Cody looked at her a bit curiously, wondering just what she meant how her home wasn't even a home to her. When she asked about lunch, he nodded, "Well their is a nice little local restaurant around the corner." he said as he would walk with her, thinking that he could ask her a bit of what it was with her home.

"Oh that sounds great." she said as she walked along with him she watched the people as she passed and watch the birds, well what birds where here in the city

Cody looked at her when she agreed but soon made his way along as he they walked around the block to the restaurant and were seated rather quickly. He ordered himself the chicken tender lunch to enjoy but after she made her lunch choice, he looked at her, "So I have to ask, why is it that you mentioned that your home isn't your home?" he asked curiously to her.

Naomi ordered herself a salad and looked at Cody sort of surprised at the question. "Well, umm I don't make enough for a nice or even decent apartment so, I...I live in the bad side of town with a few roommates who may or may not be druggy alcoholics." She said a little embarrassed to be admitting where she lives.

Hearing what she said, he thought it over, "I see... well that isnt fun..." he stated as he thought it over, "Well if thats the case then how about you move into my apartment. Its too big for one person, i could use a roommate to take up the spare bedroom. Its closer to work and we can carpool... all you have to do is help cover a bit of rent and just make sure to clean up after yourself and that should be alright. And as a plus you dont have to worry about your druggy alcoholics anymore." He stated kindly with a bit of a joke at the end.

"Oh no I couldn't do that, that just doesn't seem appropriate". She said and laughed to herself while slightly blushing. She looked down at the table she did think it would be nice not to constantly be afraid to fall asleep and making sure you locked the doors before bed and making sure they were still locked when you woke up

Cody looked at her when she spoke, but nodded at how she declined kindly, "Alright but if you ever change your mind." He said writinf down his phone number and address on a napkin, "Keep this with you if you ever have trouble and really need to move or if you just want a change of scenery." He said kindly as their food was brought out. Cody was a stubborn guy but he was also light hearted and kind, he always got a nice feeling in his heart when he saw others smile truely. He had learned to tell the difference of a faked photography smile from behind the camera.

"Ok, thank you." She said with a cute smile and took the napkin, folding it up in her bag and began to eat her salad she hadn't had someth this fresh to eat in a while and it was very nice, she had been eating pretty much ramen and canned food for dinner at her place or the occasional frozen dinner.

Cody looked at her when she ate, glad to see that she was enjoying herself, he was still annoyed forced her to just be his assistant since he rather not have to drag someone around but was thankful it was her. He didn't know why but he felt like he wanted to help her more then anyone else, his mind drifting off but he shook it off as he went back to eating, happy to have some of the chicken tenders they had here.

Naomi happily ate her salad she thought it was a little weird he offered for her to stay with him but shrugged it off after eating half her salad she looked at the time "we should get back to work, you have a photoshoot soon, and I know how your father is when people are late." She said wiping her mouth and putting the napkin on her plate

Cody heard what she said and thought it over, checking his phone and nodded, "We have half an hour so it shouldn't take 15 minutes to get back." He stated reassuring as he finished up his food, paying the bill and tipping as well. He got up, "Shall we head back?" He asked as he walked with her back to the office, he went into his office and got his camera, getting it ready for the shoot, knowing that she could either stay at her desk or follow him to the shoot to assist him how she wanted or even could get ideas for her own journal of designs.

Naomi stood up and walked with him back to the office. As he got his stuff for the shoot she went to her desk and put her journal in a locked drawer "would you like me to go with you?" She asked Cody as she gathered some papers and folders off her desk, she go if he wanted but would stay if he said no

Cody looked at her when she asked about that, "You can if you would like, I guess it might be nice to have someone watching the computer to make sure all the photos uploaded properly into the system, its a bit annoying when the camera disconnects so if you can just watch it that could help, its fairly simple and you could watch the shoot." He offered thinking it wouldn't be too much and it was better then getting drinks for the girls.

"Alright sounds simple enough." She responded and grabbed her bag once more to join him. She was thinking about tonight and going home she just wanted to sleep that's really all she wanted to do

Cody looked at her as she joined him, walking along to the photo shoot and showing her which computer to sit at. He went and got a few test shots with his camera before the shoot would begin. He watched as some of the models got ready, checking out which line of designs were being modeled.
