SPECIES NAME: Lizardous Spikeon

Image (Photobucket isn't working and I don't know how to do thumbnails with Imgur)
Fossil Number 1

SPECIES NICKNAME: Spiked Lizard
What part of body is Available fossil from(for Partial Fossils): Basic Structure
DIET Carnivore

Short Bio of Species These long lizards are primarily found in hot arid environments, being able to withstand extreme heat. The largest recorded is about two feet long, without the tail. When the tail is added in, the creature is about three feet long. The spiked lizard, as it's more commonly known, hunts small mammals. Using either it's sharp clawed feet or enormous clubbed tail to catch the faster moving prey. The tough plates covering most of it's body helped protect it from the bites of larger predators. The spikes along it's back also help with this, and is where this creature gets it namesake.

Fossil Number 2

SPECIES NICKNAME: Feathered Fruit Bird
What part of body is Available fossil from(for Partial Fossils): Basic Structure
DIET Herbivore

Short Bio of Species This small bird like creature doesn't often get any larger than a foot long, though it's wingspan is sometimes twice the length of it's body. This was so that the small creature could go greater distances to find food. They even made their homes in trees, hollowing out a place trunk so that they may be safe from larger creatures. Overall their favorite things to eat were bitter fruits, gathering them and even going as far as bringing them back to their homes when it was possible.

SPECIES NICKNAME: Underwater Bird or Wave Surfer
What part of body is Available fossil from(for Partial Fossils): Basic Structure
DIET Piscivore

Short Bio of Species The small web winged creature is known as the underwater bird for it's wing-like fins and long tail. With it's large webbed "wings" and strong webbed feet, it was able to swiftly swim through the water, using it's speed to escape predators. Commonly this creature only grew a few feet in length, but the longest recorded was about four and a half feet long. This swift "bird" was easily able to catch other sea creatures for food and usually took it's meals back to it's small coral dwelling.

Fossil Number 4

SPECIES NICKNAME: Giant Shell
What part of body is Available fossil from(for Partial Fossils): Basic Structure
DIET Omnivore

Short Bio of Species Though this large creature may remind most of a tutle, it is very unlike it's would be relative. This creature could grow up to seven feet long and weigh well over several hundred pounds, depending on it's age. As the creature ages, it's tough exterior shell actually grows in size and becomes stronger due to calcium deposits that happen in the plates of the shell. Because of this creatures massive size and weight, it didn't move very fast. This meant that it was a grazer above all else. Though would happily eat any small creature that happened to pass by it's crushing mouth.
