P1 - Valaon would have explained that Xavier is a stalker and showed up to her house for her apples... then asked her to do a booth with him... He promised to give her some beetles for her trouble and help promote her apples.
P2 - Valaon would tell him to stop whining because relationships are a waste of time and that if he really like the person that he would have already confessed and be with them. She would then give him chocolate, "I hear this cures a broken heart."

Making sure to make time in the night to pop by the apple booth, Fellah waved and smiled at the kids as usual before dunking his head into the barrel. Apparently the redblood had shaken off the rust, since the first time he surfaced from the barrel he clenched another golden apple between his teeth. "Dang, this game is fun!" the simple redblood exclaimed, ever so cheery to have once again fished out a golden apple.
Arniva sighed, coming back to the apple ... booth. Thing. She wanted a bobble-head, yes, but she was so sick of fruit. If only people knew how much she hated fruit at this point. Still, there was something pushing her here. Something large, and Ook beast shaped. Mama had caught hear of an apple booth her child had somehow magically nottoldherabout the previous day. Fruit. Glorious apples.
The Ookbeast waddled up to both of the two trolls running the booth, taking the time to greet them and nicely apologize if her charge... did anything she wasn't aware of. Not that she normally had ant qualms about what her childchoose to do, unless it got her hurt, but.... fruit. Fruit was the way to this lusus' heart, and she was going to make sure her blueblood was polite when it came to such magical things.
Arniva sighed, kicking around the dirt as her mother talked to the two trolls. She eyed the bobblehead, almost wanting to run up and just TAKE the thing, but she knew her mother wouldn't let her get away with it.. not at this booth anyways. She begrudgingly walked up to the apple dunk, and shoved her maw into the water. Round two began. She emerged victorious, apple in maw, and presented it to the male troll from the previous day.
"Hey, Hey you. Bobblehead? I want a bobblehead! I know my mother is still drooling on that apple pile over there, and I ALMOST feel sorry about the saliva, but your problem, not mine!"
She felt a stare coming from the back of her head.
Well this booth looked cute! Luxara couldn't say no to fresh produce. Or seeds. The only issue would be keeping all of the crap around her face from falling into the water. Just for this event, she took her visor off. It'd be weird to tie a blindfold over it, and it'd also be odd to wear her visor over the blindfod- it could easily fall off her face, then she'd look like a real dingus!
Otherwise, the game seemed pretty easy. After tying her blindfold on, she leaned down and caught her first apple. The advantage of cute, sharp teeth! Ah-ha!
With gusto, she tried again. But maybe too much gusto. This time, the apple slipped out of her mouth. Well, no one would want a pre-bitten apple, so she plucked it out of the water. Would they kids really mind?
He was hungry. It had been a long night manning the Nightly Grind booth completely by himself. Amonee craved something sweet and cool after splashing himself with hot drinks all evening. Apples to Apples came to mind and he set off to the booth.
After falling into the barrel a few days ago and last night's upset with Nucleo, Amonee wasn't sure what would happen on this visit to Xavier's booth. Hopefully it would be something nice, like another golden apple! But the universe had different plans for the jadeblood.
"Oh shoot, I dropped a chestnut in there!" Could things get any more miserable for him today? Leaning down, the painter submitted to his fate and completely drenched himself flailing around in the water to try and get his prize back. He wasn't able to get a hold of any apples but at least the chestnut was returned to his pocket.
With that, Amonee left to wring out his toga somewhere a little more appropriate.
Caiden flailed around for a quite a while before he actually managed to even make it near the apple barrel. The boy was babbling something about varieties of sidewalk chalk and how each brand tastes. No one was really listening, even ChamoDad had tuned his boy out. But Caiden was so distracted talking that he could hardly focus on biting an apple at all.

After her last adventure in the barrel, Lutrin really thought she was onto something. Rather than bending down like any sane troll, she dove right in and proceeded to shake them like a shark. It should have been an amusing, if not embarrassing spectacle, except that the manner in which she gnashed her teeth was slightly unnerving.

Xavier was trying to fidget with a few things, his body and mind were tired…he really needed to try and sleep tonight when they went back to the hotel. The sweet smell of apples was soothing…and he was actually zoning off in the moment. Everything was starting to catch up with him, and it was him mainly on deck for manning the booth for the next couple day. If he did get away it would be by the grace of his lusus’s generosity. His head snapped up, blinking tiredly as he heard Nucleo’s voice. A pang of concern flourished in him as he moved closer to the other boy. “Yuh, of course you can Nuc. You can hang with me anytime.” He expressed, placing a gloved hand on the older boys shoulder, trying to impart to him he cared enough to listen..any time really.
Going silent however, Xavier listened. His brow furrowed slightly as he did so, frowning as the other explained why he looked so gloomy. A small sad smile lined the freckled boys cheeks as he shifted to sit on the other side of Nucleo, looking at him rather seriously. “Pump biscuits Mum always told me..are wild and free sometimes. They do unexpected things. Yuh also got other quadrants ‘n really you will find sometroll special who’ just right for you.” He patted the others arm sympathetically as he also gazed at Amonee..a flash of a thank you in his eyes for the others holding their greenblood friend up.
Xavier looked to Valaon as she used a tougher form of input then Xavier might have, but he realized she was right. As was Amonee in a more poetic sense, it was a sharp contrast to see how all the different trolls he knew acted. And yet they were all labeled as Greenbloods. Bloodfest had opened Xavier’s eyes to the world of Alternia, and had been a real culture shock.
“You are a wonderful troll…just remember that okay?” He pursed his lips…shifting to pull them both in a hug before pulling back. He didn’t wasn’t to make Vala uncomfortable, but these two boys meant the world to him for different reasons.Xavier thanked her with his eyes when she handed the boy some candy on top of it. He did agree with her in that if the troll wanted Nucleo...they'd be together. It just wasn't in the stars right now. Plus there was 4 quadrants a troll could be in...there was still hope Xavier had mentioned afterall.
After a moment he sighed, smiling finally. “Say..I can play a tune for us if you want..?” He offered then, with a small tentative smile as he produced his tin whistle, settling to lean against the booth as he started his instrument up in a light harmonic fashion meant to be soothing.
Anu by this point had moved around from back of the booth, and leaned over to inspect the hoard of children. Touching them each with a claw, bemused by the variety of green shades she moved back to minding her own business with tidying the booth a bit.

Nictor Sabbat
Nictor made his way towards the farmer's booth. After being around the fair for a while, he was acclimating to the abundance of trolls well enough. That's not to say he isn't jumping at every loud noise, but he was managing. He hadn't broken anything yet, so that's a plus.
The ripe fruits looked like they'd be delicious snacks and the flute looked like it'd be fun for about five seconds before Beehemoth would toss the cursed object out the window.
The game seemed simple enough as Nictor approached, but upon reaching one of the tubs, he hesitated. Nictor didn't much like the idea of shoving his head unde rthe water, but what was a small troll to do. That's the game. Huffing slightly, Nictor grabbed one of the blindfolds, taking about five minutes to tied the damned thing around his head, his braid somehow getting caught in it.
It was no time to dilly dally though, the lack of sight and constant barrage of noises left him feeling paranoid. Time to fish for apples with his face. with any luck, he wouldn't fall in.
He didn't fall in but, but he came back up with nothing to show, the apple slipping away just as he was about to bite down.

Not everyone was ignoring Caiden. At least within all his heart mind and soul, he was trying his best to listen. It was HARD to keep up with the boy. He would not STOP talking. Xavier liked peace and quiet for the most part. He didn’t mind talking, laughing and playing but goodness Caiden just didn’t stop his squawk gapper did he? He smiled however, not bothered by it despite the slight twitch to his eye lid.
“HEY.” He finally said, grabbing his shoulders firmly. “Alternia to Cai, just remember to dry off okay?” He smiled pushing a towel in his hands.

Xavier also slipped a ticket into his hand and a piece of candy...and reminds him to please breathe between sentences lol.
“Thank you again! I heard you mention you had a farm, did yuh want any flower seeds to take back?” He offered, leaning in to hand him a free seed from his own flower garden. “You seem to be good at finding those apples.” He squinted at the other playfully before handing him the free item simply to be friendly.

Xavier noticed how painful it was for the highblood to actually…be nice? It was astounding really; they had such a sour look on their face. Then again it was hard with your parent breathing down your neck he supposed. His own mother was fairly patient and understanding with him and his wild urges to be independent and strong. In that regard he could respect the other looking like she was grimacing and this took a great deal of effort.
“You can have a bobble head sure, which one do you want?” Xavier asked the other. Seeing as the Lusus was eyeing the Apples so hungry like…Xavier paid Valaon a few beetles for one of the apples, and handed it out to the highblood. “They are really good I promise Miss Highblood.” He smiled politely enough.
