Tibarn takes off and flies to space 21, where he drops down beside Aruna's coils, and flashes her a charming smile. "Hey there. Thought you could use a little help over here," he said. flexing his wings a bit before turning to face the incoming revenants. "I appreciate the backup," he added, taking up a defensive stance between her and them, so she could fire from the back. "So what do you think? Party at your place when we get back? Round of drinks on me, at least. I get the feeling we're gonna need two or three after this place," he added, glancing back over at his reflection. That wouldn't be fun.

Annis looked pretty wary after everything else that had happened, and looked back at Rhys as she stopped on tile 15 in order to get a better look at what was currently going on in this godsforsaken... temple? Whatever this place was. "You should probably take off one'a your outer layers or something. We don't want you to be gettin' sick, especially not 'fore this is all over, father." Annis peered over to where Sunil and Alex were, relaxing when she was certain that they were uninjured.

"Hm? It looks like I've found something interesting here..." Rhys began to stand up after picking up a strange staff he found on the floor. Ooh this appears to be a Warp Staff if I'm not mistaken... It doesn't look like 'm ready to use this yet but it should certainly come in handy someday.. For awhile he was scanning his newly acquired staff intently until he noticed the raven girl call out to him.
"T...ttttake off one of my outer layers?!" The priest began to blush bright red out of embarrassment. "I suppose I do have an extra layer of clothing underneath my robe...". He wasn't exactly comfortable with the idea taking off his robe in front of a girl even though she is a Laguz, but he would hate to catch a cold too. At least he wouldn't be completely naked since he was wearing blue cloth underneath stretching all the way down to his feet. Rhys took a deep breath. Alright it's now or never Rhys! He slowly began to reach his hands over to his bluish belt which held his robe together unraveling the sash off.
He grabbed the collar of his completely soaked white robe, quickly lifting it into the air bringing his white robe within arm's length folding it together nicely. Afterwards, he paused for a moment putting his index finger below his lips. "I might as well leave my robe here for the time being."
Rhys gently set down his robe onto the cold temple floor and then began tying his sky blue sash together around his waist. He was completely dressed in blue now. This wasn't something most folks would see everyday.
The priest began to walk over to space 15. "Say, thanks for the advice miss um... sorry what was your name again?" Rhys began to feel sweat falling on the back of his head when he asked.

"I thought I recognized those feathers. How nice of you to join me on this little island." The serpentine mage notices the defensive stance of her comrade and chuckles. "Thank you, big strong man, but I've learned some new tricks since our last encounter," Aruna confidently says as she pulls out a slightly soggy Wind Tome from her robes. "I'll add free food for everyone if you can outdo me~"
She slithers to Space 12 and prepares a focused attack.

As Sunil pulls the switch on space 23... ...something activates! Some of the pathways shift. As Alex stops on space 22... ...a Light Rune activates! A barrier forms around around him, trapping him in place for 1 turn. As Rhys and Annis stop on space 15... ...spears suddenly jolt up out of the floor! However, Rhys is able to avoid them! Annis is not so lucky. One of them scrapes her as she jumps back, inflicting 5 damage. ...Did you just forget? As everybody else moves... ...nothing happens!

"No! Other way! Ah! Switching it back!!" The thief growls. "I thought I told you not to move, anyway!!" The mage glances at the fighter staring at him and does his best to avoid eye contact. "... What?" He glances again. "I'm not getting my robe wet when I don't have to... Surely you understand..." He clears his throat. " Besides, it... I mean, it would be pointless, he's switching it back. ...You'll be out in no time. I don't need to get you out..." He turns away and folds his arms. " Hmph." The thief pulls the switch. The mage does nothing. The fighter cannot move.

Cool, the paths came back.
And Alex is blocking the way. That is highly unfortunate. Sunil sat down and crossed his front legs in front of him and pondered a bit, trying to think of what to do now. After a few moments, he shifted back to his humanoid form. He rapped his knuckles against the magical barrier and then talked with Alex.
"It's too bad you're trapped. I'll be here to keep you company so you don't get too lonely, m'kay? It's good to see you again though. Haven't seen you since the Capture the Flag game. How have you been?"
