Jack frowned at Sawyer. "Look. You're the one who pissed Charlie off. Why do you do this to people? I mean, we're all stuck here on this damn island, why do you try to make it worse? You know, just as well as I, that Charlie cares for Claire. He cares for her health. . .what you said to him was uncalled for." Jack got up to his feet, sighing heavily, wiping the rain from his eyes. "Stay out here for all i care." He mumbled, and went back into the cave.

Charlie was awake when Jack came back into the cave. He was sitting up, feeling his sore lips, nose, and jaw . .ribs as well. Sawyer knew how to pack a punch. He moaned as he sat up, holding his ribs. Jack walked over to him and kneeled down, pressing on Charlie's ribs slightly. "Does that hurt?" he asked.
Charlie let out a yelp. "BLOODY HELL!" He snapped, wincing.

Charlie winced, but Claire was helping some. He tried to concentrate on her as Jack kept pressing on his rib cage. Charlie gritted his teeth and sighed with relief when Jack stopped.
"You've got three broken ribs . . " Jack replied, trailing off. "And we don't have anything to keep them from hurting or to get them better with . . .you're going to be in a lot of pain Charlie."
Charlie chuckled faintly. "Don't worry about me doc . . .pain was my specialty back in kindergarden."
Jack smiled and got up and went over to his palet and sat down. His back ached, his feet and legs ached, everything about him ached. The rain, the fights, the pain . . .none of it was helping to improve the already bad additude that he had woken up with in the morning. He was doing good at hiding it, for now at least.

Boone was sitting down on a log in the jungle. He had been gone hunting with Locke for the past few days, but now was back. Only, he didn't want to go back to the caves or beach incase his sister and Sayid where there together. It made him so angry to see them together. How could she do that to him?
He shook his head to try to get the thought away. With a large sigh, he took out his pocket knife and began to cut a piece of wood for fun.

Claire stayed close to Charlie and tried not to say much. She didn't feel well and she didn't want anyone else to get sick. Claire sighed deeply and looked to the mouth of the cave letting the sunshine comfort her slightly.

Kate crossed her arms and walked outside. "Sawyer, why did you do it?" Kate sat next to Sawyer in the rain. So much for dry clothes, she thought to herself.

"Do what?...Hit him?" Sawyer said cockily. "Did you not see him hit me first?! If you expect me to just sit there lookin' dumb after I get hit, you're badly mistakin'." Even though Sawyer was trying his best to not look sorry, it was obvious that he was angry at himself for doing it.
