Cody looked at her curiously when she spoke but thought it over, "I told you why, those nightmares wont stop till that thing is dead." He stated bluntly as aaron could sense his seriousness, "I would like to apologize for Cody. Its been rough for him to have lost his brother." She said but moved around to Eden, "And being a detective, means he feels he has the ability to catch the creature that killed his brother, which adds more pressure to him." She whispered softly.

"I understand he feels it's his duty to find and kill the thing that killed his brother, but i don't think he should be so sour to others because of it." She said her voice raising just a tad bit and irritation was in her voice. "You don't see me hating all humans for what they did to my species not to mention my family." She stopped realizing what she said. She tried to not share her personal life, and what was behind what she said was, humans killed her family, for the dust on their wings, it was said to keep people young, as her species always looked youthful not matter their age. She froze a bit before she got up and as wifely walked back to where she was sleeping and sat on the bed. She blurted out one of her most personal secrets because she was upset at Cody for being so sour all the time.

He didnt really even seem to care as she spoke but glanced up when she did speak about how he was sour but he didnt see her acting up after her family lose. He saw that she left but when Aaron was about to get up, he stopped her by putting a hand on her shoulder. Cody walked to the bedroom, "I know about that... your family was my brothers earlier cases, but thats why i am sour, we both have lost a lot and when it comes down to it, i dont expect to survive my encounter with the thing that killed my brother. I kniw my death is near but yours shouldnt be." He stated in a serious manner.

She sat the remembering now why he looked familiar. Ever is me she met him she thought he was a kind man helping them, she sort of in a way grew attached to him, but she had blocked the memories form her mind about those events, not till now did she realize they had already met. She listed to him now talking about how he didn't expect to live and opened the door and grabbed him in a hug "don't you say that!" She yelled at him she didn't know what came over him but she felt that a hug was very necessary "don't you say anything like that." She said still hugging him.

Cody saw the door fling open as she rushed out and hugged him, but he didnt really hug her back, "I will say it because i plan go put that thing in the gound, but i have the feelig that im going to go with it as well." He said kindly as he thought it over, "Your better off staying here with Aarom, she is a truly smart test.

. Eden pulled herself away from him and looked at him her brows furrowed. Her eyes just looked over his face as he spoke. She was starting to get a little angry now. Did he even care about proving she was innocent or was it really just all about his brother and she was just baggage. She crossed her arms looking at him the moved passed him bumping him when she did, her walk became a run as she ran back to where they came in from and out the door onto the streets. At this point she felt like unwanted baggage or a kid being baby sat. She did know where she was or where she was going but she just kept running down the street not stopping till her legs couldn't take her further but at that time she was pretty far from where they were.

When she passed by him, he sighed annoyed thinking that this was annoying that she took it wrong. He went after her to find her, "Eden!" He called for her going as far as he believed she could have gone but he kept looking for her, trying to bring her back since she misunderstood what he had meant.

Eden heard her name being called in turned her head in the direction. She sniffles a little and just stared should she go back and just sit at that place waiting his death or just go turn herself in, and be done with all of this. She turned her back to where the noise was coming from and continued to walk till she reached the boarder between where the humans were. She stood a but away to not be noticed yet then turned and walked down an ally way and just sat there. She did want to hear anything she had to say, his attitude and coldness was getting on her nerves.

Cody followed behind her but lost her close to the border, when he got there he looked around, "Eden!?" He yelled out, wondering where she could have been. When she was sitting in the alley way though, a man she hadnt spotted saw her, "Hey, arent you that mothgirl wanted for murder?" He asked as he moved closer to her, the smell of alcohol on his breath.
