Taking in a sharp inhale, hearing the words rattle in his mind, though as it kicked in, a voice rang out through his mind - and one that wasn't Hexxis' or the one who commanded him. It was a voice that was the one of Alices' companion thing, the one known as Zira, right? His gut, Zephyr - not Enid - was telling him to not trust them, but he needed to. If he didn't trust them, then it was going to be all for naught in this entire plan to save her. Closing his eyes, trying to get the tears to not slide down his face as he clutched the sword close to his body and took in a deep breath before opening his eyes again. He heard voices, ones he couldn't make out, just down the hall, within range. Squinting, he saw an open door and a shadow, a shadow within range. Taking this as his chance, and that the command was to just leave the room alone, he did it.
Stepping into his own shadow and vanished from sight [Shadow Slide 4/7] to reappear in the room where Melody/Alice as on the phone, thankfully before Zira attacked Hexxis. Though, as he heard the noise of pain, he struggled to keep his composure, the sword still held tight.

Zephyr obeyed the command, a good sign that things were finally going his way. The good doctor slipped into a shadow vanishing from view as he left the room. Finally, he was alone with Hexxis. He moved towards her as she tore herself from her straps, but their time alone ended quickly. The shadow woman, the one he didn't know, attacked. She rose up from behind Hexxis and attempted to kill her, at least that's how it looked. Perhaps if they couldn't have her they were willing to cut their losses and terminate their experiment. Kylar rushed forward catching Hexxis with a single arm, the other still holding his blade raised in defense.
Kylar re-positioned Hexxis, placing her over a shoulder as he intended to escape as quickly as possible, but first there was the issue of the unknown woman who kept popping in and out of the room. He stood and looked between the woman and the doorway debating his options. For a moment he hesitated wanting to finish this violently, but the unconcious girl on his shoulder seemed a more pressing matter. If they followed he would have no choice but to kill them for her safety, but as it stood he didn't need to stoop to their level. The suit and the girl atop it vanished as Kylar activated his stealth magic before taking off as quickly as he could down the hallway looking for a way out and a way to get Hexxis as far from those that would kill her rather than lose her as possible.
Running down the hallway his mind reached out a final time, offering a warning if she was still listening. 'If Mara somehow survives you will need to keep an eye on her for at least a day, unless you want a repeat of her actions.'

Alice gripped the phone hard as Syth yelled out at her. "No, s**t, Syth... I'm aware he's going to be pissed if she kills her.. Look, we can argue about this later. Mara needs a hospital and we need to make sure he doesn't kill Dr E-..." she turned as she senses someone else enter the room, shadows collecting around her hands in defense then relaxing and fading as it was the doctor instead of Kage. Thank goodness. "Syth, get Mara out now please... I'll make sure Zira, Dr. Enid and I get out to the front of the building after you and away from Kage. Put more distance and defend only if needed. Honestly, I'm hoping he just ******** takes her... that would be easier honestly..." she took a shaky breath, just trying to get the situation to move. "If you are all just about ready to move, let's start getting to the front." she ordered as she looked down at the phone for a moment. 'Zira! Status!'
Zira watched as Kage grabbed Hexxis and hoisted her over his shoulder and disappeared from sight. She came to a calm stand and blinked.
/I did not kill Hexxis, she is bleeding, and Kage has taken her. He is now invisible somewhere in the building, likely finding a way to escape./
Zira calmly transformed back into her fox form and dove underneath the bed, disappearing from view into the shadows.
"s**t..s**t!!" she cursed as she ran to the door of the room and slammed it shut. "Just stay away from us, bloody hell!!" she muttered under her breath and turned to look at Syth and Enid then down at Mara. "Curse being a Mane... if I were in my own body again, I could just teleport us out... Dammit!!" she growled as she tried to think of something, anything at this moment to help, still holding the door shut with her hands. "...there's a window... but... aauughh!!"
Ashral phased through the wall, shifting her eyes over the hallway that lead down to the rooms. Moving quietly, she stayed low and close to the wall as she moved quickly, stopping at the first open door and peering into the empty disheveled room. There was a dresser over the window, a desk on it's side, ripped bed sheets and blood on the floor. She glanced further down the hallway they were in before looking back to Ree. "..signs of struggle, blood, no bodies..." she whispered then gripped her sword hilt and motioned with her head to keep going. She perked a bit then lowered her stance, narrowing her eyes on a door down the hallway, the only room with a closed door. "...voices.."

Ree phased through the wall by her crouching as he looked around the hallways quickly for allies or enemies and relaxing as he saw none. Already he was turning to face the direction where a soft thump thump thump of something was heading away from them. Waitng a moment he turned his gaze back to Ashral, following her and glancing inside with a grimace, pushing down the the worry that it was Mara's blood as he nodded to her words. At least there were no bodies, which meant that they were still moving or they were taken.
As Ashral moved he shook his head "Wait..." he said softly but moved with her alert, frowning when she mentioned voices and looking back in the direction they came from. "Fight is behind us" he said quietly with conviction and focused on the door before looking away and around. "...so these might be the people who need help ..or those they missed" he narrowed his eyes. "Phase into the side room then into the main room, closest to the far end of the room. If they are worried they will be facing the door and we can see if they are friend or foe as we look from behind them" he continue on quietly, looking back now and then.

Sucking in a breath to calm himself, he turned to look at the three in the room now, turning quickly to look at Alice and letting out a sigh as he dropped his hand with the sword to his side. "Well I had hoped to keep this up further, but that won't last." Pushing his hair back, the purple-tipped gold mess faded into a mop of pink-tipped purple, the purple eyes fading to a bright gold, revealing his true form as the disguise - all but the clothes, though one accessory was new - dropped. "I can explain this later, but right now, we need to get going. So." Zephyr said as he reached over to grab Alice's hand then dragged her over to Syth and Mara. "We're going to get a car."
Leaning down, put his hand holding the sword in a way so that he was in contact, somehow, with all three of the ladies. Pulling the shadows directly over him [Darkness 1/1] he took in a breath and focused on what he needed to do, where he needed to go. Within the pit of darkness, he found where he needed to take them and teleported them into the large garage of the compound [Shadow Slide 7/7 - last 3 used to teleport.]. Letting go of the ladies, he moved to stand up, wiping his upper lip off as he felt quite the heavy nosebleed coming on. "Okay. I'll go try and find a car to hotwii--" he had turned to find a car and managed to run into a van, successfully ramming his face into the side of it [11 car damage]. "Ow."

"I will argue about this I damn feel like" She responded back as she kept on moving with Mara in her hands. Honest to god she's have a good talk with Mara about having some decent security in this place. At least to a point where they might hear some commotion rather than just letting some meta waltz in like they owned the place.
Yet before she could move anywhere she was taken in by shadows, brought into the garage of the complex. At least now she was comfortable in the fact that well, she was safe.
"I think you found it" She commented as she moved up to the passenger door. A hand over the handle as the door could be heard unlocking itself. Pulling the door open and bringing Mara inside with her. Nnnngh, she didn't just want to strap her into a seat belt but that's all they had. Getting settled inside, unlocking the rest of the doors with her telekinetic abilities.
You know, she shouldn't really be trusting this right now, though the face was familiar and honestly she wasn't about to start arguing about getting away from the place. Kage's words echoing in her head, her focus on Mara.
"Melody, can you get me something to restrict Mara with?"

Kylar looked about the hallways, listening for any sounds of movement. The hallway was quiet, the only nearby sounds were two pairs of footsteps. It seemed most of them had already left or were remaining still, that was good. He headed away from the footsteps, making his way towards the outside slowly but surely. The compound wasn't near a large as the previous one and so it didn't take long to find a wall to the outside. A wall rather than a door would have to do as he needed to get Hexxis as far from here as fast as possible given their outlook on captured SIU members, kill first regret later. The suit smashed against the wall once, twice, three times before he went through it.
Freedom, he had secured Hexxis and was now outside, the hardest part was where he was now. The same place he had been once before, fleeing SIU with Hexxis in tow. If he was lucky they wouldn't follow and if he was unlucky they may have a repeat of the last time. The slight changes that gave him hope were the lack of Ree, the invisibility he now had and that he was flying off with her instead of being in an easily manipulated car. The two of them moved through the air as quickly as he could manage heading north, towards something familiar. Hopefully Andy hadn't returned to their home in the time since she had left or this would become awkward quickly.

Alice blinked and anger in confusion as not only did "Dr. Enid" drop the act but he began to lead her away. "Are you ins-.." she paused as he teleported them out. Well that was helpful. At least one thing could go semi-right today. She sighed and shook her head. "Going to have to learn how to drive I'm afraid... Unless you know how..." she retorted about his earlier comment before watching him slam face first into a van. "Hey, look.... a car..." she spoke apathetically, as she watched Syth move Mara into the car.
"Melody, can you get me something to restrict Mara with?"
'Oh, so you'd rather have her help then.. That's just great. Fine, have fun with a damned teenager over a grown adult.' and with that, she relinquished control back to Melody who immediately frowned to look at Syth then Mara. Taking a deep breath she began to remove her stockings and tied them around Mara, binding her arms to her body tightly before crawling into the van carefully. She looked down at the phone and saw a new text message, she responded to the text and then opened a new text message. ::Tri? This is melody. We are taking Mara to the hospital.:: Tears were starting into the corners of her eyes as she looked up from the phone in her trembling hands to Mara, trying really hard not to break down crying as the adrenaline was beginning to wear off and all that was left was fear and remorse.
Ashral nodded in agreement then phased into the wall across from her into the empty room, and positioned herself toward the back of the room before phasing again into the room where voices were. There was discarded armor, and blood everywhere. She whispered as she still kept a low stance just in case. "No one's in here.. just empty armor and a lot of blood... I think they just teleported out..." she spoke as she moved toward the blood and placed a hand into it, her eyes narrowing softly as she brought it to her lips to run her tongue along her finger, a slight grin forming. "It's fresh... they just moved.." she then sighed and came to a stand and moved to open the door, looking for Ree in the hallway.

Ree started to follow Ashral then stopped since since would be safe enough phased and it would leave him in position to attack form the front if she is noticed and they are hostiles. So he waited, glancing toward the sound of something breaking under pressure and hope it was their side winning and not kage or his friends.
Clenching his teeth he nodded, blood and armor fresh..Mara. That had to be Mara..a suit on the ground? Kage must have unlocked it from her. Someone must have teleported her to the hospital then or somewhere safe, he can hope.
Watching Ash walk out he motion to toward the side of the building as the hum was getting faint (electric sense). "The armor unit is heading that way, that seems to be our best bet to find someone friendly and figure out what the heck is happening " he muttered.

"Well, I know how to drive so that's good." Zephyr said quickly as he opened the now unlocked and moved to get into the car in a very strange way - crawling into the foot space of the drivers side. He seemed to be fiddling with something under the main are where the keys would go to start it, a couple soft mutterings before he started talking again. "Okay, because most hospitals are still rather scared about our kind, we're going to say that Mara here was an accidental casualty during one of my Missions. Most hospitals will work with Mercenaries, so if the closest one does, then we'll be good to go. I'll even foot the hospital bill for her too." his words were said quickly, clearly coming up with this on the fly and trying to get things going as fast as possible - a clear difference to the act he had been putting up to be the doctor. After a couple more seconds, he slammed his fist against the dashboard of the van, the engine revving to life as he smiled [Sleight of Hand, Lockpicking - 22]. "Okay. It's on, let's get going." Zephyr whispered as he adjusted, crawling onto the drivers seat properly and closing the door, buckling up after that.
With a quick glance in the rear view mirror to check to see that everyone was all set, not even caring if they were buckled or not, he changed gears an slammed on the gas pedal. The wound was bad, judging from all the blood, so he would have to break some speedlimits, but he didn't care. He knew how to drive.

"Oh don't get mad because I'm asking for some help. I swear to god" she could only take in a deep bear the. Feeling the car jolt alive as Zephyr placed the pedal right against the metal. The sudden change in Inerta causing her to curse aloud as she quickly got herself bucked in. Posing her body up against Mara's unconscious body to keep her propped up.
"Seriously!? Try not to get us killed!" Shelton barked out, having been planning on getting a chance to close her eyes. Heaven forbid they got pulled over.
Yet, settled in she could only sit in silence as she heard Melody's worried thoughts.
'I swear to god Alice' She thought to herself.

"Okay, then we move.." she responded in a low voice, looked to him and gave an affirmative nod before taking off down the hallway, keeping a speed that Ree could keep up with, reminded of when they worked together when they were attacked by armored units at the abandoned house so long ago. She felt at ease for some reason, hand firmly on the hilt ready to defend if needed. As they came up to the clearing that showed the large hole in the wall, she hopped over rumble to peek out carefully. "They are gone, whoever it was.." she whispered, cursing under her breath. Turning to look back at Ree, she moved over the rumble to return to him. "It looks like everyone is already gone..... What do we do?" she asked, a stern but concerned look on her face.

Melody made quiet harp noises of distress as the car moved fast, the swerving almost causing her to drop the phone as she held onto the seatbelt holder. The phone began to vibrate and she noticed it was the same number she had texted, answering it as she pulled the phone to her ear. Tires screeching in the background as she tried to steady her voice, running into the side of the van, another harp pluck noise. "T-tri?!" she called out, pausing just enough before she broke down crying. "I'm sorry Tri!! The guy... Kage.. he attacked us and he made Mara shoot herself and took Hexxis!!" she stammered out through sobs. "I tried to stop it but he made my strings go away and Syth can't teleport... and I thought she was stabbed too.. Then Dr. Enid got us out and is driving us to the hospital to save Mara!! I healed her but there's a lot of blood... I'm covered in her blood!!" she blubbered as the tears wouldn't stop running down her face now.
'I just want to make sure more people dont end up almost dead, is that so hard to ask?! And then who ******** knew the doctor is Zephyr.... why the hell is he even here?! Can someone just explain what the bloody ******** is going on??'
She was thrown against the side again and yelped, wiping her tears haphazardly with the arm that held the phone before putting it back up to her ear.

Ree moved easily with her, might not be great at close combat but has done the training along with Tri. His eyes sharp, glancing into hallways as they pass, which was for him the same as holding a gun in that direction, up until they reached the hole in the wall.
"...." stepped outside he looked around and frown, even the hum of the suit was gone. ".... " he sighed as he looked back at the base. "Look around quickly for anyone then leave. I'll call Mara's number and see if who ever is with her will answer, or call the one who told me to come here"

"Melody...Calm down. " he gripped the wheel tightly as Bob sat up and stared at the phone that was on speaker. "You're all heading toward the hospital now correct? Is Kage after you? ...are you still in danger?" he replied as calmly as he voice but his voice was tense as he gripped the wheel, hear pounding as he stared straight ahead. Mara...Hexxis....Anadii...even Ree. He needed to go back. Now.
"Tri if you turn around now, I will add 2 years and strike you off my list. Mara is to much of a stone-hearted harpy to die..trust me I know. Hexxis...she's a blank as a programmed new born. She also isn't dead..so we can assume he wants her alive for some reason. Choose " she stated harshly as she narrowed her eye sat him.
"................" Tri shook his head and kept driving wanting to whimper. "What was that?!" he said sharply as he heard the yelp and the sound of people hitting the side.

Focusing on driving to the nearest hospital, Zephyr swerved through the traffic, ignoring both rules and limits that were shown. Thankfully, the time of day that it was, there wasn't too much traffic, and thanks to the style and color of the van, most people did get out of the way even if there were no sirens attached to it. "Almost there.." he whispered, mostly to himself as he turned the steering wheel hard, causing the van to turn sharply into another road, knowing where the closest hospital was out of habit. If he knew where every bar was, he sort of needed to know where every hospital was.

Another sharp turn and another cursed as she held onto Mara trying to keep her from getting whiplashed by Zephyr's absolutely awful driving. Almost wasn't soon enough!
And oh god Melody was crying.
"Who ******** knew someone would sneak in and kidnap some robotic brainwashed girl?" She retorted back at Alice, not realizing that to Zephyr it might've been a one way conversation, "Honest to god every day just gets a little worse"
