Jacinthus - Post 2

It felt like an eternity, a rather aggravating eternity, since he'd gotten himself somehow trapped in the strangely colored world. It wasn't a place that he wanted to stay, he had places to go and things to do, his family was waiting for him, and here he was wasting his time! He wanted to get out of here and go home... but it seemed that wasn't in the cards for Jacinthus as a strange, damp fog started to roll into the area. It was a thick fog that seemed to cause a strange feeling of relaxation and euphoria to fill him. It was... nice, causing his eyes to flutter for a moment before they sank shut.

There was a moment where everything seemed to just melt away, allowing everything that constantly raced through his mind while he was awake to fade. As he came to again he found himself in a different place altogether. No longer was he trapped in the strange clearing that he'd somehow fallen into but now he was in... a hot spring? Not something that he'd expected but it was oddly enjoyable and inviting, something that tried to pull him into it's warm embrace, making him want to just stay there and soak. It was tempting... but something that he couldn't allow himself to do.

With a groan Jacinthus dragged himself out of the hot spring, despite his desire to soak for a while. Now if Takoda was there with him then he would definitely stay right there with his mate. The fact that he wasn't here though left a bit of a damper on the situation. It just didn't feel right for him to be here lazing about while Takoda was at home waiting for him. He had to get back to his mate, back to his daughter, and back to work he thought to himself. He gave the hot spring a last glance before he started forward in search of a way out of the new place that he'd found himself.

Post 2 - Choice B

While she had been busy looking for a way out a strange smoke had started to enter into the area. V'demhe wasn't so sure she liked the idea. Where there was smoke there was fire, right? However, her body seemed to relax when the rolling vapors touched her. Even her mind wanted to relax. It was a strange sensation since some type of silent alarm had been going off not even a moment before. As she did her best to think of what was going on the scenery around her changed yet again. This time putting her in a hot spring.

The warm waters felt good on her skin and gave a sense of calm that she had felt only in the presence of her mother; Aisha. Dem narrowed her eyes to see through the fog. There was no great mother tree here so the feeling of calm was out of place for her. Moving to the side of the spring she pulled herself out as quickly as she could in such a state. "What is going on here?" She murmured to herself. Just what kind of dream was this? Turning her head she'd try to find a way out of the area or at least out of reach of the smoke that seemed to induce the effects she felt.

Post 2 - Choice A

While she was busy staring at the wicked sky a rolling cloud of fog came from the trees to envelop the clearing she stood in. It wasn't until a wisp of the smoke rolled by her face that she realized that it was there. By then her body and mind were joined in a sense of epic calm. There was nothing out there that could hurt her. She was safe. Phaedra closed her eyes.

In doing so she missed that the world around her changed. The clearing was gone and it was replaced by a spring. Warm water rushed up to meet her and slowly her green eyes came open once more. A small smile hit her as she felt the temperature working to relieve the pain in her legs. All that walking had done a number on her and this was such a treat. She deserved this. An indulgence. Not wanting to leave the comforts of the spring she leaned against the side and let the waters tend to her sore body as she floated in bliss.

Siha
Post 2

Crying didn't work; no mummy nor daddy showed up... so Siha got up and sniffled his way about. Stumbling over tree roots and tripping did not make the toddler feel any better... and when the spooky mist came in he almost bolted... except he knew the scent of hot springs; daddy loved those! Maybe daddy was there? Speeding up, the small hybrid boy tripped and fell; landing with a splash into the spring itself!

he waited for a bit, enjoying the warmth but keeping an eye out for his parents... he just wanted to go home! If there was this nice place they'd come and find him right?

Tailte

When she came upon the hot spring Tailte turned away. It was weakness, comfort... safety. She could not do that; she had to be strong, to not give in, to never again cower in fear while others died... this hot spring was everything she couldn't afford; to relax and simply enjoy life. She did not deserve to enjoy life right now, the spirits were tempting her to see what she would do! To test her resolve! So she turned and left, back into the mist, back to the forest.

Shaka

Well, least tis water! Was Mynshaka's first thought when he found something in the red and black fores that didn't piss him off. It was a nice hot spring! He would stay here for a bit... but then he needed to get going. He didn't have time to linger in an oba like place.. who knew where the slavers and bandits hid? This would make a fine ambush spot.. but Shaka did feel a need to rest just a bit. He could move on after a nice bath.

Ilyra

She was done looking for a way out. This was the place she deserved to be in. A place that seemed made for her to torment her in her sleep. She was okay with that, and so when she watched the mist roll in she was ready to accept whatever fate had in store for her. However she wasn't expecting the mist to feel like a lovers embrace, lulling her into a false sense of security. Closing her eyes she was happy to stay like that forever.

Before long though the mist was gone, but the feeling wasn't. Opening her eyes Ilyra found herself in a hot spring. She settled into the water, ready to forget anything and everything from the real world.

Eleina
Post 1 - Intro
HP: 20 HP

Terrified Eleina walked around, trying to find a way out so that she could get back to the nice dream world she was in before, or even back to the real world where she didn't have to worry about if things were real or not. She walked around slowly, trying to figure out a way out.

Having no luck finding a way out when the mist started rolling in Eleina froze. This could be a good thing, or a bad thing. Either way Eleina accepted her fate, as it seemed she had no control over where she was. She let the mist take over her, feeling more and more relaxed until she felt she could close her eyes.

When the mist seemed to pull away Eleina opened her eyes and smiled. A hot spring! It seemed the mist was a good thing. Settling into the water she decided this wasn't such a bad place after all.
