When the circus is performing and everyone's personas are in place, Ruari loves being the center of attention and flaunting his good looks. He takes great pride in his ability to throw any weapon with precision, and puts his heart in every performance.

When the curtain is down, however, he tends to be more of a little brat, being contrary on principle and getting an attitude over trifling things. Those who know him best will know that in reality he's just a nervous child who ran away from home to join the circus and gain some sort of control over his own life. Usually a talking-to (and an occasional brain-duster) from someone he respects is enough to set him straight, at least for a while.

A bit modest compared to the other, more senior performers, it suits his needs just fine, with a large mirror, space for his costumes and props, and enough room to practice his flourishes and take away his complaints about space. The downside is there's really no place other than the trunk to hide his familiar in should someone from the circus pay him a visit.
