was hearing. "Yeah cause these things always pan out." Whatever. "So...still no plan, huh?" he ask the two 'nobles' before him.

Darksol88 Though it already looked like the party's attention was on the stage before them, the speakers inside the chateau would click to life without any bell to preface it. "If I may have everyone's attention, Coumarine City's own Marquis Ramos is about to speak on behalf of People for the Ethical Treatment of Kalos.""Thank yeh," Ramos spoke up after the announcement. "I trust yeh've been enjoying yourselves, wondering why all of yeh were invited to come. Yeh can thank the people behind me for that." He paused for a moment to step off to the side, a hand extended to the trio. The clearer look at them would reveal that they were quite tanned compared to the usual Kalosian, a stark contrast to be sure. "They're just a few o' the people from a global group. All the way out in Hoenn, they are, before some of them joined us for a local effort. Oh, but yer not here to listen to an old man ramble." Deciding not to waste more of everyone's time, Ramos moved to pull off a sheet covering the table beside him. "Would yeh belive me if I said the old tales o' Zygarde are actually true? That it's had its eye on us, keeping us safe from all over? What yeh see on the table is..." Now that he was looking at the table, the only thing that the sheet had revealed was an empty, green container. A white symbol was on the top of it, and it looked like an odd cross between a cube and a 14-sided die. It was a baffling object to be sure, if the whispers coming from the other attendees were anything to go by. Ramos would quickly take the odd container and give it to one of the three beside him, having her hurry towards the back. With this faux pas, some of the crowd was already going back to their conversations. Not being so easily deterred, the Gym Leader did his best to keep things going and buy a little time. "I hope yeh'll forgive me. Must have left the little sprouts in our prep room... what you saw my colleague leave with is what we've called the Zygarde Cube, the result of months of research. It's made just for the holding o' little Cells and Cores o' Zygarde itself! If I had them around, I'd show yeh all how the Cores control the Cells to do their thing and how we've made the Cube work just like their Cores... it's even based on the Master Ball's workings to make sure they're all comfy and safe inside." It was safe to say that the big reveal had gone just a bit pear-shaped, losing more and more of the crowd as he had nothing to show yet. Ramos still kept talking all the same, beginning to hope the one he sent off would come back soon. Amaranth would end up coming over to Darts, Silver and Clara, a tray of aged cheeses balanced on one hand as she listened to what Ramos was saying. They decidedly were not of the whizz variety. "I'm only doing this so I look busy," she remarked. "If I have to deal with another comment about how this place can't find good help, they're going to get this tray thrown at them and I won't be faking the smile on my face when I do.". Darktornathore Silver would take the bottle of champagne happily, shooting a toothy grin at Darts before sipping at the drink. As Clara noticed Leslie's presence, Silver could practically feel the tension between the two of them, though, mostly the energy came from Clara. The hybrid's ears would flick back even further in response to Clara's squeak, as it was more high-pitched than Silver could handle. They would turn their head toward the two girls though, narrowing their scarred, silver eyes as they gazed blindly at the two. "Careful, Clara..." Silver would warn, taking another sip of their drink.
The hybrid likely would have said more had it not been for the sound of tapping against the microphone, which caused Silver to lose their train of thought, and wince painfully. "Why do people do that? Seriously," Silver snarled out, trying to refrain from baring their teeth in response to the awful sound. "I wonder if they're going to give that big reveal now, or if there's something else they need to say," the hybrid would huff, keeping their voice low. Rather than taking another sip of their drink, Silver would simply swig back what was left before snatching up another glass from Leslie's tray, nearly knocking over a couple of the other glasses in the process. Despite the old man's lack of mastery over the crowd, Darts is listening with rapt attention, leaning back against the wall behind him between Clara and Silver, trying to keep the former's drool off his boots over Leslie. He shifts the still full decanter of champagne around in his hand, raptly memorizing just about every word Ramos was saying. Suffice it to say that when it came to Zygarde, the Dragon Master in training had a feeling that his very presence qualified this as Clan business and he put a great deal more seriousness into these matters than others, despite his cocky facade. He hands his glass flute to Silver as well once the tray is empty, no need to mess up someone gunning for a perfect set. Extremelictor "Zyguard? Thats new to me. A new pokemon perhaps? No, he said legends, so a legendary Pokemon?" Clara would start look like a rocket about to take off, lucky for her being quiet was her specialty "This is so exciting!" Darts corrects Clara automatically, rifling through the pockets of his jacket as he feels his Snag begin to buzz, the bottom of the coat flapping in irritation at the invasive sensation. "You want to calm her down or are we going to watch while nobles start slipping and sliding in puddles of drool?" He asks, directed at Leslie as he flips open the SNAG discreetly, not bothering to look at the screen. "Darts here. ... ... Got to say this is a call I didn't expect to receive..." He admits quietly as Freth's voice reaches his ear, his golden fist concealing most of the communicator.

Freth paused for a second, and though Darts wouldn't be able to see it, she was staring a frustrated glare towards her significant other. "You see where Blizzard is? Aile is apparently behind the door that he was going to. Mind going to check on what was going on with her?"

Down on the ground floor, Aria would put a little more force into her pull as the presenter began to speak up, marching her guard escort towards where Arkana was in an effort to see what she might be able to find backstage. "Excuse moi. I believe I 'ave found your replacement." Aria would tell the disguised Zoroark through a thick and somewhat poorly done Kalosian accent. Hopefully they didn't look too closely into that one.
Finally, Leslie would hold position next to Clara and Darts, making sure to hand the ignoble collective drinks and snacks at a rapid pace. She noticed that Clara seemed exceedingly flushed for only having one drink but she put that down to her simply being a bit of a lightweight in her alcohol tolerance. Also, it didn't help that some of that color was focused onto certain areas that Leslie felt a little jealous about. "Well, I'd just wait. But keep a Pokeball handy. I expect that our new traitor decided she needed to appear" Leslie whispered to Clara, glancing around the dance floor in hopes to see something.

There's a moment of silence as Darts lets the line hang for a second before answering. "Oh yes. Yes I do think I can take a look for you. Thank you ever so much for letting me know." He cuts off the connection with a snick sound as he shuts the communicator, nudges Silver to get his attention, and then turns to Leslie and Clara. "Alright guys, that was Freth. I have a bead on some business I need to attend to but I'm not dumb enough to go alone." He says quietly. Darts had a rather vivid memory of being smashed by an unstoppable Regirock that he wasn't planning on repeating, and a receipt that needed cashing. "Me and Silver here are going to go try and take care of some business real quick, but we need you two to watch out. You don't have to hold hands or anything," He says, holding his own up to Clara as he does so. "But just keep an eye for any suit-looking types that try to back trail us, alright?" Not waiting for an answer, he nudges Silver, still holding Darts' belt. "C'mon." He makes sure to stay within arm's length of the blind hybrid, leading him with little taps on the hand now and again to make sure Silver kept behind the gambler.

Clara would nod at the hyrbid peering over his shoulder. Giving herself a deep breath Clara finally calmed down, jeeze she was acting like a fool in front of Leslie. Wait why does she care? Why does she care what Leslie thinks of her? With a notable shake Clara swept those thoughts away, now was not the time. Peering away to make sure none of the guys saw, Clara would lift her dress rapidly grabbing at one of the pokeballs she hidden on thigh. Clara's little hand bag would hold anything wider than a pack of gum, even when shrunk the balls wouldn't of fit.
Even when knowing it was for a mission she couldn't help but think that prying eyes would see her dark green lace thigh highs and garter. None the less as fast as the small part of dress went up it went down faster concealer her leg once again. However nothing could conceal the blush on Clara's cheek.
With a cough and readjustment of her corset top she looked over to her waiter friend, "alright I've got Dieno at easy reach" She explained placing the shrunken ball in her bosom "You going to power house your self through here? or do you got some one hiding?"
Clara would notice her glass empty, "huh? I had it took three of these at my grad to make me feel drunk, this one's done nothing for me. Less anxiety means confident Clara, drunk Clara has no anxiety" She said grabbing two glasses for herself, and in a blink of an eye both where gone. Lastly she grabbed one to continue sipping on, "Give me five and we'll be good."

Jezebel quick thinking catches the situation, "Oh my apologies, I'll take my leave." Heading for the Main guest hall, she customs herself to what she might head, or experience.
Arkelos mean while had other problems, "Wow, i'm so sorry; let me get that sir." After helping clean up the mess, he was handed another platter. "Break it this time, and you'll have more trouble than you can deal with." Grabbing the platter he makes for the lounge. "I need to help find Jezebel, her temper could cause a lot of issues for everyone, especially if anyone was to find out her origins." Making it to the lounge, he hopes to find her quickly.

"Excuse moi. I believe I 'ave found your replacement." Aria would tell the disguised Zoroark through a thick and somewhat poorly done Kalosian accent. Hopefully they didn't look too closely into that one. Arkana would look over Aria and Sub, immediately recognizing the both of them, one by appearance alone, and one by his unique energy signature. "Does she take me for an idiot? No, she probably takes me for a guard and doesn't realize what's going on... or that I just spoke with her over this," the Zoroark thought to herself. Speaking out loud, her voice would take on a huskier, more masculine tone with them. "Pardon, but, I am afraid I do not recognize you. Plus, I doubt that a guard ready to be on duty would show up with a beautiful woman on his arm. Now if you are looking for more... recreational activities, I'm sure there might be a few rooms that can be a bit more accomidating for the two of you." Arkana would wink, a mischevious glint showing up in the guard's blue eyes that was mirrored by a smile, at least until she caught sight of Darts' arrival. "However, before you do go off, may I ask for your assistance in showing off this riff raff? I haven't the slightest how he managed to get in at all..." _____________ Behind the door, Aile was listening to the interraction and rolled her eyes at the accent. She may have dropped most of her accent a long while ago, but she at least made attempts to practice her full accent every once in a while. Aria's was just bad. However, she was also thankful of Arkana, siently singing her praises about how she was the best Zoroark she would ever want. Fear gripped her, though, when she heard Arkana ask for help with someone else. "That is not good. Not good at all," She thought to herself, dreading what would happen if whoever was on that other side got through.

Reno Vantas Beau would glare over at Dan and Isaac for a moment, pressing a finger to his lips as the hush moved over the crowd. Sidling over to where they were, Beau would speak up. "Best I remember, Zygarde is this whole collection of bits that can come together and be stronger. All I know. Isaac respo ded to Beau's glare with one of his own, and deeped it as Beau geastured to hush them. As if Beau was one to talk about subtlety. Isaac could still vividly remember the hybrid's powder detonating in the Under, not the kind of experience he wanted to repeat. As Beau shuffled over and began whispering, something down below caught his eye. Holding up a hand, to forstall any further comment from Beau or Dan, he then pointed over towards Darts. The gold crested hybrid stood out like a sore thumb. For that matter, his large belt made the accompanying Silver stand out as well. What was important about the duo, however, was that they were headed directly for Aria and a couple of guards. "I suspect that things are about to get a bit hectic down there," Isaac whispered to Beau and Dam. "Let's stay out of sight for now. I have a bad feeling about this."

Silver was surprised to find another bottle in their hands thanks to Darts, but the Houndoom hybrid wasn't about to say no to more booze. Ears perked up, listening intently to Ramos' explanation of what was going on. Silver wasn't super knowledgeable on Zygarde, but that didn't really matter. Just knowing what they did made Silver's hackles raise. The hybrid would take a couple swigs of their drink, taking a moment to enjoy the warming feeling of alcohol against the back of their throat. The tap on their shoulder would cause them to jump slightly, though it did cause Silver to turn their attention back over to Darts.
Hearing the plan, all Silver did in response was nod before following along behind Darts. The sounds of the party was getting overwhelming to the blind hybrid again, and they found themselves folding their ears back once more. Thankfully for Silver, the gentle taps to their hand from Darts allowed the hybrid to tune out the sounds and focus on walking. Shifting the belt over their shoulder so as to carry it a bit more comfortably, Silver kept following until just before they reached where they were heading.
A strange scent, one that definitely was neither human nor hybrid, found its way to Silver's sensitive nose. There was still hints of something trying to mask it, but Silver could recognize that it was purely Pokémon. Wishing desperately that they could see and gauge whether or not it was necessary to say something about this, Silver ended up deciding to go with their gut instinct. "Darts..." the hybrid would say, barely containing a snarl at this point. "Whoever's standing by the door isn't who they say they are. Honestly, my guess would be they're a Pokémon in disguise. Likely a Zoroark just simply based on their scent. Keep your guard up," Silver was baring their teeth as they spoke now, unable to contain their growls anymore.

As she heard Arkana speaking to her, Aria would lean stronger on Sub as she faked her leg buckling again. "Oh brother. You said I could see all the pretty things. Did you lie to me? But...but...big brothers shouldn't lie!" Aria shrieked, bursting into a round of sobs and childish flailing of her free arm. Flailing that she aimed to smack the Guard slightly to emphasis her point and hopefully sell her as the touched in the head daughter of some noble. She would completely ignore Arkana's request for help, instead choosing to continue throwing her tantrum and hopefully split the guard's attention.
Beau would let a deadpan look cross his face as Isaac spoke, pointing towards where he saw Darts and Aria were currently at. "Thanks to you saying that, I can guarantee that room is about to explode into action. I hope you realize what you've done." Beau muttered indignantly, quietly palming the Pokeball with Zippo in it as he prepared a large dose of Powder in his other arm. It was almost go time.
Leslie would scoff slightly at Clara before quickly snatching the tray off of her second mouth, allowing the massive jaw to open slightly and reveal a full team hidden within it's depths. "Some one? Mademoiselle, I have some all." Letting her jaw quietly shut before returning the caviar tray to its position atop it, Leslie realized that she was now missing about half her drink tray thanks to Darts, Silver, and Clara. Staring at the silver tray for a moment, the girl would quietly grab herself her own drink before slowly sipping it. What harm could come from that?
