Hey, may I move my OC to be a Kiri chunin cuz I'm not going to be as active as I'de whish to be because I have work and school so I wont always be able to RP is this alright biggrin (I do go on every day tho)

--R31gn-of-Ph3r-- Makako-ma spent the past week working on an iwagakure jonin lol... but now it looks like I have to be like.. something else? is it possible to just be a foreigner working somewhere with permission? quote the kage of the village you wish to join and ask for permission for this. for the hokage I want to have an iwagakure ninja working legally in land of fire territory. The rules of defense and engagement are to be "friendly" what that means is intentionally vague. Konoha and iwagakure have bad history but wanted to be friends again at the end of Naruto. By now its possible there isn't too much suspicious going on. This would also allow Konoha to better monitor the foreign ninja that will be in the land of fire even if you don't permit this and if iwagakure's interests line up with your own it will get done that much easier. This will also decrease the odds of land of fire innocents being harmed greatly decrease the odds of iwagakure attempting to compete for what is clearly property of the land of fire in a violent manner but will increase the odds of propaganda (I hear the hokage wears briefs!) increase the odds of any given person or information getting in or out of the land of fire... however seeing as the land of fire is huge and not easily secured through oppressive means like amegakure once was you should maybe think twice about the worth of this one.
