With Margarita's last try, she went completely silent. Maybe that would help her catch more than one fish this time?
....Nope. Nope, it did not. "Myrrh?" she whined, "Are you magic or something?"
"Yes I am." Myrrh stated, matter of factly, as she started to head towards the next booth.

Brenny had been looking forward to this game most. He peered into the fish tank and wiped is sugary fingers on his pants. Funnel cakes weren't cakes shaped like funnels, but they were possibly the best food on the planet. "Do you think we get to keep the fish we catch?" he asked, looking to Theo.
"I hope not. I can barely feed Dart," Theo muttered. "How about you play this one, just in case?"

"Hey, you're good at this," Theo encouraged. "Play again."
Brenny grinned at him. "I caught my brother when he was a magikarp, using a cookie. But it wasn't really fishing..." It'd been fun, though. One of the more memorable things he'd done with Connie. He moved to scoop up some fish.

"Three fish so far, right?" Brenny asked. Maybe he'd try again. He looked over at Theo then, and offered him the poi. "You play. If they let us keep them, I'm sure our friends wouldn't mind having pet goldfish with us."

This fish were still there! Cephas scurried over, despite having been warned away from bringing home any more fish, and dipped the cup in. He was as delighted as he had been before!
